i'm sort of worried about the subsidiary - CVSU Coffee Shop. what is to become of it during all of this turmoil? will it stay in georgia and become a reverse merger into jms construction or will all of those poor displaced people have to go to Starbucks like the rest of us ?

He should have never said things that weren't 100% true. These things will never clear the name of CSHD, cuase everyone associates CSHD now with Rufus
I'm not to the point where I think he lied. The bonds appear to be real... he was just so damn sure of his position that he underestimated the size of the problem and the depths that they would sink to ... in order to sink him. He bit off more than he can chew... he's still chewing at the dinner table...while the rest of us are ready to retire to the den for dessert and coffee.
Only Tuesday will let us know. I still think our shares are worth $1.98.
Hey.. who's having pie?
I wont have my pie until Rufus is finished chewing at the dinner table and can join us. Tooooo many people seem to be bailing on Mr Harris witout having the whole story yet. I think you follow me.
Thank you cat and dog Ha ha, nice posting! I to will wait for my pie.If this all comes true,we owe Rufus alot and we wont't know until next week the outcome, but I am in this for the long.

"Enviro-Recovery Commences Brazilian Operations Business Wire, June 20, 2000 "
I glossed over the dates and got about a paragraph into the article whaich I had read before when my stomach got heavy and fell right through my chair to the floor.
In my mind I was thinking, "Mike has been in control for 24hours and he has already funded his log project and got it up and rolling again? Is that smart."
Then I looked at the date. I expect to see one of these soon but not in his first few hours.

Hey, someone asked me to be assistant Mod on the CSHD site for Ihub. YAY...lol. I can see the hours spent deleting personal attacks. If I did the job properly there would be about 5 posts a day.

I don't have a warm fuzzy on this whole situation Tax. I'm trying to stay positive, but if by the grace of god we start trading on the otc on tuesday or wednesday I think you'll see a lot of selling going on.

I don't believe we will start trading again until they release the ammended 10K and possibly the 10Q. I say the odds of us trading by Tue or Wed is next to zero. JMHO

I don't know about the selling... fact is if we start trading again. The last thing I am doing is selling until I find out more info on the existence of a price reset.
What was written in the 10KSB and 3 subsequent 10KSBAs said I get 6:1 for everything I held on the 16th. Depending on the changes to that document I will be holding till they see it through.
If we start trading again it is only because the bonds value was convincing to the SEC. In my opinion this places the book value near $40 and the share price should be well over that a couple of times over. (I know now my book value is off because the OS is off. True OS has to be somewhere under 312M if 159M is considered over 51%)
So selling at $2 or less is not in my future. I have some profits available if there is a large dip on the day this starts trading.
I may not like the situation, but the bonds being what they are, I am riding this one out till I see the real info. Approved by the SEC.

I had read that too... I was reading it like it was NEW news... It took me a second to register it as an old article. If something like that came out today it would scare the ever loven chit outta me.

That might be true, but with things turning to the better it's just a matter of time before we realize a higher PPS IMO.
"IF" we still have those bonds and continue making deals like that, -and there are alot of deals out there that needed CSHD, right down to Mike's Eco company... The Prince, Brazil project, and we have yet other 4 Billion dollar bond yet rumored coming.
So if these Billion dollar deals are real how long do you think we'll stay a pennystock after the SEC says, "Ok, Bonds are REAL, you're free to trade, everything checks out now"....... "?!!"
I don't think we'll be selling off for too long "IF" that's the case...
I'm waiting to see what's PR'd,... -keep in the back of your mind those big names that were on the shareholders list, tut flat out said there is big money players here, he's part of it, there are 3 international instituions that were on contract....
Maybe just keep these things in mind, cause (IF) once this gets washed up and polished it may just SHINE...
Remember it wasn't Rufus that made the PPS go up, it was the bonds, "EARNINGS" are what drives a stock price up, fluff doesn't hold.
If it's still the same stock only "better" now and has a clean bill of health from the SEC, I don't know if I'd be too quick to jump out of this. Like I said, wait for the PR's, then we'll see a little more of the BIG picture.
Hopefully a Pretty picture
We'll know if it's gonna take off finally or if it's going to tank.

159M is O/S per 8k filing: "51+% majority of the 159,000,000 outstanding shares of the Company" of which 50M are preferred shares

Why is Rufus so quiet? We all know he loves to talk....He talked when he shouldn't have...now that it doesn't matter why is he sooo quiet? It's very weird to me...(I miss his one liners hence my siggy)...so why so quiet? Cause of the TRO? didn't stop him before...any thoughts?

Several possiblities Jenna. He could be restrained from speaking about CSHD as part of a settlement. Perhaps he is angry and doesn't want to lash out. His lawyers may have told him that he is in serious trouble so shut up. He may have taken a vacation to forget all this garbage for a while...who knows...

Not guilt, more likely he is listening to legal advice to stay silent until the case is completely resolved. IMO Mike A. and Rufus are working closely together during this time to quickly resolve any issues with the SEC...I am sure Mike would not appreciate Rufus talking at this time..

One of the most interesting things, and IMO good thing, is that Ben seems to still be with the company. If you look back through all of Rufus's endeavors...Ben was always with him (as was John Walsh). I would think Ben and John would have both been gone if this was a scam. Just MHO!
