I have invested a small amount but even with what has happened would buy more AFTER news and visit their office or suite. Conversion Solutions, Inc. 125 TownPark Drive Suite 300 Kennesaw, GA 30144
I see the nice shiny building in the website. If you have actually visited the corporate office/suite, would you post a reply please.. Thanks
There are folks on this board that have posted a visit to the building and that it is the one in the picture on the website. Milliam is close by, and (I apologize to whomever you are - I am drawing a blank) there are at least 1-2 more that I think were students and verified this for us. Maybe those planning to attend the hearing next week can also plan a ride by and vouch?

The PR would have read better along the lines that Rufus stepped down as CEO to protect the company and its shareholders but hey, i didnt write it.
I think every board has posts from time to time that our CEO needed to stop posting on boards and speaking all night in interviews because he may cause problems for himself or the company. Well, it seems the BOD heard the plea of the shareholders and made a change. How many of you have made that comment? I know i have. Lets not be surprised now.
Chart is right though, he did say AT LEAST twice that he would like to be retired in or around November. He also said that it was "time to get a pretty face in here to run things". Well, now we wait and see who it is....I suspect Sabra myself but who knows. I still would like to have seen that Rufus chose to step down....unless this is an offensive posture from the company in lieu of the Federal case.

if i remember on the georgia st. site, rufus handed a lot of power over to sabra, however, keep in mind the bonds are real (on the geargia site) this might not be a bad thing, we have been handed a lot of negative publicity, good move, IMO.

Rufus did tell us "it was time to get a pretty face in here running this company"? So I would think more along the lines of a woman as the new ceo. Then again could have been a inside joke between him and the new ceo should he be a male. (This is assumming we are still on rufus's original plan when he made this statement) Also does Sabra own more shares than Rufus? I thought someone mentioned this a couple weeks ago thinking it odd. Could Sabra be the pretty face? But I don't think if this came across the wire (that we are suppossed to be watching) would create the awe factor he hinted to. just thinking out loud. At best I am lost at where we stand now.

take this for what it is worth, but the last three words say a lot in this PR
On November 1, 2006 Conversion Solutions Holdings Corp Board of Directors has voted and agreed to remove Mr. Rufus Paul Harris as Chief Executive Officer due to pending litigation to protect the company and shareholders at this time. Which means it could change back!

As long as it isn't Ben. No offense to the man, and all I have to work with is the voice I've heard on SPR, but he never impressed me. I do like the Sabra Idea.

Sabra stepping up here could explain the larger share position she was granted starting out...

Sabra would be the best internal choice. I am still hoping they pull in someone huge who has expieriance running a Billion dollar financial company, and who is comfortable speaking on CNBC and the such.
That would be great but I think Rufus stated once that not everyone would choose to sign on with CSHD because of the bylaws and the rights officers give up, so Sabra should be a front runner since she has already signed on.

Of course it did strike me as "odd" when Sabra said she couldn't wait to ring that bell on Wallstreet. That is usually an honor given to the CEO.
OH man... I mean woman... I just convinced myself. SABRA SABRA SABRA!!! Viva la Madame Dabbs!

I agree Sabra is the most likely choice. After speaking with her on many occasions I got the feeling this may have been the plan all along, hence the 9 million shares given to her, trumping all others in the company including Rufus...

Hey for what it's worth about two threads ago. I named Sabra as my pic to replace Rufus
I'll play devil's advocate for a second Tax. Rufus stating that he can't wait to move to texas probably won't give people a warm fuzzy. If this was a scam Rufus would be protecting his home and property by moving to Texas. Seeing that they have homestead protection there. Just a thought

OK, we can try to find the positive in this. Proactive move and all. But please lets not think that having our CEO fired in the midst of a fraud investigation was a part of the business plan.
The company's next move will be the most important one. I can't wait to see what they do.

Im going to make a suggestion but im just one little guy on one little board. Here goes anyway.
I think we should spread to all of the boards to STOP posting ANY results from calls to CSHD officers. STOP posting ANY emails they have received from CSHD officers. STOP posting ANYTHING in regards to what you have heard through the grapevine. STOP calling subpenny radio and adding more fuel to this fire.
Our company is under investigation by the SEC people and assuming they read this, which im sure they do *wave* I really dont see a reason to add confusion and/or potential information that they may try to use against our company. A week of silence regarding potentially damaging information is necessary right now IMO. The attention is heavily on Rufus right now and it "appears" this is how he wants it. Let it be for now. Please.

I think that of any officers at CSHD , Sabra is probably most qualified at being the CEO . She needs to step up and take the reigns right now if thats her goal in this . As for Ben , send him packing with a pat on the back and a foot in the a$$ .

I could be completely wrong but it seems like I remember rufus maybe saying to watch for the people cshd was going to hire...something like this...so maybe if this is the case we will have a new vice pres. too and who knows what else? Like I said could be completely off. I am going to try and find the interview and listen again. Unless anyone can remember because correct me if I am wrong but Sabra is already "hired" on at the company...so would they have to hire her?

i do not think it was in the companies plans to remove rufus this early as ceo...but found that a lingering court battle for the ceo would cause the company harm while litigation continued...
is this bad for the company...no i do not believe so...i think that the company will open business as usual...and will be completly cleared...
rufus on the otherhand might have a little of a battle ahead of him...and he doesn't want to bring the company with him through court...jmho

Another point toward the idea of Sabra...remember how we all thought it odd that she had so many more shares and/or compensation? In fact, we talked about her negotiating skills.
I'm going to get hit for this comment though....and ashamed I am saying it....but I don't think putting a woman in as CEO is best for this stage of the company. Women are making a play for these top spots, and many deserve them, but when you are trying to get something going, the traditional American with the money to invest wants a "suit-and-tie" not "dress-and-heels"
Let the slander begin....
(Edit: sorry - I started typing this post a while ago, and got stuck actually working...I see similar thoughts about the shares were posted above)
