No way that person would be Rufus (given his resume) nor is it likely to be Mike. If this company is as well funded as we think it is we ought to be able to bring in a gun to take it to the next level

I agree completely. It sounds like a plan that is in effect.

As far as Rufus goes, I think we all owe him a debt of gratitude for bringing us thus far. I for one still consider him a great man of deep personal conviction to risk so much to go after the 'evil forces' involved in this arena.

I will continue to support him in his efforts and wish him and his family God's protection, strength and well-being.

Agree completely that if the scenario we are discussing is on target that Rufus really deserves great praise for what he did. I really do not think he just lost control of himself and had to be replaced. I believe his mission was successfully completed.

If Mike A. has "moved" the office to Texas does Sabra have to go there to or does she stay in the Georgia office?

I was wondering the same thing Jenna, but I have been unable to get ahold of anyone to get my questions answered. I don't think they will be taking our calls until this is all said and done, and even after this situation is settled I doubt they will be as forthcoming as they were when Rufus was running the ship...

Is Sabra still going to be on board? I would say if any of the officers are staying it is a strong clue about what future direction will be. Officers that were around when Rufus was making the commitments would be cleaned out if those commitments were going to be withdrawn. If, on the other hand, the issue was Rufus was not what he was saying but how and where he was saying it then there would be some logic for Sabra to stay

Hey I actually had someone on my side on Ihub today. It was a nice change. Its funny though. They announce that the stock is dead yet continue to bash on thousands of posts a day.
I wished one shareholder good luck and got 3 bash responses telling me to come back to reality. That took about 5 seconds.

I tried calling the corporate office in Georgia again this morning and a new guy answered the phone. I think the girl who use to answer could not handle all of the rowdy investors calling thousands of times a day, LOL. I asked him if they were going to keep the office in Georgia once they move the HQ's to Dallas, to which he replied he thinks so, but he sent me to Sabra for further confirmation. Her voicemail picked up of course, but I'll keep trying...

One of your points here is very important to reiterate. Let's not assume that as Rufus goes so go his promises and initiatives. The SEC might very well be able to pin Rufus on his public appearances and disclosure of previously unfiled inside information such as potential bank mergers, contracted market makers, legal action against Mensah, etc. That does not mean that those claims are untrue, simply that RPH went too far in his forward looking interviews. Thus far all claims have been validated.

Until I see something definitive to the contrary, I will assume that everything is as stated in the documents filed to date.

... In My humble Opinion

I spoke with Mike and he said his main concern right now is getting us trading again and making us money. He also stated that Ben and Sabra will be flying to Dallas to meet with him. He stated that the has to go to Brazil in the next week to work on that deal also.

Trying to figure out if being in court is better than being at a laptop on Tuesday morning.

I chose to be in court.

Mike A. as CEO for current actions makes sense to me. An outsider most likely would have put the kaibosh on the share distribution and changed the goals of the company.

Rufus stepping down is appropriate for the company at this time. Still thinking we have the bonds or CSHD would have been dismantled by now... looks like they are getting into compliance with the SEC.

This whole thing reeks of settlement and good advice from legal representation.

Still have questions that I can't get the answer to until the company actually tells us:

What's with the extra 100 million in the o/s stated in the PR?

Will they let us start trading on the OTC Tuesday morning while the hearing is in session?

That would be disastrous. Shorts would cover. I'd have a major headache and the ulcer would start bleeding again.

It seems as though the SEC has focused more on Rufus' activity, rather than the bonds being real, or we would be dead in the water right now. The things they are "nailing" him on look to be where the paperwork was filed... Georgia not Delaware... and wording issues. Kinda weak.. which is reassuring. Looks like the board had to be dissolved due to this.

"Odd" that the SEC waited until the announcement of the share distribution and subsequent lack of volume before acting on this "lawlessness".

When I start thinking about it... my head hurts and then I realize that there is absolutely nothing I can do to change what's going to happen... and even if I saw the big hurt coming.. it won't assuage the sting.

We can only hope at this point that these individuals are as "God fearing" and pious as they put themselves out to be.

Now I'm just waiting on PR's and SEC filings for info cuz that's all we are going to get from now on. It will be interesting to see how the "loyal shareholders" react without the handholding. The stuff this company puts out in print had better be good.. looks like the spelling errors have minimized. However, I'd like to see them hire and use a PR firm to cleanup our image a little.

...that's that.... see you in court on Tuesday. (fingers crossed)

Personally I think all of us lost all of our money or at the most we will scrounge up a few hundred bucks when we open up on the gray sheets... To much things going on, to much sketchyness, Rufus dragged us all along like little dogs and trapped us up, now we are going to pay for believing his fraud. He should have never said things that weren't 100% true. These things will never clear the name of CSHD, cuase everyone associates CSHD now with Rufus

I would agree with you if this company made widgets, but they don't. They are holding REAL, SECURE BONDS worth AT LEAST 100s of MILLIONS of dollars and, most importatntly, we all own a piece! Let's keep focused on the structure of the company and wait for the settlement to be announced.
