The discussion of the ratings was making the point of how people get so emotionally wrapped up in a stock, that they take any criticism of it personally. Sorry to derail the discussion, but I do think that point is valid.
What's valid is that RU would DESTROY Florida, Texas, and Arkansas. Auburn would be tough, OSU and Michigan are out of our league right now... perhaps you aren't familiar with Schiano's recruiting techniques.. he has a "secret" facility working out of South Florida... Pretty soon, RU will OWN the 3 Florida powerhouses.

I've simply posted my opinion that this is a pumper-dumper stock. The charts support me in this assertion.
Pump & Dump??? That's funny that's what the SEC's trying to prove but they can't find the dump part...Kinda like standing outside a bank & the Tim Miles yelling, "They've been robbed." Yet no one ever comes out runnin' with money....How long is the SEC going to wait "til someone comes running out????
Kevin, good for you, not buying in to a stock that you think is a scam....it's very smart to not buy a stock if you have doubts about....hope you are making money in the stocks you do choose....

Then why didn't you come here and say "Hey Guys I have been reading the charts and it seems to show that this is a pump and dump scheme. Anyone care to discuss"? Wouldn't that have been a better approach then "hey why did anyone buy this".

The stock trickles along in the low pennies, until SUDDENLY, for no apparent reason, it shoots up to $4. A simple understanding of the "dump" part of pumping and dumping is required here. Who do you think was selling the stock on the way up? For price to change, shares have to change hands. Someone sold it all the way up, and laughed all the way to the bank.

Who's sensitive now? I'm quite certain if I'd arrived and spoken gently to the masses that the response would have been the same. However, when I see a stock I feel is a PoS, I call it like I see it. Can't help it, that's just the way I am.

Kevin, just for the record , the SEC didn't "notice" anything they got a few calls from a man named Tim Miles. Are you unable or unwilling to simply read a chart. The chart on this stock practically SCREAMS, "PUMPER-DUMPER!!!!" I'm not emotional about it at all. Everyone's free to put their money wherever they want. And I'm just as free to criticize those decisions I think are bad ones. Get over it.

How about they stumbled into a company looking to reverse merger into their shell and sid company had 7.2B in assets? No apparent reason! A simple understanding of "monetary growth" is all that is required here. HA HA!!

When a microcap, low-penny stock, does a "reverse merger" involving various "shell companies" it smacks of pump and dump intrigue. That's exactly how this one's playing out, and the chart supports my contention.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Kevinbailey for coming here today and setting us all straight on this pos stock. Although there has been literally thousands of pages of DD regarding bond ownership, share transfers, 8K, 10K filings, none of that matters because, people, we all forgot to LOOK AT THE CHART! It's that easy! The chart is going down, so the stock is being dumped. MY GOD IT'S BRILLIANT!
Thank you kevinbailey from texas. I will be sure to pull all my interest in this stock immediately.

Not all shell companies are pumps that reverse merge... ever hear of SPEA? Sometimes its easier for a private company to buy up a shell then to try to list themselves.

No one I know sunk their money in this with out doing the required research. We all asked Rufus to show us the bonds and he did to our liking. The SEC is now saying really show us the bonds... and CSHD is doing just that. Your remarks would maybe help if any of the current holders were iron stomached like we are. We have been through the valley of "E" and and stared into the eyes of the SEC. If we are still here and proud owners as we are. Well I am sorry your too late. We are either already gone, and in the middle of a 3000 yard stare, or we are totally sold and not even you the fighter of evil and defender of shareholders are going to convince us of letting go of our slips.
You think you have proof of "pump and dump" show it here. The SEC and us long CSHD shareholders would love to see it.

No the chart DOES NOT scream pump and dump. The price has gone up and down but there hasn't been a HUGE selloff with VOLUME to match.....

You say facts back you up...so lay it out. The whole story...backed by all the numbers.
Mock up your charts...show the dump...show where it came from and prove it. You see with pump and dumps you can actually show it.
You see the SEC already posed this and has failed to show it. Perhaps you want to give them some lessons on how to "see" it since they are reading.
