CSHD BOOK VALUE & RESET PRICE $29.62 (by kingmack)
FWIW:
BTW, kingmac stated in the "Spin Offz Inc" paltalk room that he is a professional auditor, to the best of my recollection. He was having a great conversation with another professional auditor at the time. Fascinating stuff!

This one Bond of 500mil that has been Audited will generate 68mil in Cash Flow alone for our Company CSHD. The 19mil in revs generated is just for 1 business quarter plus 2 weeks, 3/17/06 - 6/30/06. We generated .38 per share which if you take a P/E multiple of 20, that's $7.60 per share without book value.
Per my calculations the Company is worth right now as of June 30, 2006 $14.81 (7.21 + 7.60) per share. That's without a Multiple. This stock will reset in my professional opinion at 29.62 (14.81 x 2 multiple). I hope this helps all of you out. This is audited numbers not speculation. GLTA

Apparently you don't know how to read a Balance Sheet... The Company as of June 30, 2006 has in excess of 19mil in Receivable Interest from the Bonds. That's right under the Cash entry on the Balance Sheet take a look. By the way that number is Audited by an Independent Auditor by the name of Thomas Benson, see Exhibit 9.1 in the 8Ka. This Company is way undervalued.

Audited book Value of $7.21 per share. See Exhibit 9.1 in 8Ka.

all my "professional trader" friends say 'look, i can study this stock for 3 minutes and know it's a scam' BUT i say 'yes, it's supposed to appear that way'
iow, what every seasoned penny trader/borker/MM has come to expect i think rufus is going to present... so the appearance is a scam.
but i dont think the underlying business is. i think that's rufus's ulterior motive. i think that is his trap.
which is why the greater the DD, the greater the confidence.

This is just a thought for people to chew on:
In the last interview on Paltalk, Rufus stated that there might not need to be a reset. I believe that he has carefully orchestrated this to work just the way it has. He KNEW there was a huge short position. He also KNEW that people would sell after the reset. He KNEW that the last day to file fell on a Friday, so he had until Monday. He created a trap for the shorts, by releasing the 10k extension. If we are to open Monday (possibly on the Nasdaq) at $15pps (hence no need for reset) and all the shorts need to cover, this will resolve the problem of the PPS dropping like a rock. Also, people SHOULD now see that this company is worth MUCH more than $15 per share. If people held and shorts cover the possibilities are ENDLESS. I won't speculate on how high it could go, but it may be more than we ever could have imagined. Things may not go JUST like this, but I believe that it will be very close. TUT had said you are either with or without. I believe that if you are not in this NOW, you will probably not get another chance on Monday, unless you choose to buy at $15 or above. Like I said this is my observation and opinion. GLTA

I admit that my attitude went right in the dumper after the extension was filed, not because I no longer believed in the company, but because I knew what it would do to the price. I had a sell order in at $3.80 which I canceled and the drop to $2.45 ticked me off. Then the extension meant to me that it would hit under $1.00 based on attitudes of posters and experience with other promises not kept. After the 8K, I felt much better. My posts were emotional but honest.
Incidentally, thanks Glassman for your honest posts. I posted to ACTC on Ihub that I sold and was immediately flamed by longs and bashers alike. I guess they don't like honesty on Ihub.

I don't think that we should put any faith in the after-hours numbers. It's MMs simply reporting former trades that didn't get reported in the heat of it all. Not that I think a gap up isn't possible, it certainly is, and I hope upon hope that it does. A pre-market pr explaining some things would help. Also, a nuclear bomb hitting the M-N-1 office would be nice.

Just for clarification once again. There is no afterhours trading on OTCBB or Pinksheet stocks. What you see is usually trades that were not posted earlier in the day or a few trades that happened right at the bell. Premarket 10 to 15 minutes before the opening bell is when you will see orders that were placed after closing and before opening then the Market Makers adjusting the Bid and Ask accordingly. Right before the open on Monday is when we will see the effect of all the events that have occurred after the bell Friday. Please do not use the after market numbers to base any decisions on. They are NOT after hours trades.
The 8KA looks very good the only question will be how the investor/traders that are not currently in the stock react. Those of us who have spent the last 3 months spend hour upon hour DDing this are just finally getting to see what we expected. I still will say to use caution when it comes to investing/trading any stock. As Yogi Berra said: "It ain't over til it's over."

i do not beleive in posting entry and exit prices...
at one time i did post them, but i really do not wish to influence people in the "heat of trading" it's too close to market manipulation for my taste...
first of all? i have made PLENTY of trading mistakes... and i'll make more... why should i risk affecting someone else?
as i have gained more and more experince reading L2's i began to realise that the MM's "bluff" on them too.. and each MM at each terminal is going to "play" his hand a little differently...
as a general rule? i pay attentio how NITE's MM is working his postings and try to follow how he/she is working that day...
i have tried to keep it in front of you guys from day one that Rufus is NOT playing by the rules here,
BUT?
i'm not convinced he has broken any serious/ly enough to ruin the play...
i truly want to see Rufus succeed cuz he seems to be the underdog.
BUT?
keeping the price at about a dollar for 7 weeks in the face of all the negatives? that's a sign of real strength...
there is money backing this play, and the fact is CSHD is claiming to be in the FINANCE business, right?
equating this to qbid and cmkx is just wrong...
those were diltuion plays..
even if all tose 144's were sold? that is still minor dilution...
and? a Form 144 does not garantee a sell..we usually just assume they are, but 2.5 million shares isn't that bad in 110 million OS...
especially since most of those people appear to have been retailpeople investing in a local company... we identifed some of them a their local high school reuinion.. not different from me or you calling your old buddies and saying hey, guess what....

Since I was typing the post as you were posting it, it was impossible to know that you or anyone else was finally reposting information regarding the Post market numbers.
But if it will make you feel better, HEY EVERYBODY DON WAS RIGHT, did I shout loud enough?

I feel moderately better, but you could have expounded upon my suggestion by adding "Hey everybody, Don was right, and I heard that he has exceptional personal hygiene".....but I guess I'll take what I can get.

Sorry, but My DD skills seem to lacking today. I was unable to come up with any source that verified your claim of exceptional personal hygiene. I will keep looking though and if able to find third party corroboration I will post it.

Scottrade has NOT placed CSHD on any restriction list as of today...
FWIW...
i bet they are hoping to get a few of the upset AMTRD customers....
i do believe that is what has motivated some of the sour grapes people
Glass: Have you seen the new Scottrade commercial where he says something like this at the end..."if your looking to leave your current brokerage company, come to Scottrade"? It started right after AMTD stopped allowing it's customers to buy shares of CSHD. I thought that was interesting since they were short approximately the same amount of shares as AMTD.
