just got email from parkin: the merger is completed and accountants are busy with the filings now and will put them out as soon as they can. could take 1 or 2 days according to parkin so i expect them tomorrow or monday

adamgamz annalysis looks pretty good with the banding. Once the filing hits this should do well.

Man, they should at least be able to release the 8K today, then follow them up with the financials tomorrow or monday. If they release them all at once, the pr had better be huge and include an update on the move to a better board:)

Parkin knows what he's doing, if he releases it today it will be all but forgotton on Monday, however if he releases it Monday we can run all week through the big volume days. I was hoping we would get a Monday release. We will run that much more.

indeed, it is also a wise decision to hold now...i am buying more if it dips but i think we stay here today again...tomorrow or monday we will know the details and that will help this stock in the right direction..a pr about the listing on otcbb or amex would also help..i would not be surprised if they surprise the entire market with saying they go to amex

Anyone else watch the AURC ask drop when NDOL went to 63, then go back up as soon as NDOL hit 65. Looks like some folks are trying to free up funds, there it goes again.

Purl read your post again. You said the pps is going to go down. Are you trying to say that you won't be glad to get them at that price versus what they are now. Obviously you don't have anything going on right now or you would be there. Are you trying to say that this stock will never be worth much, because of late financial reports? Every body will just refuse to accept that oil makes money and move on, right?
