I do not claim to be an expert in anything, uptickds. I am just disturbed by people who make statements like, "...the numbers aren't good...", and yet they do not provide a financial flow-chart to underpin their statement.

well said upticks, although I beg to differ justa little. the financials are not that "great" for the stock to be valued anywhere between 3-5 $$, but definitely worth around 0.7-0.9. look at it this way. 32M in revenues, 300% growth, acquisition with one of the bigger companies worth unarguably around 200M, and deal with indian oil, I know what indian oil is. india is an energy hungry country craving desperately for russian and iranian oil. i am not surprised that they made deal with NWG. any dimension should give this stock an appreciation around 20%, and adding that to current pps should put the pps around 0.8-0.9. let more financials trickle through and then the companies true worth shall fall in place. i'm long and have been long since it was 0.14. never flipped share even when it was 1.3. regret that but holding for couple more months should do the trick. GLTA in this.

Please be patient--the merger has only occured 2 weeks ago and now the plans for the future are being put into place. The buy out was only an initial phase of the negotiations--who knows what percentage the buyer would have bought.
We are only trading at 47 because people do not understand the principle of value and investments in a growing oil producer. Owners of smart money are grabbing the cheap shares and are laughing at the panic that a few days delay causes.

Why the drop in NDOL share price?? NDOL is currently trading in the high .40s, didn't NDOl promised that by merging with Northwest oil group, it will created shareholder value? The buyout offer was 2.17, NDOL didnt take the offer and now we are trading at .47.

unfortunately Amelia? your son is incorrect....
any stock is shortable, the question is how much SERVICE can you AFFORD from your broker?
