MONTREAL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 04/04/06 -- Nord Oil International Inc. (Frankfurt: CXIA) (OTC: NDOL) announced today that local and regional governments have approved the company's plans to start its oil production starting June 1, 2006.

"We are truly grateful for the tremendous support we have received by local and regional governments to expedite our authorization to commence our oil production," said Andrei Kuzovlev, Executive Vice-President of Nord Oil International Inc. "The production is expected to yield approximately 6,500 barrels per day or 2.3 million barrels of oil for the following 12 months, representing revenues of approximately $150 million USD and when we add this revenue to our existing transport, storage and trading business, total revenues should reach close to $200 million USD by June 2007," further added Mr. Kuzovlev.

Be cautious, I have watched this stock since it was named bio-tracking security. It typically runs from .06-.16. They will release a PR, it will run, then pull back. It may not fully run until they pull it out of the ground. Just an observation.

thanks invester, I will be cautious. they do have real working wells and unlike other oil stocks that have run hard on news of the possibility of a few thousand barrels a year this company will be pumping 6500 barrels A DAY from wells that aready exist. income will be HUGE, already looking at 40 million plus WITHOUT the oil wells. looks good. have to wait and see. opened gap up, still moving, lets see how it pans out.

Alright, I'm back in. I don't want to miss the boat on this one. I’ve been trading other things thinking I could get back in at .065, but it looks like it is sustaining. I had to buy back in at .145, but the company is worth 50x this.

The shares out are only 214m. This company has over 9 billion in proven reserves. This stock is worth well over $5 a share.

They haven't pulled it out of the ground yet. I've been tracking this for about a 1 1/2 years. That last PR should do it though. Its just to close to production time. Take a look at XSNX, I founf that at .11, I think this will have the same run, if not more.

BUT wouldn't it be nice to see Time & Sales reports, such that one could judge just how many dollars can be thrown at a penny? That is, how much, exactly (or even ballpark, lol), can one buy without running into problems selling?

If I remember, the assertion here was a $50k buy...boy, I'd sure like to see evidence of a $50k buy followed by a $50k sell...

By nord oils own mouth, they have stated in previous pr's that they feel the fair value is well above $2. The anticipation is killing me. When the offer comes in, the stock will jump to that price. If they offer $2, $2 it is. I can't believe everyone is not more excited, and buying the sh*t out of this.

For the offer to even be serious, it would have to be at least $3. That is only 642 million dollars. They have 1 billion dollars worth of oil, in the ground, that they can prove, that they are pulling out next month. They also have another 1.5 billion in oil that they are very sure they have. This is a gold mine fellas. I found this stock when it was bio-tracking security. I thought it was to good to be true, so I held off buying. I second guess myself sometimes, and I paid for it. Instead of buying in at .06, I had to buy in at .145 yesterday. I'm not to concerned though, as I am sure this will be well above $1 when the news is released.

I have been in this since last August. I hold 100K shares of this baby, 25k of which I got at .073.
Here is my DD and I beleive it is more accurate than numbers posted on this thread.
The offical O/S is 236 M. It was 216M, but they recently added 20 M to the O/S (go to edgar and type in NDOL), so Nord has 15 M barrels MB in proven and 33MB in probable reserves. Let's just take some conservative numbers here and call it 30 million barrels of oil.......that's very generous for the buyer since the total is 48 MB with all reserves added.
Now, it takes money for pumping and refining and all that, so can't use the $60 per barrel number......realistically it is between $20 and $35 per barrel, but we will use the $20 per barrel number for the most conservative estimate, so $20 per barrel X 30 m barrels = $600 million.
Now let's just go ahead and even cut that number in half for the buyer.....we are being very generous to give away NORD for 300 million.
Now take 236 million shares at $1 a piece, that's only 236 million dollars, not even 300 million.....do you see where this mother load is going???? I'm freaking out! I have 100K shares of this baby and I don't think Nord would even consider the buy out offer if it was below $1, so when they go to release the PR on this, you can bet it;s gonna pop some eyes wide open!
I'm freaking out just thinking about it!
So expect something $1 or more on the offer and once that kind of PR hits, this thing is going to the moon! But what they will prob do, is give the details of the offer, then have a time frame to discuss it with share holders, so may be a couple weeks before any buy out would be finalized, but in the mean time, wehn they do release that PR, this baby will be headed much higher.......I'm freaking out!

Just to be realistic. What if they don't sell to someone. The stock should still climb just on revenue and the value of the company shouldn't it. All that earl bubblin and a gurglin. What do you think Mr. invester? or anybody?

Well I'm in both, but NDOL has estimated revenues of $250 million in the next year. Unless RSHN comes out with a PR that they're selling RUSH at Walmarts, Targets, etc... this seems the better stock.

Plus the buyout offer is the wildcard. It could potentially increase this thing multiple times it's current price almost immediately which won't happen with RSHN.

My opinions, good luck

My buddy, 'Lokknez', told me about this stock 2 days ago.
I've been tied up in RSHN, but have been checking out what's going on here. It looks really good.

If RSHN has a great tomorrow and Monday, and this thing is still below its potential, I'm gonna try and pick up some shares of this.
This one looks very exciting.

The Frankfurt Exchange had volume of less than 100,000 last I checked. Yesterday we had about 15,000,000. That's why we can't use it as a crystal ball....

RSHN news is a good start, but I don't think it's something people are going to really buy into yet IMO. Still pretty vague. Shipping a couple trucks worth of stuff doesn't justify a huge increase to me. But I own some...and I'm hoping it'll run...just don't see it.

If they accept the offer, you get the price offered. It's as simple as that. If they deny it, it will come close, if not go to it. This is oil, not some tech. company.

I did some analysis on Exxon, just to get a feel for what oil companies sell for. Exxon sells for about 1 years revenues (market cap = 2005 revs). With NDOL estimating about 200 million worth next year, they should be worth just about $1.00/share by that logic.

If you look at market cap per reserves, Exxonn sells for about 11 times reserves (market cap/reserves in ft^3 = 11). I calculated NDOL to have about 270 million cubic feet, which would put their share price at $14...obviously that's too high to be true, right now at least.

I have no idea what an industry standard is, so take this with a grain of salt...but based on this I feel confident that we're looking at a minimum of a dollar per share for this thing with or without a buyout. Obviously a buyout would speed up the process!

Anyways, anybody who knows more about this jump in. My exxon info was from there latest 10-k and my NDOL info was from the latest PR.

Something I didn't think about before, even if a buy out was off, the folks who wanted to buy Nord out said they intend to purchase 10% of the company stock. The float is only 28 million right now out of 236 million o/s. If those investors buy up 10% Nord shares as said in the PR, that will only leave around 7-8 million shares in the float. Nord recently added 20 Million shares to the O/S and that was for employees of the company, but don't think those shares have been given out yet and who would want to cash them in now?
I bet the OS would be around 4-5 million really, since there are many smaller investors long on Nord as well......with a float that small, this will move in a massive way come mid May......
Keep in mind, employees or directors of Nord are not day traders. They are way long on Nord and they won't be cashing in their shares anytime soon at all, so the float is going to be around 7-8 million if the buy out doesn't happen, (but probably 4-5 M) but if it does, expect a massive surge and if not expect a much quicker rise in Nord PPS than normal.......man this is looking good no matter what happens.

I've been in this since last year. Just staring at the low price with my head up my ass wondering when it was going to make some moves. They were talking the $3.50 proven and $11 probable share value since then. Well its doing something finally and I guess the best thing to do is to have some whether its at .04 or .20 at this time.

hey net..
I've been wondering the same stuff the past few days.
I've been reading up along with this stock, and a buddy of mine pointed it out to me early last week.

It's tough to tell which is the better play between this one and RSHN.

If RSHN pops this week, it will have one hell of a run.
But if RSHN doesn't take off quite yet, then this stock's probably the better choice for the money.

As it stands, I'm all in over on RSHN. I was thinking about pulling a little out and putting it over here, but with a bit of consideration, I feel more comfortable staying in RSHN, simply because I did more personal DD on that one, and feel more self-confident there.

But I'm not doubting that this stock has huge upwards potential. I just haven't read up enough about its recent chatter about the buyouts and offers and all that to come to a solid conclusion for myself.

Ultimately, I think it comes down to your own gut feeling. If you wanna check out this stock, you gotta at least put the same amount of time, effort and research into this one as you did on RSHN or any other stock. Don't just automatically buy into the hype because you see a couple good names of posters on here. Only once you've done your own DD will you know if this stock is the right one particularly for you and for your strategy.


I think a lot of people are looking to 'pick' one between this and RSHN, just like people have done when comparing other things to RSHN before.
Personally, if I had a greater amount of money to be spreading between stocks, I'd put some in this, some in RSHN, and some in a few other strong possibilities that have near-term potential.
But as it is, with my current limited funds, I feel safer for myself sticking with my investment in RSHN, at least till I get some extra funds freed up to put into this stock, and any other, once I do my own DD on it and feel comfortable enough with the reasons I find for buying into it.


Keep in mind, this is just my single-sided perspective, not taking into account any of the wealth of information regarding NDOL that is out there, and on this board.

You are one smart cookie for a college student dude... It is tempting to jump on this ship because the oil and gas stocks kick ass in the summer.... Look at last summer and the hurricane season... I will do my DD before making a final consideration on purchasing this one but it always helps getting other people's perspectives on these stocks..... As always thanks for your post.....

RSHN or NDOL?

1st point - I'm all in on NDOL. I sold RSHN on Friday to buy this. So you you know...yes, I want this to go up...and that means other people need to buy it!!

But my logic is simple. RSHN has issued several PR's, but we still have no idea what kind of money (if any) they're going to be making. RSHN is the marketing agent for the product, not the producer/distributor (exception of E-water). I could never find anything that explained that relationship. There PR on Friday talked about an immediate shipment of 1 truck and some subsequent shipments. Good start, but how much is 1 truck of this stuff worth?

NDOL - releasing facts about expected production and reserves. Estimating earnings per share to be equal to the current price per share as early as next year. Not to mention the buyout. Who knows what could happen with that. My guess, if it doesn't go through, there may be a slight pullback on knee-jerk reactions, but it was at these levels before that was announced so it would rebound quickly IMO.

To me the bottomline is, you've got 200 million dollars in revenues in the next year, you've got 48 million barrels of oil reserves at almost $70/barrel....or you've got some organic drinks that you're trying to get on the shelves.

I'm not bashing RSHN, I still like it and want to get back in as a long term play, but I think the days of 100% gains may be behind them.

It's not just the price, there are only 236m shares outstanding, and most of which are company owned. I would say there may be 10m at the most tradable. All of those sub-penny stocks have billions of shares outstanding.

Dig - the Market Maker (MM) is who is always on the other end of a transaction. They hold the inventory. So, yes, every buy has a sell and vice versa, but you can differentiate between buying from the MM and selling to the MM.

A flip today would have worked out nice, but I'm afraid to. If the PR comes out with a big offer on the buyout, this could go up 5-10 cents or more immediately. I don't want to miss it.

They have been blowing away last years numbers month after month. They are just now beginning to expand outside New York State. They have plans of covering New Jersey, Penn, and Phio I beleive. The future of Clickable Oil sure is a bright one.

With oil prices skyrocketing, more and more people will be looking for dicount rates.

Ya I hope you are right. In the past it seemed at times like they were never going to say anything about anything again. Thats partly why I ignored it when they were at .04 and so forth. Plus the 3rd quarter of 2006 looked to be a long way off.

I wish I knew for sure tomorrow was going to be like today... I'd flip it at 25% and buy back in when it hit the open price and increase my position. No wait... I'm too stingy... Go under investor relations and their projections, it shows their expected profit. I know it's $0.16/per share next year. P/E of just over 1....not too bad

just so you guys know there not going to be making 60-70 dollars per barrel, its gonna be more like 25-30. I say this because costs of refinment, pumping, empolyees pay.....Even at 25-30 a barrel we' will all be seeing lots of green from this. sooner then later i hope

The reason it is so cheap is because the news just came out on Arpil 4th that they have permission from the government to drill. Since then it had a big gain, and there have been a lot of people taking profits. There is too much emotion right now...people just seeing a multi-bagger and selling, not thinking about the potential. this consolidation period is a good thing. It sets a base for the next jump.

Eventually this will settle down and the fundamentals will carry this thing to where it should be IMO.

Did anybody take note of the mission statement on the Nord home page. Theres mention of a dividend to the shareholders. On the invester page they break it down by year. In my opinion that will be paid to the share holders of record when they earn it. Someone mentioned that they reinvest it, but all the dividends I ever heard of get paid to the shareholder. Do you people agree with that?

Dig - a dividend is a payment to a shareholder. When a company makes a profit, they have two options. Invest it or give it back to the shareholders in a dividend. A dividend is nice, but if they can buy another profitable reserve, etc... we would want them to do that if it will end up adding more value in the long run.

Then in that case they shouldn't tell me they're going to pay a dividend if they are going to keep it to use at their own discretion. That sounds more like saying this is yours, but you can't have it. I still think a divy should belong to the shareholder. Otherwise use it on something else before they tell me it's mine.

Sam - if the buyout goes through you can expect the price to climb towards the buyout offer. The price will not tank after a buyout is approved, because at that time it's as close to guaranteed money as you'll find in the stock market...

I'm actually thrilled it's staying at this level today... I was kinda upset when the PR came out this morning. I have a lot of funds settling tomorrow and I didn't want to pay a higher price for them.

I don't think there will be much of a dip. Most day traders get out around 3 pm or so. That's when there will be a lot of buyers coming in who want to be holding in case a PR comes out Monday morning...

another stock i had last year that went to the otcbb from the pinks took 1 week once they got approval, so normally we will be trading on the otcbb by the end of next week and i see them releasing the buyout info a few days later...LEts say an offer of 2 bucks, that will make this baby go up that day to that level IMO because everybody will speculate on the fact they accept the offer and all what you bought beneath the buyout price is a 100% profit deal...this is going to rock&ROLL hard

Westcott - the PR saying that they're going to do two things before May 1st is what is driving this. You know when those PR's come it, it is likely going up. Now people are essentially trying to "beat the rush" but in doing that, they cause a little rush themselves.

The best part of it is that we bill be at a much higher level when we do get those PR's than we would had they just released the actual PR.

The old PR about a future PR...brilliant!

Typical daily cycles have a slow lunch period and a "reversal" period around 2:45. But any dip then may still be higher than now. Got to make your best educated guess.

this is a lot undervalued, look at the last pr where the pres. said 2,06...what else do we need to hear to be sure we are not buying at high price...this price is a hell of a deal knowing what is going to come and i bet on it they will accept the offer,otherwise they would have never released that in a pr IMO

OIL IS expensive now, the atmosphere in IRAN is HOT and will create probably an oil crisis,hurricanes also on their way 'especially with the changing climate, a company who got a buyout offer and a ceo who said its stock is worth at least 2 bucks...i rest my case...

i think there are 2 possibilities when they release the info of the buyout offer..
1) it is a fair price(must be above 2$ if you see the last comments of the CEO in the pr)and they accept which will cause a major jump in PPS to 1 dollar and higher
2)not a fair price and will not accept but released all these buyout prs on purpose to get the attention of other big players in the oil industry and so create a bid war...they always told me not to accept the first offer because that is not the best...so anyhow i am pretty sure they know very well what they are doing and the next pr will say exactly where this stock is heading to and i think it are not pennies but bucks...

with this companies revenues and assets the move to a higher exchange ALONE will propel this over a dollar. many pinks have claimed to be moving to a higher exchange, few have actualy done it!. NDOL gave us a time line for the move and it is only weeks away! not " in the third quarter " or " as soon as possible " as other pinks usualy state ( and never do end up making it! } so far the PR`s have been up front and truethful. the assets and income speak for themselves!. this is THE one!. GLTA!!

I have been watching this one from the sidelines and after doing my own DD, I do think it has potential. I do have a few concerns and would like to know what everyone thinks.

1) The buyout offer came around the 6th of April which the stock was trading around 14-23 cents the day before. The question is, what are your thoughts if the offer is below that?

2) I understand the CEO thinks the PPS should be around $2 a share. My thoughts is he would not accept anything below where we are currently at.

3) If he does get near $2 do you think we could travel that high immediately if the deal is accepted?

4) If it is a hostile takeover, then the stock still has to be purchased up to 51% for that to happen, correct?

Thanks guys, still doing my DD on this one but I like what I see.

There was hardly any selling going into the close. Daytraders don't go long on stocks and they hate to hold over the weekend. So with that said, wait until Monday cause NDOL just set off all kinds of daytrader alert alarms which will only bring them on board Monday morning. Bank on the continued straight up movement in price!!!

Yeah DIG, oil stocks are the largest growing stocks there are on the market. Supply and demand, it is all too simple. NVAO ran wild and is back down to near $5 a share but it went from .05 to over $9 in less than a week!!! I am willing to bet that NDOL is going to have similar trends as buyouts and Nasdaq listing in the next week or two is going to be HUGE!

No NVAO just put out they landed a 12.5 million joint venture agreement with Scott Petroleum Corp. to construct a 20 million gallon, biodiesel production facility. Yep, that was all it took!!! They trade on the Nasdaq OTC, yes the same place NDOL is heading. Many similarities that makes it very interesting to say the least.

Oil is set to rocket.

I'm following PMHH which is an oil services company and won a $12.4m repeat deal with Keppel in Jan. Rig rates are soaring, and analysts are raising their ratings on PMHH.

6 institutions just bought in last few weeks, plus now profitable plus chairman invested £1m in Jan!!. It's a $2 stock for 30c. People are catching on with 3x volume and close at high - 30% higher. Chart says breakout IF volume monday!!
Large orders supposedly coming from China & Korea soon

This NDOL one looks excellent....

Anything oil should be meteroric on Monday with oil at $69.50! Think might join in both...

Just be careful moto - OTC stocks can rise & fall fast

May I just offer some words of wisdom?
Make sure you have your Risk/Reward worked out and have a mental stop in mind as you might have been lucky. Also never trade more than you can afford to loose.

I've been at this for 4 years. It's great fun, but it took me 3 years before I really started making profits consistently. I've had some very costly lessons on the way!! and am now thankful for them.

Best of luck but be humble in this. All the best.

Oil does seem one of the best investments. All this stuff about ethanol may be true, but the demand for rigs & oil is what's driving these stocks - it's not going to stop soon due to China & India. 1 ltr Oil is also still 'cheap'- less than 1 ltr water :-)

I came out of a profitable oil sands stock this week to increase on PMHH. Time will tell if that was a good move.
