panic selling is all, it should rebound. number's just don't add up for the merger to be better than the buyout. Something should come out to clairify this

it appears to me that those who hold through the symbol change will be holding restricted shares, need clarification from the company on the status of shares currently held.

I think if you bring negative comments (I have made a few the last week or so myself) then we are classified as bashers. But damn you have to look at things from both sides. Everything im life is not as great as mommy said it would be. These numbers are not great. Low float yes, but we'll see how long it takes to recover.
The one thing that has bugged me since the buyout was changed is that I have a gut feeling that the buyout offer of 2.00 plus was really not being considered. Mighty strange that they release a PR on a buyout on wed or thur, then monday say they are going to do a reverse merger. Just starnge to me. But I have no proof and its just a feeling. I guess I'm bashing again.

could it be shares sold after may 11th are not restricted but those prior are? how manyshares sold since may 11th?

if they're restricted, shouldn't we be unable to trade them right now? technically wasn't the merger date may 15?

SYGY, try buying or selling some to test it. I don't think they ar restricted. Parkins insisted that they wouldn't be. It would be terrible public relations if he lied.
