Reggie Bush is one of the most exciting college players I have EVER seen. And believe me, I hate USC, I am a hard core Notre Dame fan and had to suffer thorough that BS game where USC cheated and won. But Bush is phenomenal.
One year my team, The New England Patriots, passed up on Dan Marino and John Elway so that they could pick Tony Eason. History will discover that the Texans made a worse error.

Young is not going to be great in the NFL... Even Vick has realized that he needs to be a quality passing QB first. Young has a horrible throwing motion. Mario will be great for you, Bush would have been too but Young is no #1 pick. And yes defense wins championships but so does Tom Brady, he was born with a ring on his finger!

Kinda funny SincereX13....I wasnt even replying to you. Hadn't even seen your post. Was just comparing Bush to Vick, cause they're basically out of the same mold.

Michael Vick is the most overrated player in History. A Great runner does not make a great quarterback.
Tom Brady was a 4th string quarterback for an average football team before taking over the reigns and becoming a Hall Of Fame shoe-in. Now thats a quarterback!
Its just like basketball now, the flashy players are exciting to watch but ruin the sport, thats why the United States "Dream Team" lost to Puerto Rico...Freakin PUERTO RICO!!!!!!!!!!! I guarantee that the 1986 Celtics or Lakers could beat any of the past 10 years of all-star teams. Players are all flash and no substance now.
Tom Brady is substance, Michael Vick is flash. We don't know what Bush is yet, but we know he has talent.

Michael Vick is not an overrated player in the least. He's improved his passing...but has no one to throw the ball to but a tight end. He's a remarkable athlete.
So is Bush....but only once in about 10 years do you see a team win a championship with a mediocre defense. Rams were the last to do it

Lebron is amazing... but he is as much substance as he is flash. Again though he'll have to prove it by winning rings. Think not of your favorite player but of your favorite team, would you rather have a ring or the player and never the ring? Give me Tom Brady over Dan Marino any day of the week.

Lebron was on the team that lost to Puerto Rico!!! They have no fundamentals any more. They would rather go 5 for 10 with 5 great slams than 10 for 10 with easy lay-ups. Can't blame them though, the great slams get the great endorsement deals.

Vick has just as many people to throw to as anyone else (3-5 people usually). The truth is that when he drops back he starts thinking about the run and doesn't give his receivers time to get open. I'd rather have a utilitarian Tom Brady pass for 400 yards than an exciting Vick run for 250 any day...

This was part of the point I was trying to make above when I thought you were responding to me Vick came in as a runner with no real passing game but it really didn't end up as effective for him as it was in college. He has moved towards becoming a much more standard QB over the years in hopes of being more sucessful. Vince Young comes from the same mold except that his passing is suspect because of his odd release and motion. Thus if he has to eventually get away from being a running QB he is in trouble b/c he is not the natural passer that Vick is.

OK Ohio, you take lebron and his 30-40 points a game (which is great I agree) and I'll take 5 guys with good fundamentals who move the ball around and take the open lane when it is available and we'll see who wins.
FREAKIN PUERTO RICO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wait till you see O.J. Mayo. He's the next LeBron.....unbelievable kid coming out of Cincinatti. The kid moved to Kentucky and started for a varsity team as a 7th and 8th grader..then moved back to Ohio to play high school...he's about to bust on to the scene big time.

weekendwarrior On the oil production projections...Go to wwwnordoil.com, click on technical data, go to the end and it shows projections in barrels per year, in thousands. Divide it out. 2006=6,301 BOP, 2007=9,945 BOP, 2008=12,099 BOP, 2009=14,521 BOP, 2010=17,425 BOP, and 2011=20,910 BOP. Pretty strong numbers and revs to give away for a couple buks a share buyout. If it happens I'll be suprised. But it would be easy money if they got offered $5/sh
