It is the NorthWest Oil Group's Business Plan for whast appears to be two (2) of their licenses. The document is called:
Business Business Plan Plan of the investment project on carrying out of prospecting works and extraction of hydrocarbonic raw material in Privolzhski federal region.
It should unzip nicely into a .pdf - I am going through the cash-flows this morning.

Looks like RSM Top-Audit has prepared a business plan for the excraction of hydrocarbons through two licenses held be NorthWest Oil Group in the Kalinin field and the Saratov district.

yep dig, this will go up but no idea about the time frame...if you can hold for 1 year, you always have a 3 bagger from here why is it down? i think 2 main reason 1: pink sheets so a lot don't trust the stock 2: they gave deadlines and did not meet them which creates negative reactions
what do we need: 1: financials of the 2 subs we are merging with and a good idea about the real value 2: move to amex or otcbb
from there the stock price will take care of itself....

stock, chu got it. It would also appear that a lot of people were on board for the ride to $2.17. That would be a lot of ones that are given to the penny stock sell soon mentality that is prevalent in this segment of stock trading. Its going to be really cool to see this go to Amex or something and watch it's behavior there.

Thanks for link camellio. Everyone should read that. These guys are just following a long term business plan. Going public was part of it. This stock may linger in .60 -.70 range for awhile, but it will, with out a doubt go up.
There are pink sheet companies putting out PR's about owning one bottom up pump, and the money it will make them. These guys are installing 12 in one field. Here is the script.
The oil recovery will be made by the mechanized way (12 pumping unit, bottom-hole pumps). Bushes can be equipped by one assembly point (tanks in volume not less than 750 m ³ . Debit of one well is planned within the limits of 20 tons/day. The general daily volume of oil recovery will make 240 tons.
240 tons is about 1764 barrels a day. This is just one part of one field. I think there are alot of contracts, and acquistions on the horizon for this company, and they must go public for the funds needed to develope their plan. Don't expect to stay in the pinks for long.

Good thoughts, Hawk..one of the key questions seems to be what percentage of total revenues do the receipts from the licenses in the Kalinin field and the Saratov district (X) represent of the whole.
RSM Top-Audit seems to give X slice of the pie a NPV of over $150,000,000 (USD)

It would be nice if we would get something. It seems the company is indifferent to the shareholders.

Westcott percentages remain the question. My father in laws best friend is Ukrainian and has provided me with some rough translations. From the licenses, it appears the government is using competition amongst companies to increase oil flow, this was also stated in the NWO presentation. This is at most, an educated guess based on a rough translation so take it with a grain of salt. But these licenses don't give companies access to an entire field. Let's say for example a field is 10 square KM, a company would would get the rights to 8 square KM and other companies could acquire rights to the peripheries, these other companies can then access the same oil dome, and basically who ever can pump and move the most gets the most out of the field. So to me it seems that the "percentage owned" depends on how many wells you put in, and the volume of flow you can push through them.

Well it has not been good for oil stocks lately. Ndol has other problems besides the price of oil dropping however. IE incompetent and vague PR's. If they get their act together we will see green again.
