penny33, I don't know how long you have been with this company, but it used to be a PR every couple of months. I'ts blowing my mind that theres been so many just in the last month. I want the PR to, but they have to do what they have to do and I think they have been very good at it lately. As compared to earlier when there wasn't much to be said except that they could have said that nothing is happening. But I guess they figured it goes without saying.

Thanks for the l2's Hannibull.. I have not been with NDOL very long at all. The recent PR's are the ones that count now.. And they have been vague and late. That 8k should have been out friday or monday.. WE are still waiting.. incompetence..

you know what's weird is that even though the most logical thing about those L2's would be for the price to go up, and now the MM's took it down again a bit. I wonder then, why that line up at the bid? That's an obvious signal of "we want your shares!" no? Why else would they line up and be willing to give a good price for your shares if they're going to take it down again? The MM's lose this way, and so do we.
I used to trade on Nasdaq stocks all the time the past months and this was pure logic, but this... i don't know. When financials come out that should move the stock, because right now the MM's are holding it down

What percentage of the whole - in terms of total net profits - will NorthWest’s activities in the Kalinin field and the Saratov district represent? We know NorthWest also has operations in Saratovskaya, Goryuchkinskoye, Stepnovskoye, Severo-Vacnetsovskoye and Kalininskoye fields, the Shalinskiy field, etc. I know all if this will be cleared up, but it does make for very interesting speculation.

That's another good link westcott, and if NWO get a piece of Saratovneftegaz this would be huge. This is what I mean by the acquisitions on the horizion. Just like everyone else I am curious about the financials, but I must admit though they may show alot of promise I have my reserves that they will be strong enough to not be criticized. This is only because these guys have vested a large sum of money in there business, and the real payoff won't show itself till next year's finiancials. If you go with the finanials alone, and not off the future potenial you may be in for a rude awakening when the stock doesn't launch right away. They obvisously still have large sums of capital available if they are still pursuing large acquisitions, but the oil in ground may not count.
As far as percentage of total profits is concerned you would have to DD every company operating in these two fields and compare NWO projections to the established firms. Right now I don't have time to do this. I am going to a dinner party in 40 min. and I imagine this would take me 3 or 4 hours.

Hawkdriver I see it the same way. From what I have read it looks like this stock is going nowhere in the short term even with the 8k and 10q. Unfornately this will just trigger another sell off and drop the pps even more. The financials are not going to be good enough to support a 1.50+ pps. Most people want 2.17+ now. Not next year or ten years. Right now it looks like its a 0.85 pps stock at best.

I disagree somewhat penny, I think the financials will support a 1.50 in the near future IE 3 months or so, but is contingent on moving away from the pinks. I think the real attraction with this stock is long term growth, which isn't a big attraction to most penny traders. They like the idea, but most of us are gamblers and think we can make more money shooting from one PR to another. I doubt if any penny trader became a millionare on google. We all sold to quick.

Let me add to my last post. 1.50 will be reasonably supported. But you can bet your azz it won't be long after the financials are posted that people will be saying they are weak, or nothing here means anything. When people start seeing this they will get scared again, and it is always easier for someone to sell, than it is for someone to buy, unless they are holding a huge empty bag.

Thats true.. I am new to penny trading but I have been told to follow 2 simple rules and you will be fine. 1# DO NOT hold pennies for any length of time 2# NO one ever went broke making a profit. ie take your profits.. Now I broke this rule with NDOl and paid a price for it.. it went to 1.50 and I could have sold but didn't. I will admit that 2.17 buyout got me.. Lesson learned the hard way. I would have sold for sure on google.. I kept reminding myself of that old song "take the money and run" lol.. You might not make millions but at least your chances of being a bagholder are much lower.. I really hope this stock rockets up but I dont want to be too optimistic and cause some lurkers here to buy in on my optimism or sell if they take my comments in a negative way.

hey everyone, just got in today...I bought back in 27K shares at .76 and 25K shares at .71...This is going for a ride again repo, we are seeing the bottom now, but not for long IMO

If it is any consulation penny, the only weakness I see in this company is mystery and laziness. You can't just type NWO in a search engine and read. You have dig, and dig. NWO was private, and just like most of us didn't put out info to people with no business knowing. Most "investors" go to Yahoo and glance at a couple of PRs, maybe a few filings but they are to lazy to read every single filing, and every pr, then go dig all over the internet. Not once did I hear anyone here respond to Purl's statement that the company was pumping 20 mil shares into the market with anything other speculation and slander, this serves no purpose but adds to fears that other investors may have. No body bothered to mention it was a stock option plan, and several rules had to be followed (this was buried deep in the filing). When Purl makes a post do some research and get the best answers you can. God knows this woman has caused me some heartache, but due to her questions, statements, and the homework I had to do because of it I feel stronger than ever about this company.
I am sure you can flip this one and take profits. I've already done that 4 times, I will continue doing so, but I believe this one is going to trend up. OK I gotta go I'm late. Take Care.

This stock is poised to takeoff, support is holding strong in the mid to high 60's, all the sellers are gone now, the entire $2.17 buyout is overwith, PR and 8K is coming tomorrow. I expect an EOD run as people will be loading up in anticipation of the PR. I bought 40000 shares today.

We've all been there penny, you are very luck you picked this stock to learn that on though because most of these Pink and OTC stocks only give you one chance to get out with profits before they tank and become dead for trading...GL with all your trades
