You threw 50K at a penny stock today? WOW
you know? this is something I have been thinking about, lately...
nothing against whoever posted, cuz I'm not reading the thread, only the one post.
BUT wouldn't it be nice to see Time & Sales reports, such that one could judge just how many dollars can be thrown at a penny? That is, how much, exactly (or even ballpark, lol), can one buy without running into problems selling?
If I remember, the assertion here was a $50k buy...boy, I'd sure like to see evidence of a $50k buy followed by a $50k sell...

you got 300 000 000 of VWKM (as from your post)... Any more comments?

just wondering about liquidity, basically...
best--

If you would look earlier in the thread, I said I bought an extra 200k at .145. On top of my initial, it came out to 44k and change. No need to impress. I called it before it moved in the first place. If it went down, I would have looked dumb. I have always felt that every time I make allot of money on a stock, go bigger on the next one. What do you have to loose. You can only loose the profits. So what, its not your initial investment. Go big, or go home. Food for thought.

it means someone wants to buy the company MAYBE - with 9 billion in proven and probable reserves and a 12 month production schedule of 150 million in oil the current price is a bargain. the problem is that unvarified unsolicited offers are SOMETIMES bogus. the stock likes the news. up 24 percent on 2.5 million shares at .283 x .285

Based on the amount of oil they have, the offer should be north of $1 in my book. That would only value it at 214 million.

invester isn't 100% buyout the whole thing? If thats the case why would they buy 10% of common stock off the market? Do you have any input on what that means?

I would think the value of PROVEN reserves would put this well north of FIVE DOLLARS a share!. if the offer is varified this will EXPLODE!!!

It would seem to me that they are trying to buy some of the company cheaper than the buy out price. It would also suggest that they are serious.

ten percent gives them a majority interest and will make the offer more serious, thats the way real take overs/buy outs are done.
