The financials shall be in late this afternoon—so I am told by the auditors. Th rest is ready for the filings. It is a merger and a lot of accessory work had to be done. Accountants and lawyers were working overtime for the last few weeks to finalize everything.

My new NDOL turn is set at .48 - .53 for tomorrow with no filing. Out of GSPI I was in at .08 out at .125 shoulda bailed sooner. keep an eye on them though.

Also something that hasn't been brought up over here, RSM Top Audit is doing the auditing on NDOL, this auditing company is the 6th largest in the world and wouldn't put their reputation at stake with a scam stock.. for the people questioning, this stock really is valued at $2.20 per share.. it's only a matter of time.

I got a very long reponse this time from parkins.
Dear Shareholder, There was much legal and accounting work to be completed after the merger. The accountant stated that we shall received the financials overnight. We are awaiting this document to make our filings and news release. This should be done tomorrow. We truly regret the delays but the merger was complicated and required time consuming detailed work. Over the course of the next two weeks we shall issue reports as to the projects undertaken by Nord Oil/North West. Of course, the application to a higher exchange will continue. We again apologize but we did not want to release information that may prove to be inaccurate. Gerald Parkin

The price per share of NDOl has been down a lot lately after the news of the merger. Please tell me if you and the management are confident that in the very near future the price per share would go up to near 2.17? 2.17 was the buyout price offered by North West oil group.

If you look at AURC, they said RSM audited them and you could see their financials on the AURC website.... well, if you go there, the financials say "unaudited" and they're also poorly formatted. So, I don't know. That seems weird to me (as an auditor).
Also, the audit firm is not standing by any of the PR's, so they would have no liability if NDOL's management was making up PR's.
With that said, hoping for that PR. Something to stop the bleeding...please

Uptick, when we are sitting at $1.00 by the end of next week I will be back to come looking for you. Parkin said the 8K will be out tomorrow and many more PR's over the next 2 weeks, this is great news! I was worried with the 8K coming Friday we might stall out next week, however it sounds like a blitz of PR's is in the works. Are you forgetting this stock just ran up 10% on the last PR which basically stated they were delaying the filings? Imagine what the next PR will do, one that discloses all of the assets. This is a $3.00+ stock, you just don't know it yet. We are moving off the pinks soon too!!

Dig - No, I'm not with the govt. I'm with one of the big 4 accounting firms. I honestly don't know much about the auditors role in PR's, but there is no way they are giving assurance on any numbers in them.

Adam I will be here next since I'm holding 50K shares... I will have to correct you on the up 10% on the last PR, they have been in the red the last 9 trading days or is it 10 now? So where is the 10% up at? My portfolio must have missed it as well.

Also it seems he is playing damage control, I recieved the same email as everyone else that has been questioning what is going on..
I agree it will be a $3 stock but it's gonna take a long time to recover.
