Purl, back to your knitting. I don't think you are making money either. I'd buy your vet for cash, but don't care for it.

Yeah.. it was panic selling that got the price down. Now shareholder are looking at the number. This might go up again. If we can buy and sell how can this be restricted stock for us?

It seems funny to me that on May 4th (thrusday)they send out the PR on the 2.17 offer, then on monday they release 2 PRs on "oh we decided to do a reverse merger", to give the shareholders a premium to the $2.17 offer. Ever since this baby has been declining. The 2 days later the merger is announced and NDOL value is 2.20. Well 3 cents ain't no premium to me.
To me something is not adding up here. Now ther are 607 million shares of stock which should be around 2.47 PPS but this baby can't get about 70 cents.

Also, we have not been issue the new ticker and we have no clue what the price of that stock will be. I'm guessing with Northwest being represented by the new stock that if NORD is worth .50 and Northwest is much larger plus with NORD we could expect well over a dollar... folks lets look at the long term.

i think it's the daytraders looking for a quick buck that are creating all this volatility, if this was a stock for longs only, i think the price would move in a sensible way that, but what do i know, i'm new here

DoDo? yo might wanna revise your opinion a little...
i bought ALMI on PG's advice at .125$ she's not into P&D, so the only sleep i ever lost on her picks was trying to come up with a way to get her to give me her phone number

people i think are disappointed by numbers in financials. 300% increase in revenues? I thought that it was a decent number. oh well, these guys screw up PR's so bad. if the shareholders stock was not restricted, then they needed to explain whatever **** they meant by adding in the restrcted/unrestricted %$#* out there. either way the numbers are not disappointing, and since parkins has already assured about shares not being restricted, i'm holding..

It just seems mighty fast for a merger to go through. Look at the mergers that take place in the United States, they take months yet this one took place in less than 2 weeks. This is what is confusing. Once again not bashing just throwing out some thoughts I'm having.

if im reading it correctly it is a quarterly report, not annual. So the 3million profit is time 4 equal to 12 million in annual profit and this is not counting the new production NDOL has scheduled after June 1st.

actually, purl would be the first to admit that she doesn't "know it all". many of her threads here are entitled "xxx stock - pro / con", her point all along was that it was important to keep a balanced view and consider good as well as bad, and she continually asks others for input both good and bad about stocks that interest her.
maybe i don't know squat about the market, but - one thing i did learn is that it's unwise to bury one's head in the sand, or shout down others as being a "basher" simply because they disagree with you.
it's also my opinion that it makes purl very happy to see others make money. but considering the personal abuse she's taken in the this thread, i can hardly blame her a moment of schaedenfreude.

I have yet to read one well-articulated argument for why someone should sell NDOL at this moment. Currently, emotions and ignorance are prevailing.

My son says that NDOL is not shortable & stop losses cannot be placed, at least thru Schwab - the selloff was probably people bailing or panicing. He warned me not to buy this stock, I'm feeling very foolish right now.

Ya, this company is progressing and may increase in value. I don't like all the blind sighted instant gratification crap thats being passed off as insight. If I was making a killing on the stock market I wouldn't be selling pictures of my ugly nude ass all over the internet, and my daughters too? Give me a break.

purl wants everyone inside stock to lose money. she doesnt gain anything, since she doesnt really make money by buying when panic sellers sell or anything. she just likes the feeling that she was right and that everyone else trading are dumb ^&(%. purl, JFYI i average about 5% profit a day on just one stock that i play for the day, and that is getting me quiet a good amount of profit on any given day. so we definitely are not that dumb as you think we are. so just relax and let us play our stock. as for you want to advice someone for or against a stock, its a good deal. open up a thread or i will open one for you saying "purls advices here". may be people will drop by and ask you for your opinions, and you can provide them the advice. they would definitely end up making money, since i really say you are good atr predicting the movements of the stock. although i dont see you are good at reading stocks or anything, but you definitely good at momentum stocks. so go ahead and advice them in the thread. till then let us dumb people wait for parkin to clarify about restricted and stuff. thanks and GLTY!!!

I just got off the telephone with Mr.Makarov, president of NORD oil. He said the 8k is a lot of financial information to be processed and to be looked over by lawyers, etc. He hopes it will be out sometime within the next few business days. Upon my inquiry, he said they have full intention of getting out the pinksheets and moving to a larger exchange. I asked him about the current pps of 0.50, he declared that that price is highly undervalued. He said, I know where we are headed, but on my restiction I cannot disclose much to you, but I can say to you do not worry about the pps it will take care of itself. He felt the reason this stock is at the price, it is at is becuase of the day trading and everyone wanting a quick dollar.Guys I know your emotions gets the best of you, espically after reading everyones speculative opinions, but I am going to hold this long because I believe in this company and where it is going. I suggest that we all refrain from this forum until we see PRs then come and discuss them becuase the volitiliy of this forum and the emotions emanating from it are not healthy to a composed, logical mind. PM me if you have any questions.

Thank god a voice of REASON. If I was able to I would reach through my computer and slap Purl. I'm personally averaging down and holding. 38 mil in unrestricted shares isn't a lot and those will be bought up quickly.

Wers, I'm not a financial guru, just a redneck in South Carolina but there is nothing in the PR today atht look "great", the PPS shows that. It's not panic selling its from what stock holders are seeing in the PR. I'm still holding my 50K, but from your past post I feel you are more the expret than I.
I think the buyout was bogus. Thats my opinion also. Though I can't complain on the 25K I made in profit. I bought more at .65 so we'll see where it goes.
