It is NEVER good to mix friendship & business
I have seen you posting on & of for the last few weeks, which means you have read & have opportunity to be involved before now, AND you have sent money to buy. You may be regretting not acting quick enough, but that is life & life experience. My Advise is to wait for your money to clear and then buy. You could lose a friendship over this if the stock rose a lot and what you thought was yours "legally" was thiers. If this is going to be a great deal 2 days will not change that.

Contrary to some posts; the PR does not violate a "quiet period" in that it is the "normal course" of business not "insider information regarding Corporate action!

I believe, like most, that UC will be just keep transferring value to other companies and issue those shares to us as dividends.

I posted a link some one else brought up.

Noah,

I did some research on your post.

SGGM does not appear to be in Warrenton
or at least by that name.

I checked the phone number and it is
now with Castle Capital Partners Inc
17 Horner Street, Warrenton, VA 20186
(540) 351-0003

I will stop by there on Saturday morning.
I have to get my tires rotated and oil
changed in Warrenton anyway. Will see
if they know anything about SGGM.

(Bottom-Line I do not know every company in Warrenton but I can say I have never
heard of Saint George Metals...)

Obvious as the sky is blue and grass is green to me but am curious if there are still people who invest in the stock market, that think this is a real company...And if you do thinik this is a real company, I am curious to how long you have been investing? I ask this in regards to constantly seeing this stock at the top of the page, even though it never moves.

Speaking of Hollywood, looks like you are beginning to see the picture. However, I do wish you luck. I think with the CMKX production, that is what it will take. Problem is, they will probably have to stumble over any worthwhile diamonds they find.

This is Sterlings views I picked up from another board. I believe the content justifies the length. Forgive me if it is too long for the thread.

Sterling has some interesting things to say. Although, I think he can go off on tangents at times. However, let not I tinge your opinion.

With SGGM & CMKX

I think it’s safe to say that SGGM might know something that we all don’t know. The thought is that SGGM is giving CMKX $10 Million plus 200 Billion shares because it is believed to them that they are getting a bargain for what they know. This leads me to think that the total CMKX valuation that has been proven to them is on the high side as opposed to the low side for agreement of them feeling like they are getting a discount for requesting only 5% of what’s pulled out of the claims. This means that SGGM believes that 5% is enough to make them a viable company. This is powerful to me.

On the low side of things, you got to say that since they were trading at .02 cents from reviewing their recent trading history over the past week, .02 cents is a fair number to assume where the deal was made. Still, if not, .02 cents is still a conservative price to use for calculations considering where SGGM is currently trading at.

The thought is now to view such as saying that $10 Million plus 200 Billion shares of SGGM is equivalent to 5% of the total claims of CMKX given at a discounted rate. This is our first piece of our worse case scenario. So…

200,000,000,000 x .02 = $4,000,000,000

Now add the $10 Million Cash:
$4,000,000,000 + $10,000,000 = $4,010,000,000

With doing some quick math in your head, you can find out the remaining 95% which could be considered the full value of CMKX as a minimum since we are not including any of the valuation from any of the past deals made with UCAD, CIM, or GEMM.

What you do is simply take the $4,010,000,000 and mentally double it to get to a 10% figure of $8,010,000,000. Then you simply slide the commas to the right once to get the 100% amount of the total speculative valuation. This equates to $80,100,000,000 in valuation.

With keeping with a worse case scenario concept, we can use an intrinsic value calculation indicated below with using 800 Billion as the Outstanding Shares (OS) to assume that the entire 800 Billion Authorized Shares (AS) have been issued:
(Valuation = Revenues/Equity remaining after expenses.)

Valuation ÷ Outstanding Shares (OS) = EPS/Book Value (Depending on usage.)

$80,100,000,000 ÷ 800,000,000,000 = .100125 cents

This is something that is further establishing equity into CMKX. Equity can be used as collateral for huge financial transactions to grow your company. From the speculative thoughts shown above, .10 cents EPS seems to be a conservative price of valuation determined for CMKX to not include a PE Ratio multiple for being figured into the price.

The average PE Ratio for mining companies from some old DD I remember is somewhere in the neighborhood of 25 to 30. Heck, a PE Ratio of 5 puts this calculation at .50 cents.

So even if the market don’t see the worth of CMKX just yet, I am sure that they will soon see that it is worth much more than .0003 cents which is where it have been trading as of late for a little while. The above mix and match fundamental analysis of the EPS and Book Value is used and depends on how that valuation will be used for a more finite interpretation. I will not explain that any further.

I have not had the time to research the AS or OS of SGGM, but from my initial thoughts, it is somewhere above 400 Billion shares. Someone call me and said that the State of Nevada said that the AS for SGGM was 950 Billion. I think we get the picture to see why the OS doesn’t matter here with CMKX although it is definitely important from seeing SGGM trading in the pennies. You might have to wonder how important is the Float and once the Float is gone, it’s gone. I guess what I’m trying to say is that knowing or not knowing the OS of CMKX is not going to stop what is being put in motion.

Many of the thoughts that I discussed above I’m sure have already been discussed. I just shared my thoughts in case certain minor details have not been discussed for all to be made known aware of. The SGGM PR, along with our other UCAD, CIM, and GEMM PRs, are just the prelude to a beautiful relationship between us all as CMKX shareholders in my opinion. Keep hanging tough. We are fine.

well i think for the first time sterling does have 1/2 a point. someone paid a good size sum of money for 5% of cmkx's claims. but this also means that with the ucad deal we have given up 20% of the 25% we had to start with. that is if ucad takes the rest of that deal. I'm guessing UC is hoping they don't. but trying to put any value on cmkx is not realistic. smmg's float or o/s has got to be very small as they move too much on almost no volume sort of like ucad. the a/s may be out in space like cmkx but what is tradable in the market cant compare to cmkx or it wouldn't move either.

I'm glad this got re-posted since I was going to reply to the original from the other page and now it's more current.

I've always had a problem with sterlings logic as I think his understanding of certain concepts is either faulty or he's deliberately misleading people. I don't have a problem with his evaluation of the possible valuation of the claims at $80b, that part seems logical at this time. But to say that based on that the EPS it .10 cents (I assume he means $.10, not $.001) is completely wrong. This is probably closer to what could be called the book value since it represents the TOTAL assets of the company minus the liabilities (considering that this valuation probably is so far larger than any other assets and liabilities to make them negligible, at least any we stockholders are aware of). I would even suggest that this "book value" should be reduced by the percentage of the claim sold to other companies because they aren't a real asset for CMKX. The web is pretty complex so I don't know how to calculate all that, but if it were, say 50%, then the "book value" should be about 5 cents. I don't know how long it takes to mine the valuation out of the claims, or the cost, so it's difficult to figure the real EPS (which is the anual profits divided by the number of shares, NOT the total valuation divided by the number of shares as sterling is wanting us to believe.)

I'll admit that I've not had time to read much past the part I've quoted but I've read other posts by sterling, so I know what the guy is about.

Bottom line is I think this guy is either a pumper (paid or not) or really knows very little about how to evaluate these things since he doesn't seem to have an understanding of some very basic concepts. I can only think he has such a large following because he tells people what they want to hear.

I'm not a CMKX basher, I own 20m shares and think this company has potential. But let's keep it real.

RE: Sterling and his infinite wisdom.
This is also from another board....

Many admire Sterling for his intellectual post. I will say I like reading them, and that’s about all. I hate to shoot holes through this latest one, but I’m going to run the same numbers and add to it something I believe he is not factoring. And the information comes from the research of JJSeabrooks post and is available from others sites as well. So let’s do some number crunching;

1) As of 7/23/04 the total O/S for SGGM (last recorded) is 40,000,000
2) The value of the company is $800,000 (O/S times PPS .02 of 1 week ago)
3) The NEW O/S is at least 200,040,000,000 (previous O/S plus 200 billion share dilution) and this is the best number we can come up with, we don’t know what was added between 2002 and today.
4) The speculative pps once these shares are no longer restricted is .00000399 (new o/s divided by value of the company)
5) SGGM’s new A/S is 950,000,000,000 yes….950 billion that they can put out to sell with a par value of .001.
6) Total investment made by SGGM into CMKX is 21% of total company value or $168,000 plus $10 million = $10,168,000 (200 billion divided by 950 billion = % of company CMKX now holds)
7) Total investment represents 5% of potential value of CMKX today so if 5% = $10,168,000 then 100% = $203,360,000 (without official diamonds yet).
8) So the speculative value of CMKX (without official diamonds yet) is $203,360,000.
9) The estimated pps of CMKX (with the worse case scenario of our O/S being 800 billion) is .000254.
10) Now this is WITHOUT AN OFFICIAL DIAMOND FIND ANNOUNCED YET.

Now let’s make some other assumptions;

1) If our O/S is 700 billion our speculative pps should be .0002905
2) If our O/S is 600 billion our speculative pps should be .0003389
3) If our O/S is 500 billion our speculative pps should be .0004067
4) If our O/S is 400 billion our speculative pps should be .0005084
5) If our O/S is 300 billion our speculative pps should be .0006778
6) If our O/S is 200 billion our speculative pps should be .0010168
7) If our O/S is 100 billion our speculative pps should be .0020336

We cannot use 200 billion shares times .06 (yesterdays SGGM pps) as the speculative value of SGGM. They are dilution their share structure by 200 billion shares at a minimum. They have increased their A/S from 40 million to 950 billion. If we’re going to crunch numbers, let’s remember to add the dilution of the shares. Now the inferences made are a bit more accurate.

Sorry Sterling. I don’t agree with your math. This STILL is a good thing and of course these are my opinions and should be viewed as such.

All is STILL better than well.

found this elsewhere was posted yesterday

Drymouth just spoke to melvin and came on with a drill report. Yesterday they were at approx. 375 ft. and had just drilled through a "seem" of pressure olivine material. Expected to find kimberlite just beyond that. Well they did! This of course is being verified right now with the geologist.

They hit kimberlite at approx 437 ft. Currently they are at 675 ft. and STILL IN KIMBERLITE! Basically we're looking at a kimberlite pipe that is (currently being verified by geologist)................

8 miles x 5 miles or 40 SQUARE MILES OF KIMBERLITE

Urban flew up to the drill site to see it.

What am I missing in that number crunching? How does he come up with .00000399 for the speculative pps?

Hi Don, He is valuing the company at 203 Million Dollars with 800 Billion shares so he should have come up with a number under .0003.

I think the valuation for the 5% of CMKX is the $10 Million cash, plus the value of the SGGM shell and whatever mining ventures already are in it, plus the management and their experience and access to cash, plus about .0125% of CMKX still retained since we own about 1/4 of the A/S. Kind of hard to put a number on. We will have that number when Roger and UC fully disclose and file for CMKX. I have every reason to believe that Roger Glenn will do what he said he will do. Roger Glenn was in Canada for a week and I doubt it was for the announcement we had yesterday. That may be a small part of it. I am looking for more (and most people are).

The number of SGGM shares almost mirror CMKX. 200 Billion could be the O/S and 950 Billion is more than our A/S. This could end up being a vehicle for CMKX to use for a 1:1 dividend or move into and leave the shorts behind with the CMKX shell if litigation or a court ordered settlement is necessary.

when trying to figure value of cmkx from the smmg deal the shares can be listed as assets and yes it does equate into cmkx value but as they are restricted and thus not in the float their real value can not be set. you also have to consider that this 10 million is for 25% of what cmkx has which is not 25% of the total rights as some were sold to ucad and still that number can change as ucad can still exersice its rights to buy more, they had 1 yr. that does increase to value smmg put on these claims. the final value of these claims will effect cmkx's value but the only number that will have any real effect on the pps is how much they ultimately dig out of the ground each yr. the claims value could be 10 trillion who knows but if they only mine 10 million per yr the pps will reflect that. this is why so many in here realize that our o/s kills our pps. if you look at our canadian partners, they have total floats of 2 to 3 million shares and thus pps's of .10 to .20 and they own a full 25% not a cut up 25%. cmkx's pps is right where it should be based on the o/s, naked shorted or not.
