As I watch Level II... it appears to be getting bullish. GVRC dropped bid to .037... to take out last few weak hands. I've only seen one trade go through there... only 1 MM left at .038/.039. One MM backed it up to .04. We could potentially close at .039 or .04... which would be great. mach

This one can be tough to fill even at the ask sometimes! I havn't heard of many buys getting filled between the bid/ask....but one of the times I sold some shares back at .018 range...they took them right away between the bid/ask!

i filled in seconds earlier in the day when it was .034x.04 - my order was at .037, and it was a significant number of shares. i've maxed out on this stock, just waiting to get in a position of free shares... hopefully soon... :-)

once again mach, this is a great pick. thanks for bringing these amazing stocks to our attention.

I tried splitting at .035,037,.038 and they never filled. The funny thing is I could have gotten it at the close at.036 on the ask (I assume) but I had noticed my HYTT was starting to wake up and was adding to it instead. I guess tomorrow I will find out if my ADDHD helped or hurt me today LOL.

********** CONFIDENCE BUILDER ***********

I've seen this all too many times... and I have the perfect example for you. When stocks break out and close above the upper bollinger band... and then pull back... watch out for an enormous price explosion in the following days.

An example is ADOT when it was trading at .0065 and exploded and closed above the upper bollinger band in early October. It then pulled back for a few days and exploded to .05 over the next week! Believe it or not! I have other examples... one recent one was BCON a few weeks back when I predicted the breakout and some said I was crazy. It closed above the UPPER BOLLINGER BAND and then pulled back... and exploded North!

Here's the chart for ADOT. Notice how the candlestick closed above the UPPER BOLLINGER BAND IN EARLY OCTOBER. The stock then exploded... LOOK! I'm loading the boad tommorrow... as much as I can... These opportunities do not come around to often.

PGHI closed above UPPER BOLLINGER BAND YESTERDAY... I think something is about to occur to send this OVER THE TOP!!!! MACH

I picked some up today at .035/.0355/.036. I was thinking they would bring it down and I could pick some up at .033. Maybe in the morning. Too hot to overlook this stock. I'm scanning and trading a few others... but am predicting a huge move here very soon... HUGE! PGHI my favorite stock! Could make you very wealthy from current levels. mach

anyone tried calling the VeeGeez support line to find out when the new website will be up...Or just ask when the site will be coming down to update it with the new design.

I tried calling 1-866-VeeGeeZ, but it doesn't work for me though that is the number listed on the site.

Moose,

You won't find out that way Moose. It's a public company... if you were lucky enough to find out... i would be amazed... Why don't you email the ceo... He responds quickly. Someone on RB did and he responded that it will be up "Soon". That was about a week and a half ago. I expect it to be very soon. No worries here. You will gain substantially from current levels. mach

i just got back from band practice and see i filled on my pghi buy today. i'll see if i can buy a little more tomorrow. it seems like there allot of the same familiar passengers on this ride too. too bad we cant get "group rates". one thing i can say for you mach, besides being a pretty sharp analyst, is you sure as hell don't lack enthusiasm. if you didn't have such a good track record and post verifiable dd you would come across as a pumper. i've enjoyed the few rides we have been on together, and look forward to many more.

one of my sisters got started investing just recently (2 mos), and this was her first on her own pick. she's sitting on free shares of this and 2 others already, and has made her brother proud of her. i should have followed her advice, but got caught up in some business travel, and didn't get in until the pullback today (and tomorrow i hope to pick up more).

this could be another fun one. i hope it is a g force ride like many seem to think here. just give me a few hours tomorrow before you light the fuse to pick up a couple hundred k more shares.

I tell you this much... from what I've seen... the majority of the strong traders and analyst on this board are trading PGHI. I think many are on the same page here. The potential with this company is astronomical... and no matter what I do not over look the fact that the President of PGHI is also VP for Ford Motor Company Manufacturing Europe. That does it for me. I keep on saying... Quality People... Quality Products. This isn't your typical Executive. We're talking top notch... a leader... someone who has the time, ability, and resources to make this happen. Let's ride this baby! I'm in for a few hundred more thousand in the morning. Just bring it down a little more! mach

Here's the PR. Will there be sellers short term (today)... I hope so... Long-term... nothing has changed. Keep in mind John Fleming is cleaning house here and rebuilding a company. A new business model, name change... etc... If you follow this stock... you know that it has been very difficult for MM to accumulate shares... It took them almost two weeks to accumulate shares from the last run... And then then it surged up dramatically again... MM will likely use any opportunity to get as many shares as they can... and sell them at a premium later. This is when you accumulate if you can... Look at today as an opportunity to buy discounted shares. I'd love to pick some up at .03. I'm loading the boat today...likely at the open. Remember the secret is to buy when everybody else is selling... Some day soon this will be trading at much higher levels. You should never lose money trading PGHI at these levels unless you have weak hands and sell at a loss. I said this two weeks ago when it was .025... it trailed back to .015 and surged to .05 in a matter of days. Looking for .10 by end of month. mach

Changes in Certifying Accountant

ITEM 4. CHANGE IN REGISTRANT'S CERTIFYING ACCOUNTANT.
(a) Effective on November 20, 2003, the independent accountant who was previously engaged as the principal accountant to audit the Registrant's financial statements, Beckstead and Watts, LLP, resigned. This firm audited the Registrant's financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2002. This firm's report on these financial statements was modified as to uncertainty that the Registrant will continue as a going concern; other than this, the accountant's report on the financial statements for those periods neither contained an adverse opinion or a disclaimer of opinion, nor was qualified or modified as to uncertainty, audit scope, or accounting principles.

During the Registrant's most recent fiscal year and the subsequent interim period preceding such resignation, there were no disagreements with the former accountant on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure. In addition, there were no "reportable events" as described in Item 304(a)(1)(iv)(B)1 through 3 of Regulation S-B that occurred within the Registrant's most recent fiscal year and the subsequent interim period preceding the former accountant's resignation.

(b) Effective on November 21, 2003, the firm of Smith & Company has been engaged to serve as the new principal accountant to audit the Registrant's financial statements. The decision to retain this accountant was approved by the Board of Directors. During the Registrant's two most recent fiscal years, and the subsequent interim period prior to engaging this accountant, neither the Registrant (nor someone on its behalf) consulted the newly engaged accountant regarding any matter.

(c) The Registrant has requested Beckstead and Watts, LLP to respond to the Securities and Exchange Commission regarding its agreement with the statements made by the Registrant in this Form 8-K in response to Item 304(a)(1) of Regulation S-B.

DJ Point Group Holdings Auditor Beckstead & Watts Resigns

12/04/2003
Dow Jones News Services
(Copyright © 2003 Dow Jones & Company, Inc.)

WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--Point Group Holdings Inc. (PGHI) said that
Beckstead & Watts LLP resigned as its independent accountant on Nov. 20.

According to a Form 8-K filed Thursday with the Securities and
Exchange Commission, for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2002, Beckstead &
Watts included a paragraph in the company's financial statements stating its
uncertainty about the company's ability to continue as a going concern.

Point Group Holdings said it didn't have any disagreements with its
former auditor.

The company hired Smith & Co. as its new accountant on Nov. 21, the
filing said.

Point Group Holdings provides management services through its units
to businesses.

this exact same thing happened to trph, whigh has been one of my stellar performers this year. the accountant resigned, the stock fell sharply, i loaded up at between .17 and .30 and from may until today the stock has gone from .24 to around 5.70 in todays pre market. they didn't have such a savy president behind them either.

you really have to believe in the company to do what i did with trph. i don't have nearly the track record with pghi as i do with trph. at this point what i have purchased would not even be noticed in the bottom line if it all went away. i also look at this as a buying opportunity for someone who has done allot of dd on this stock. i haven't, but will still likely pick up a few hundred k more this morning.

mach, mav,psu90 and others, what are your most powerfull non charting signals for pghi?

I read that Smith & Company, also handle NFLX, I haven't confirmed this, but if true, could be somewhat interesting.

Just being honest here. I went to cash on this news to lock in my profits. Bad news is the one factor you can never plan on.

I will buy back in without any hesitation when this bottoms.

PSU... I bought more at .031. When the bad news is out... stocks often find the near term emotional bottom. I think you will be quite suprised by the middle of next week. mach

I'm watching this one closely. My portfolio just isn't big enough to take the kind of hit I was exposed for. I thought it might dip into the .02's where I was going to be all over it. Its holding stronger than I expected.
