comes by way of John saying it can be posted, via the "VeeGeez" poster:

The S-8 is registration IT DOES NOTHING TO THE OUTSTANDING TOTAL.

It simply provides management with a way to pay for services at market price value vs. spending cash.

i.e. Attorney wants $10,000 for services At $.03 we could give him 333,333 S-8 Shares or a combination of cash and stock.

NONE OF THE S-8 SHARES HAVE BEEN SPENT ONLY RESERVED FOR USE

I love this board, and this thread in particular- so much DD, and very little pump- I just hope we can keep it this way.

OT: I was looking at GoDaddy.com, and found that www.stocktechs.com was available

So I bought it.

My first domain purchase http://www.oscarcichlid.com never got off the ground :-(

In the future I would like to develop stocktechs.com into a site with stock picks based on, you guessed it, technicals.

If technicians here would like to contribute to the site, and you know who you are, I would be happy to get your input.

I still have one week of finals left- so I'll be developing it mid dec to jan.
(and maybe an OTC IPO~~pipedreams)

Let me know what you think

I enjoyed reading this opinion from the bull... I think it sums things up here. mach

We went from .049 to .029 based on ill-informed speculation as a result of this S-8. A lot of posters crying foul when in effect it seems as if John and Co. are trying to grow the company with THE BOTTOM LINE IN MIND. Remember, insiders own most shares, John and another officer are MOVING their families to Kentucky to open a SECOND distribution center. We have "not a face-lift, a complete over-haul" of a website on its way...with the addition of more game inventory and the introduction of DVDS, this company is ready to compete and differentiate itself among its competitors, including the game-less NFLX....yes, this and all OTC stocks are a gamble, but your not going to find many gambles more compelling than this one. JMO!

PGHI is one step closer to the final name change Betn. Gameznflix... Should be final in a few weeks... I think we will see green today... It's been way oversold for the past few days. Anyhow... I think we are seeing a transition here... from Point Groups Holdings to a company that has a focus to build upon one successfull business model similar to NetFlix... I think the name change is very symbolic of that move... I also believe the name GameznFliz has a certain "catch" to it... It's very mareketable... has that Netflix "jingle"... but extends into games... Ok... maybe netflix can rent games too someday... What will they change their name to... netflix and games inc.... I think it is a great name and it shows that they are doing there best to be the best. They are focused.... Now we have seen red for a few days... and yes... if you are long you will see red again... but the reality is that it is obvious they are moving ahead. As I've said many times before... This stock is one that may make you very wealthy someday... that hasn't changed!!!!!!!!!! mach

Hot Stocks to Watch for Friday, December 12, 2003: Fed Still Ready to Take Action!

12 December 2003, 08:53am ET

NOTE TO EDITORS: The Following Is an Investment Opinion Being Issued by Peter Antipatis of Capital Research Group Inc.

Watch Consolidated Resources Group Inc. (OTC: CSRZ). CSRZ just announced big news! The Company has been executing on its growth strategy, and it could be a huge gainer in near-term trading! Other stock market standouts include:

Point Group Holdings Inc. (OTC BB: PGHI): Market Perform, even on 7 million shares,

ADC Telecommunications (NASDAQ: ADCT): Market Perform, up 3% on 24 million shares,

Intel Corporation (NASDAQ: INTC): Market Underperform, up 2% on 55 million shares,

"Analysts say the Fed is still ready to take any action if needed to battle deflation, which the central bank has identified as the biggest threat facing the economy. A widespread outbreak of falling prices, while considered a remote possibility, could be economically devastating, leading to a long cycle of falling wages and shrinking output that would be hard to reverse," stated Peter Antipatis. HOUSTON! WE'VE GOT A SITUATION HERE!

It seems like we are in a stalemate... (is that how you spell it)... There are likely people line up to buy in the .02's and nobody willng to sell for less than .03. Some people here may own more shares than the total volume traded today. The future's so bright. Don't sell those shares... Or I will buy them up! mach

Uncle Milty ,

you are right about long-term..I need some cash to add more pghi for the next week..
I am not diversified as you are..
I currently hold
PGHI
ICOA(expecting a pop-up soon-trading)
CYTP ( This is the last one I would sell)
MSGL ( free shares never would sell)
AACS ( another long-term, never sell at this level, thinking about adding for trading purposes)
MASG ( trading-bought yesterday, can't sell because of 3-day waiting issue)
1/3 of my portfolio is long,I use the rest for trading short term.

and FNIX( traded twice successfully, failed in the third attempt..That's fine, I can handle this..
This is a slow mover compared to the other ones..I don't mind getting in back @lower .60's as well, if I think I might benefit of....Expecting 50% profit with PGHI..I might be wrong..But, there was a choice that I had to make, and I made it..
That's part of the game..

Good Luck

raven,

maybe you will hit the timing on this. i took some profit on trph this week to "water" the new garden. i was buying trph in may at .25 and have been selling free shares for quite some time. today at $6.60. i am hoping to see fnix do the same, but don't think it will be anywhere that quick until they make nasdaq. who knows what we can expect from pghi. there is a tremendous market out there for a well run company. so far i have filled all but one of my pghi trades today and they account for 20% of todays vol. so i'm with your bullishness. i just think i would sell the benz before i sold fnix. in fact if it gets near .50 i'm buying more.

I was busy all day until about 2:00. Just getting caught up on the thread now. Slow day overall?

Just looked at the 10 day chart with Ameritrade. Its looking very sweet at the moment. All indicators turning up (MACD, SMA (4,9,17), Slow Stoch are what I have stored to look at). Good days ahead soon if the chart keeps progressing!

Edit to add: I think that "chomp, chomp" sound was Mach and Milty having the MM's for lunch....LOL!

PSU,
Bamm and NITE are the biggest, yes the main players..I saw that last week during the drop from .048 to .029... Wien and Schwab don't participate in the bid during the sell-off's or bad days let's say..

Either Shwabb or wien sits on the ask,(maybe selling short) and keep selling..When weak hands sell , either bamm or nite are collecting all the shares..
Just before the rally starts Schwab suddenly increases it's bid covers it's short..For example,
today scwabb sold the shares @ .031 and some @ .03..It's bid is .027 NOW..
BAMM AND NITE the highest bid, which creates little bit confidence..Then they decrease their bids, let's say to .027(imaginary)
That creates panic, at the mean time Schwabb raises it's bid e'g to .029 or .03..Covers all the shares he sold short during the panic..After panic ends bamm and nite increasing the bid and the run starts..
That's PURE speculation..

Basically, Schwab and wien are helping to bamm and nite to accumulate more shares by keeping the ask low..

Which was after two strong days of panic selling with respect to an s8... that imho wasn't negative... (in fact positive) but I'll take this opportunity to accumulate shares.... As for today... notice that you have a higher low... of .029... which imho means at least for the short term... the selling is drying up... by looking at the chart.... i believe a considerable upside correction is coming very soon... that's why im picking them up today.... Bollinger Bands are getting very tight... very tight... mach

You are right on the Bollies Mach! Forgot to mention that with my 10 day chart message above. They are REALLY tightening as the afternoon goes on.

thanks mach... thing is i am HEAVILY invested in this company and averaged at 0.03667, and i've noticed this past week that it was very easy to make quick money through intraday trading. so i am thinking of buying at these levels and selling when it hits 0.036, then if it goes back down i have another oppurtunity to buy and ride it back up to 0.036. My initial investment which averages upto 0.03667, i will keep for long term. Anyways i will see how much i can pick up at 0.03

thanks again

This thread and how MM's work is absolutely fascinating! Wish I could stay home and watch it full-time.

I think I may get my younger cousin a membership for GamezNFlix to see how things progress as far as product goes. I also called VeeGeez (and emailed them) just to see about legitamacy a few days ago... and they are there working

Averaging down is good with a very strong stock... Keep in mind we are and have been trading in the Upper Half of the Bollinger Band for a few months now... and that is bullish in itself... I do not believe we will trade in the lower half until we break out and trade at .10 cents or so... which will likely be within the next 3-4 weeks.

Honestly think we will hit .10 before the new year... but trying not to sound like a pumper... this is very realistic. mach

I am going to average down and pray for a run next week or so. If mach is right that this will go to .10 in 3 -4 weeks, I can wait and will be monetarily happy. I put an order in for ..0302 and it didnt get filled for 15 minutes so i changed it to .031 and so far partially filled.

Why do orders get partially filled? Is that a game of some sorts?

You should have the option to select all or none within your account. Usually get partial fills.... It's a waiting game... and yes... I am fairly confident in my forecast of .10... A few months from now.... if not sooner... you will likely see .30 cents. This is a bullish stock... even when it is trading down... buy on dips and take advantage of situations like this. This is one stock that will likely make many here very wealthy or much more wealthy. mach
