Hi Guys,

I'm new to trading, and DD. Just been on this for the last 9 months. Made a Killing with IVOC, DNAP and others. I'm in on this thanks to Mach and Mav.
I was following the comparison of PGHI and NEtFLIX. I found at the footer of NetFlix Site that they have a Patent fot their Renting system.(PAT: 6,584,450)

Went to US Pat web site
(http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO1&Sect2=HITOFF&d=PALL&p=1&u=/netahtml/srchnum.htm&r=1&f=G&l=50&s1=6584450.WKU.&OS=PN/6584450&RS=PN/6584450)

and found this.

Method and apparatus for renting items

Abstract
According to a computer-implemented approach for renting items to customers, customers specify what items to rent using item selection criteria separate from deciding when to receive the specified items. According to the approach, customers provide item selection criteria to a provider provides the items indicated by the item selection criteria to customer over a delivery channel. The provider may be either centralized or distributed depending upon the requirements of a particular application. A "Max Out" approach allows up to a specified number of items to be rented simultaneously to customers. A "Max Turns" approach allows up to a specified number of item exchanges to occur during a specified period of time. The "Max Out" and "Max Turns" approaches may be used together or separately with a variety of subscription methodologies.

May be there is someone on this board, that can help me with this. Can this Patent bring any problem to the new site PGHI is releasing ? Please don't take me wrong. I'm neither a basher nor a pumper. I'm trying to learn here.

Thanks and GLTA

Yes, we are at the floor for sure. Many had made money already with this one, but the big bucks are at the road ahead.

Josh, Good Read and thanks for the insight... although I'm not familiar with the intricacies of the Netflix site or that of the new Veegeez site. I can only say that the there is no doubt in my mind that Veegeez has researched thouroughly the mechanics of NetFlix... and their patent... and is working around it in the development of their site. Only time will tell if there will be a problem between the two companies... Keep in mind that netflix is trading in the multi-dollars... and we are sub-penny. Maybe someday when Netflix sees gamesnflix as a potential threat to their market share that they pursue tactical legal pursuits... but I do not see that happening at this stage... We have a long way to go... as we are still in the developmental stage. imho

I don't see how Netflix can patent a way someone rents video games and DVD's. They have special software that they developed? Software has so many different ways to be manipulated and reinvented to do the same thing. I don't see this as any problem for the future. Think of all of the different ways you can purchase/rent something online.

Thanks match. Your right. These guys must be on top of these details. I've been very involved during the .com bubble in site development and we always checked this type of issues. In the short term as you said, there should be no problem.

I'm still learing my TA. Does PGHI technicals look similar to Netflix, a year ago ? Have you checked that ? I'm thinking of adding more shares tomorrow but should take some loss on other stocks.

Thanks for your help, and for sharing your knowledge with us.

Mav....thanks for the email. I'll look into that tonight. I'm having trouble focusing on other stocks too. I've gotta make a decision on when to make my first sell here. I really want to cover my entry costs and let the rest ride (or buy more on a consolidation). BUT, I also want to preserve A LOT of shares. So, I'm not doing my usual sell half GTC at 100% gain. I'm thinking more of a 20% sell of shares to cover my entry costs.

Once I do that, then (in my vision of the future), I'll have freed up cash to start playing new picks. I'm a little bummed not to be in NEOM right now. It had nice news today and had been on my radar. I sold my HYTT for profit today (maybe early), but wanted to add to PGHI before the PR tomorrow. Also, been watching FNIX trickle downwards into another buying range. Would love to catch that at the right time too.

I can tell you this... I haven't looked at the NetFlix techs... but... PGHI techs are among the strongest in the bb world right now. It doesn't mean this will go up every single day... There will be up and down days... but from what I see... we are agressively pushing the UPPER BOLLINGER BAND... and will likely breakout to a new trading level sometime soon. As far as techs are concerned here... it's extremely bullish... mach

Anyone wondering if traffic at the veegeez website has picked up since PGHI took control? I would say.....yep!
http://www.alexa.com/data/details/traffic_details?&range=2y&size=medium&compare_sites=&url=http://www.veegeez.com/#top

Wait till the new website kicks in!! Our problem will be inventory. That is where the PPM comes in. Cash to stock up for all the rental demand which is going to be coming.

I could handle that...LOL! Seriously...PGHI is developmental and has some big hurdles ahead. They will need money to make it work. But the framework is there.

What has happened so far:

PGHI acquires VeeGeez
PGHI increases VeeGeez inventory
PGHI hire Roy Vella to redesign website
PGHI hires Venture Direct to do marketing plan
PGHI files to begin process of changing name to GamezNFlix

What is coming that we know of:

PPM (private placement) to raise capital for expansion

Opening of new website

Change of name to GamezNFlix (and symbol change)

Apparently a new east coast distribution center in Franklin, KY. Yet to be formally confirmed, but likely that will come tomorrow!

Am I forgetting anything?

That's a pretty good rundown... although I believe gameznflix.com will be active and possibly marketed seperate of veegeez.com... including DVD rentals... that's a best guess... and seems likely... mach

Point Group Holdings Announces Move to Franklin, Kentucky
Tuesday December 9, 6:30 am ET

SAN DIEGO, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Dec 9, 2003 -- Point Group Holdings, Incorporated (OTC BB: PGHI) announced today that its corporate headquarters is relocating from San Diego, California, to Franklin, Kentucky, during the last weeks of December.

This relocation is part of the planned opening of PGHI's subsidiary's VeeGeeZ.com new distribution center which will located in the Franklin area. The distribution center will be the second center for VeeGeeZ; the original distribution center will remain open in California. Franklin, Kentucky, is located approximately 30 minutes North of Nashville, Tennessee, which will allow corporate business as well as the distribution center to have access to a major metropolitan center.

CEO/President John Fleming stated, "The move at this time helps keep us right on our targets for 2004. By choosing Franklin we have all the advantages of a major city without the cost of being located in a large city." He continued, "I will personally be overseeing this most critical step in expanding the distribution of Video Games by VeeGeeZ.com. The entire management team of VeeGeeZ and PGHI are very excited about being able to provide a more efficient delivery service to our Eastern Seaboard subscribers."

VeeGeeZ.com makes available the latest video games, as well as the older classics, for Xbox, PlayStation2 and Gamecube to the approximately 18 million owners of these machines on a monthly subscription basis for a flat monthly fee. The subscribers establish an account, build a queue/list of games they want, VeeGeeZ ships the game(s) by US Mail, and the customer enjoys the games as long as they like. When they finish with the game, they simply return it in the provided mailer to the company and the next game in the queue is mailed.

Wall Street Capital Funding: Special OTC Stock Alert!

Weston, FLA., Dec 09, 2003 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Wall Street News
Alert`s "stocks to watch" this morning are: Proxity Digital Networks, Inc. (OTC:
PDNW), Point Group Holdings Inc (OTCBB: PGHI), Brocade Communications (NASDAQ:
BRCD), Calpine Corporation (NYSE: CPN) and Xilinx Inc. (NASDAQ: XLNX)
Aggressive investors need to watch Proxity Digital Networks, Inc. (OTC: PDNW)
this morning! Yesterday as the markets were closing, the company issued a press
release announcing that its wholly-owned subsidiary, On Alert Systems, Inc., has
expanded its exclusive license with Traptec, Inc. to include the World Wide
Eyes, LLC camera detection systems! This could be welcomed news to investors!

According to the press release, the On Alert-Traptec team has met with
government representatives regarding Traptec's development of an Advanced Helmet
Design ("AHD") sensor which, when developed, should provide our soldiers with
the means to retaliate against sniper attacks. Traptec's system will utilize
proven technology already tested with the Chula Vista, California Police
department by using ultrasonic detection sensors employed in their
Taggertrap(TM) system.

Traptec and On Alert plan to integrate other sensors, including audio, infrared,
motion sensors, and others, which will be designed to pinpoint the exact
location of an enemy's discharged weapon for immediate targeting. In addition to
the GPS coordinates of the attacker, Traptec is working on the production of a
remotely controlled system for in-field automated return fire from machine guns
and other weapons. This system would combine surveillance technologies marketed
by the On Alert-Traptec team under a global distributorship provided by World
Wide Eyes, LLC.

Investors should keep their eyes on this little company! "George Lerg, President
& CEO of Traptec stated that the team's goal was to make any "back shooter"
realize that when he pulls the trigger on his weapon, he will be killing
himself. It is time to make the enemy realize he can no longer rely upon stealth
to protect him from immediate and deadly retaliation."

"The expansion of the existing license agreement with the Worldwide Eyes System
gives the On Alert-Traptec team a system that, when completed, empowers our
armed forces with a clear advantage over any opposition." Said Proxity CEO Billy
Robinson. Watch this company! Yesterday the stock closed at two cents a share.

Stocks showing interesting activity yesterday were: Point Group Holdings Inc
(OTCBB: PGHI) up 10.8% on 11.1 million shares traded, Brocade Communications Sy
(NASDAQ: BRCD) down .35% on 6.7 million shares traded, Calpine Corporation
(NYSE: CPN) up .91% on 7.7 million shares traded and Xilinx Inc. (NASDAQ: XLNX)
up 2.2% on 5.8 million shares traded.

what a day to have my computers down!!! i'm stealing a little time from the non profit corporation's computer before the day starts. spent most of the day on the phone with toshiba tech support yesterday. i have a day in town with my accountant, and i'm coming back with a back up for my backup computer. i can't afford to be down like this.

pghi is going under the matress. this one has a good chance of being a nasdaq stock by this time next year.

great job on this one guys. for allot of the people making ouyt on this stock, you don't know how lucky you are to have guys like mach, mav, psu and others doing the dd and bringing this and other winners to your attention. i've been doing this for years and can tell you that it is difficult to find brokers that you would pay high commissions to that have the savy of the team of sharp minds here give you for free. don't forget to be generous with your praise and thanks.

i am glad to be on the same page with these guys and am also glad that the bickering and non productive posts seem to be history.

this is how it is supposed to work!!!!!

Don't let the pullback on bid scare you. This is the trading range where a lot of people just doubled their money. I bet a lot of GTC's will trigger.
