Now I am looking at my software technical indicators, just to make sure, again!!, and it shows the same, consolidation all over the place, the Stochastic Momentum Index is looking for the bottom, oversold, and at the same time AROON and DMI are showing consolidation. But how can you not be... This is getting me as excited as CYTP when it made that run from .001 to .013 and many of us made a killing. Except with PGHI... we all know that it has much... much ... much greater long term potential. One day it shot up from .02 to .03 in a day... and then for the next two days consolidated back down to around .023 where I started collecting and then surged again to .048... and is again consolidating... You will more than likely be contacted by the IR firm in the near future with regards to the PPM. I went to RB and made one posting this week with regards to my personal computer hard drive crashing and offered to accept e-mail addresses to rebuild my list. The Company policy is that no one is permitted to chat or post anything in RB or any such site. There is good and sad that comes out such places, as a company we simply follow our business model and report news when is a historical event and we feel it is important for the world to know. I do not believe in forward looking PR or Statements, rather report facts. With regards to the change in auditors, the change was made after this last Qtrly report because the firm caused a delay in our filing. As to the "Continued Operations" statement. This is a standard accounting practice for small startup type companies. The auditors are almost forced to give this disclaimer in order to protect themselves for the public. I have been an accountant for over 30 years and we shall just live with this going concern statement until two things happen. 1. Operations continue to build and 2. We fund the company. I did it with CYTP and it was fairly accurate... counting total shares exchanging hand up on the prior up days... and those shares again exchanging hands down... it often appeared that once the total accumulated up shares equaled the accumulated down shares... then it again started upward... Give or take a few million. It sounds crazy and yes I feel like I'm counting cards in Vegas... but it worked well with CYTP...
