All this PGHI hype is getting me excited!!

It puts me in a pickle however. I was GOING to go with LowTrades as my broker, however it takes at least a week to get my account setup because of the snail mail they require you to use. I want to get in on PGHI...what should I do.

-Should I open an Ameritrade account so I'd be able to get in on it ASAP on Monday, if that's even possible? Does Ameritrade require you to be with them for a certain amount of time before transferring money?

-Is there a minimum $ amount I would have to deposit to open the Ameritrade account?

Thanks for any answers, this stock is just tooo exciting!!

I had Ameritrade a long time ago, but at the time, they only had an office in Omaha. You had to snail mail a check, or wire the money...don't know how long it takes by wiring it. I now have Scottrade-for one main reason....they have offices all over. I live near one here in KCMO. I took $500 there yesterday just so I could buy more PGHI without losing my positions in others. But even by taking the money to the office, it wasn't tradable until noon today. But I got another 15K shares at .037 right before the market closed....I agree about the excitement of this one- I only hope we are all right ( my baby needs new shoes!!)

My ameritrade has the funds in 24 hours of me clicking the button form my checking. Its way to easy. They have to do a test transfer when you first open the account which will take longer.

With Etrade transfered funds are available immediately after transaction. As soon as I click back to my portfolio the $ shows up and can be used for purchases.I was able to get more PGHI @.031 this morning that way. Upon opening an account this may not be true.
Good Luck & Trading

is there a minimum for opening a cash account at Ameritrade, or yes even E-Trade?

PHGI is already a winner for me. I sold some other stock I had been holding for while(DATC) on Thur to buy more PGHI. On Fri, DATC announces lowered '04 estimates and the CEO resigns. Stock dropped 35% Usually, that type of thing only happens the day after I BUY the stock.

So... I'm already happy with PGHI

A paragraph from Fortune mag:

Videogames: Next Big Thing
"Music? Sales down. Hollywood? Hit or miss. Tech? Flat." So, what are the options? Writes Fortune:

Games are becoming culturally pervasive, stealing time and dollars from other consumer entertainment options like movies, television, and, ahem, magazines. On average an American will spend 75 hours this year playing videogames, more than double the amount of time spent gaming in 1997 and eclipsing that of DVD or tape rentals today, according to market research firm Veronis Suhler Stevenson. Of the other forms of entertainment, only Internet usage is expected to grow faster than videogames—a fact that the videogame makers plan to use to their advantage.

And with time comes money. Though the global videogame market was just $28 billion in 2002, some people think it's on track to rival the movie, music, or television industries, perhaps by the end of this decade. Music sales have been falling in recent years, the moviegoing experience hasn't changed that much since Gone With the Wind, and network TV is on the skids. The games business has been racking up double-digit growth rates for the past decade, even through the recent tech slump.

Electronic Arts wants to become the "biggest and best entertainment company in the world", according to its CEO Lawrence Probst III. Adds Fortune: "Its stock recently hit an all-time high of $90, making the $13.2-billion-market-cap company the world's fourth-largest software maker, behind Microsoft, Oracle, and SAP."

I thought this was a great read also

I don't think it will be very long before we have a big spike, multiple times. If you look at Netflix they are trading with a P/E ratio of 10,140. Why is this???? Its investors investing in future profits (6 months to one year down the road). Right now Netflix has an EPS of .005 but is expected to be higher than .50 next year. Thats the only reason it trading like it is. High growth = high PPS.

Now lets compare Netfix and Veegeez. Netflix has 1.291 million subs with a market share of 1.26 billion. Remember those numbers.

1% of netflix is about 10,000-15,000 subs=12.6mil market cap
5% of netflix is about 50,000-75,000 subs=63 mil market cap
10% of netflix is about 100,000-150,000 subs=126mil Mar cap
38% of netflix is about 500,000 subs = 478 mil market cap

To explain the numbers above look at the 1% line. If we had 1% OF the Netflix subs we would need about 10,000-15,000 subs and this would give us a market cap of 12.6 million. I forgot how many shares Netflix has now but its around 420 million shares. If you take 420 mil times .033(the close yesterday) we have a market cap of 13.8million. This is very close to what we should expect with the current subs. If management does things like they should I think veegeez will be north of 500,000 subs by Dec 31st, 2004 and this is a low-ball estimate based on both Netflix and PGHIs history. I'm not sure when this stock will start trading on future earnings like Netflix but I don't think it will be to far down the road. If we traded like Netflix based on future subs and earnings we would/should be trading at $1.13 now. Here is how I got the numbers

If 1%= 12.6mil of Netflix Market Cap then
5%= 63 million
10%= 126 million
38%= 478 million

With a market cap of 478 million with 420 million shares outstanding we would a PPS of 1.13 if we were traded on the same principles and multiples as Netflix based on future earnings and subs.

How does this sound? What did I forget? Give me some input on this post!!!!!

I don't remember the post number but I gave numbers based on PGHIs historical growth and how many subs we should have by next year if things go good. If you know the post number please repost it for me as I don't think I will be back to tomorrow night

An example is ADOT when it was trading at .0065 and exploded and closed above the upper bollinger band in early October. It then pulled back for a few days and exploded to .05 over the next week! Believe it or not! I have other examples... one recent one was BCON a few weeks back when I predicted the breakout and some said I was crazy. It closed above the UPPER BOLLINGER BAND and then pulled back... and exploded North!

Here's the chart for ADOT. Notice how the candlestick closed above the UPPER BOLLINGER BAND IN EARLY OCTOBER. The stock then exploded... LOOK! I'm loading the boad tommorrow... as much as I can... These opportunities do not come around to often.

PGHI closed above UPPER BOLLINGER BAND YESTERDAY... I think something is about to occur to send this OVER THE TOP!!!! MACH

Its pretty darn cool. You have streamer, portfolio, news, 3-Level II quotes, rapid entry, charting, standard entry, and much more, all on the same screen, all accesed without switching to different windows. Just found it the other day. Plus, with Ameritrade, if you qualify for Apex trading, thats when you make more then 10 trades a month or have $100,000, then you get the streaming news, the level II quots and some other goodies for free.

You have streamer, portfolio, news, 3-Level II quotes, rapid entry, charting, standard entry, and much more, all on the same screen, all accesed without switching to different windows. Just found it the other day. Plus, with Ameritrade, if you qualify for Apex trading, thats when you make more then 10 trades a month or have $100,000, then you get the streaming news, the level II quots and some other goodies for free.

.031... no way...maybe .035 but good luck... I think you are right in the fact that MM will do the best they can to get shares.... but believe they will be overwhelmed. I think we will be in the .04's by close today. mach
