PSU90 Member	posted December 05, 2003 10:50 When the PPM has a minimum share price of .02 or 50% of the last five trading days (if above .04) ....with a restriction for one year on sale of shares.....think about it.....they are planning that the minimum market price is going to be .04 very near term.
