The 10 day looks encouraging

-80%R Oversold
Money Flow and OBV after .029 were nice.

You can tell this is being manipulated by the MMs-
(300 sale went through Tuesday, bringing price down to accumulate shares)

We tried pushing up at the open, MM drops it

We settle down and trade in a range- with a few noble attempts to move up

But the MM doesnt have enough shares, so he drops it again.

Breaking below 3 is mental point, and obviously oversold and the market engulfs the remaining asks before the close, where the MM drops one last one for the day.

Thursday should be down to flat- with a chance of reversal late in the day IMO

DD will show you the true value of PGHI

Don't feel so bad. I started buying at .031 kept buying as it went up thinking it rise a lot more. My last order was a rather large chunk of change at .049, the all-time high for the stock. But I am not too woried, I think it will eventually get back up there. Its just unfortunate that the company seems to be MIA till their move is completed in Jan 1st 2004. And their new website will not be up until Jan as well. It's a sit and wait game.

Bet,
Thanks for the encouraging words. I am bummed that it did not have the run 0n 1209 as I felt it would. I am hoping it will have its run soon...because I hate to lose money...as we all do...today it looks like it is trading sideways......I am stunned that it went down on the press release..Is there something we did not know? Is it that all factors contributed such as dilution, press releae not on all news alerts.....and rumor pused it up so news had no impact....Hey, I realize it is not over and it may have its run soon...i appreciate the input and ultimately it was my decision ..

Sunny,
I am reading this book called, a beginners guide to day trading online by Toni Turner, and as I was trying to think about all the resaons this stock went down I remembered a passage in the book when a similar thing happened to her. When she asked this guru guy about why the stock went down, the guy said, "More sellers then buyers."
I think thats what happened to us. People wanted their profit. I am optomistic that the same thing happened with this stock before it got to .047 a couple months ago. It dropped to less then....I think it was 2 cents, then it took off again. So we'll see. By the way, I posted earlier that they are starting to use their new name, GamesNFlix. That sounds better then Point Group.... Good luck to all

I was watching the last sales and saw an MM signal 400 to trade sideways today. I'm sure most of us figured today would be flat anyway.

I have Ameritrade Apex and have access to their streamer console. I was using the Last Sale applet. It shows you transactions as they occur and a 400 appeared around 10:50.

They are accumulating now..The signal for me
will be that Schwab raises the bid(.029-.03), and Wien the ask to .04..(not that they are strong players in the game)They are following the leaders (bamm & nite)and sometimes helping them..

The current situation--

We currently are experiencing the test of 20EMA..Additionally,bearish MACD cross-over resulted in some sell-off..I hope this level will hold, if not, we have to wait until it finds the support level..

If you look at the money flow and OBV for the past few days, you'll see a lot of people are buying in at these levels, the low volume shows we're starting to stablize

Just popping in for a few minutes during a break from a day of appointments. Looks like its trading sideways. I hope support holds. While I was on level 2, I saw the ask dip to .028 briefly and then within a minute it was back at .031. I think there are some buyers waiting when it drops under .03. The MM's don't appear too willing to sell there at this point. Bid now strengthening at .027 (now 4 MM's and a minute ago it was only 1).

This is definitely not where we expected to be following the news on Tuesday! But, we also were taken by surprise with the S-8 filing. I think the drop is a combination of the S-8 and regular profit taking.

Still holding strong. Would prefer to see the bid/ask staying above .03 though! I believe those who are patient will be rewarded!

I spoke to the investor relations department for PGHI, they informed me of some promising things. Some things in the works include an advertising campaign.

Also, they are hoping the internet site will be ready by christmas, but are planning a release some where around the first of the year. The guy is supposed to get back to me with the # of subscribers VeeGeez has, as well as, the actual amount of games the company owns. It seems like the company has a lot on its plate, and is going to need some time to get it all worked out.

We should start getting some serious good PR around the end of the year. ie...the name change becomes official....new website being up (that one should really help).....Plus the guy also told me that the release of the 100,000,000 shares doesn't dilute the value because its for private purposes, like paying an advertising company....I said, "your telling this to a guy that bought a second round of stock at .049" I am looking forward to the following year with this stock, I just hope we can make a few bucks in the short term as well. I am treading water with this baby. Missing a lot of good opportunities. Do I dare to send ANOTHER wire transfer to Ameritrade. My wife would kill me. But I keep telling her, its not a loss unless I sell. Gosh I hope we finish in the green today, it would be a great morale booster. This goes double for Friday......it would drive me crazy to go the weekend in the red for the day.

Bet,
good DD..
However, as far as I know, J. Fleming is reluctant to give the sub numbers(because of the competition issue. He mentioned this in one of his e-mails)
I am pretty confident that we will see mid .04's next week..

I just want to know what kind of revenue were talking about.
$19.99 a month is nice if you have thousands of subscribers but not to good if you 50....I guess I will have to wait to see what the email says. Maybe he won't tell me, but I would like some kind of idea. Can he really keep that secret from shareholders

I'd love to do a fundamental analysis to see the picture..
Being honest, currently we are building " castle in the air"..(based on TA and trend, success of Netflix, and a trustworthy CEO..)
But, this is the penny-land and these are enough for me at this point of time..)

Well guys... today we had a doji finish at the bottom of a two day down trend... It appeared to me that the selling is drying up... we shall see... but I can not realistic see it going lower right now... I loaded up the boat today... as did NITE & BAMB ... for those watching the MM flipping around. Picked up shares here all day long in this trading range... My best buy was at .028... but also picked some up at .03 & .031. mach

Nice job BetNitAll......always nice to see confirmation by the investor relations. That helps us to stay strong during the tough days like today.

I'm glad we finished even for the day. I have to agree with Mach that there can't be many sellers left at this point unless the MM's are able to scare us. The 10 day hourly chart looks like the trend is turning. Too early to confirm.

I know what you mean about those transfers to Ameritrade!

BetNitAll, They had 500 subscribers two or three months ago and are growing 30% a month. Picked that up at RB. With the new site it could (should) grow faster. No link to confirm though and JF will not tell you or anyone about subscribers #.

Some info I found on another board:

From: qrious12000 Sent: 12/11/2003 3:45 PM
I got this message through RB. I have watched that board since the beginning of November and never posted. Some of the posts seem childish and non-productive. However, I do have some answers to this post:

Anyone talk with or receive an email from Mr. Fleming lately ?

Any update as to when we will hear something ref: -\

When will we formally become GamezNFlix -- Will PGHI trade under a new symbol ? when ?
When should we expect the new website to be up and operational
Is there an update as to how much the subscription base for Veegeez.com has increased ?
When are earnings due to be released for Veegeez

Just trying to change the subject back to PGHI

Sully

I received several emails today. He answered a few questions I had for him.

They will be moving on Monday to the new KY location. Their systems in SD shuts down tonight. The address has changed on the PGHI website to show the new loc.

The answering machine now states GamezNFlix in lieu of PGHI.

Website is in beta testing right now. I would assume the name change will happen once the website is up and running.

The subscription information is confidential and cannot be disclosed - illegal.

Auditors are currently reviewing the filings.

More inventory arriving daily.

Anyone have any idea why we are no longer linked on the google search engine? I checked yahoo and msn, and we are still #1 there, but why would we just vanish from google? I hope we come back soon, we need every little advantage we can get.

The Company has received the consent of a majority of the outstanding shares of Common Stock of the Company for this corporate action under a definitive Proxy Statement filed on November 20, 2003.

This Information Statement will be sent on or about December 15, 2003 to the Company's stockholders of record who have not been solicited for their consent of this corporate action.

AMENDMENT TO ARTICLES OF INCORPORATON
Description of Securities.

(a) Shareholder Rights.

The Company's articles of incorporation authorize the issuance of 900,000,000 shares of common stock, with a par value of $0.001. The holders of the shares:

- have equal ratable rights to dividends from funds legally available therefore, when, as, and if declared by the board of directors of the company

- are entitled to share ratably in all of the assets of the company available for distribution upon winding up of the affairs of the company

- are entitled to one non-cumulative vote per share on all matters on which shareholders may vote at all meetings of shareholders.

These securities do not have any of the following rights:

- special voting rights

- preference as to dividends or interest

- preemptive rights to purchase in new issues of shares

- preference upon liquidation

- any other special rights or preferences.

In addition, the shares are not convertible into any other security. There are no restrictions on dividends under any loan, financing arrangements or otherwise.

(b) Non-Cumulative Voting.

The holders of shares of common stock of the company do not have cumulative voting rights, which means that the holders of more than 50% of such outstanding shares, voting for the election of directors, can elect all of the directors to be elected, if they so choose. In such event, the holders of the remaining shares will not be able to elect any of the company's directors.

(c) Dividends.

The Company does not currently intend to pay cash dividends. Because the Company does not intend to make cash distributions, potential shareholders would need to sell their shares to realize a return on their investment. There can be no assurances of the projected values of the shares, or can there be any guarantees of the success of the Company.

A distribution of revenues will be made only when, in the judgment of the Company's board of directors, it is in the best interest of its stockholders to do so. The board of directors will review, among other things, the financial status of the company and any future cash needs of the Company in making its decision.

(d) Possible Anti-Takeover Effects of Authorized but Unissued Stock.

The Company's authorized capital stock consists of 900,000,000 shares of common stock, with, as of October 31, 2003, 414,071,449 shares outstanding. One effect of the existence of authorized but unissued capital stock may be to enable the Board of Directors to render more difficult or to discourage an attempt to obtain control of the company by means of a merger, tender offer, proxy contest, or otherwise, and thereby to protect the continuity of the Company's management. If, in the due exercise of its fiduciary obligations, for example, the Board of Directors were to determine that a takeover proposal was not in the Company's best interests, such shares could be issued by the Board of Directors without stockholder approval in one or more private placements or other transactions that might prevent, or render more difficult or costly, completion of the takeover transaction by diluting the voting or other rights of the proposed acquiror or insurgent stockholder or stockholder group, by creating a substantial voting block in institutional or other hands that might undertake to support the position of the incumbent board of directors, by effecting an acquisition that might complicate or preclude the takeover, or otherwise.

(e) Transfer Agent.

The company has engaged the services of Interwest Transfer Co., Inc., 1981 East 4800 South, Suite 100, Salt Lake City, Utah 84117, to act as transfer agent and registrar.

Amendment of Articles of Incorporation.

The corporate action to be taken consists of the Company filing a Certificate of Amendment of Articles of Incorporation so that:

The name of the Company will be changed from "Point Group Holdings, Incorporated" to "GamezNFlix, Inc."

By order of the Board of Directors
November 21, 2003

/s/ John Fleming

I saw this on "another" board, don't think it was posted here yet...this should calm may people's fears

comes by way of John saying it can be posted, via the "VeeGeez" poster:

The S-8 is registration IT DOES NOTHING TO THE OUTSTANDING TOTAL.

It simply provides management with a way to pay for services at market price value vs. spending cash.

i.e. Attorney wants $10,000 for services At $.03 we could give him 333,333 S-8 Shares or a combination of cash and stock.

NONE OF THE S-8 SHARES HAVE BEEN SPENT ONLY RESERVED FOR USE

YOU CAN POST THIS E_MAIL
