If we don't then we should cash in our chips and go to another table. Buy low, sell high. How low is low and how high is high? I bought at .0017 today. Should I have waited till .0015? If I do and get it GREAT! If I wait and we get THAT pr and its at one cent then I missed the opportunity. Frank has done a far better job then most to get Q to this point. Maybe we should give him his credit due by reaching down within ourselves and trusting Frank to take Q that last 10 yards to the end zone. Sorry Ladies, I tried to write this in Male.

You are becoming quite the philosopher, or more likely you are just revealing your philosophical side to us. You've just added more wisdom to your earlier post ("My little window on the Q investing universe"). Good job. Simply and clearly stated.

Earlier today, I described myself as "simple-minded" because I usually see life in pretty simple terms (black or white, good or bad, true or false), and several others admitted they too were "simple-minded". Maybe we should form a club for all simple-minded Q owners.

We have all weekend to create a name, a motto and a secret handshake. Since I will be following my shrink's advice (Dr. Rod Penny-Trader) by drinking very very heavily all weekend, y'all may have to do it all yourself.

To get us started, I will offer this for a motto (assuming Frank comes through with a great PR soon): "We may be simple-minded, but we're too filthy rich to care."

Bottomliner, I have been watching and reading and thinking, just have been keeping quiet and
doing a little part time work. I am still ready
for Q to go so we can head back to Brazil for a
couple of months. My Amigo and his Wife are coming for a visit in August and we would love to
head back with them for a couple of months.
Have a Great Weekend

Glad to hear you are still around, even if you are hiding from us. LOL.

Sometimes I think I should post less and spend more time digesting what I read. But I keep seeing so many great posts (and sometimes some really bad posts) that entice me to respond.

This week was rather unique, in my opinion, because lack of solid news seemed to bring out the best in the good people and the worst in the bad people. As they used to say on the American Bandstand (which will reveal my age to some of you), this week "had a good beat and I can dance to it, but I didn't like the lyrics . . . so I give it an 8-1/2."

Bottomlinger...How about "Simply Q". Even a straight invester would have to be a little Q to invest here (that means aware, understanding and farsighted).

After a very long chat with Rod this afternoon, I very much agree that it is time to turn up the heat on Frank to release proper investor PR's.No more FLUFF, now we want STUFF. For this I have not only change my signature but have also began to send Richard emails. Iwill do so until either I get an answer or the proper PR is let out!

I have another question, did Q ever take possession of the studio? and July 1 for the closing is closing in. Sorry for my question but they never released a PR stating they had taken possession.

Q Television Network (Pink Sheets: QBID) announced today that they are in negotiations to purchase a production studio in the greater Los Angeles area. The studio currently has production contracts which Q Television will inherit once the deal is finalized. Q Television hopes to take possession of the studio by June 1, 2005 and have a final closing no later than July 1, 2005.

"With the revenue currently being generated from the studio, this turn key operation, equipped with the latest technologies, including fiber to send and receive our signal, will cut our production costs by 70%," said Frank Olsen, President and CEO of Q Television Network. "With a studio in Dallas and soon the one in the LA area, we will have the capacity to increase our live programming to 60%, making Q Television the only GLBT network with that large of a percentage of original programming. And, we will still drastically reduce our monthly costs."

"This California studio will be our home base. Among the new shows to be shot there will be Gay Day, our morning talk show, which will consist of two main celebrity hosts and correspondents from around the U.S., which will begin airing in June. Other shows to be shot will be Gay Court, a dance show, and a weekly comedy show. This is just one more step to show the carriers that we are a viable player for the next decade," added Olsen

Good evening Ronnie,

I have a question in relation to the following PR:

Q Television Network Sets Sight on Hollywood

Did Q Television ever take possession of the studio on June first or close to that date? Your immediate response would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Cory XXXXX

I will be interested in the answer and will post as such.

One thing to consider is that if the PPS drops, then all Frank has to do is start buying shares and not release PRs to reduce the O/S.

While I'm not always bullish on this stock (and you guys know that) I am aware of what MAY be happening. I would hate for you guys to sell and then have one PR blow up the stock. He's obviously not releasing info about carriers for *some* reason. My guess is either the secrecy aspect (he wants LOGO to launch first so they take the heat) or he's really been buying back the shares (as per the PRs).

Remember that when they say they intend to buy back 3% of the O/S that it doesn't mean they'll do it in the next month. Even if they say "immediate". There's certain words Pinks can use to get away with diluting, but it does make you wonder, if they are buying back 3% of the shares, they must know the O/S. So the question remains, WHY ARE THEY NOT TELLING THEIR MOST DEDICATED INVESTORS?

If frustration is shown, it's because we *are* the investors. There's certainly nothing wrong with that.

As a forum poster, it is ironic that you are held to a higher standard than a Pink Sheet CEO.

Solid Faith!

Genuine Broadcasting Global TV Networks do not trade for less than a dollar a share!

logo will enter the market with some fanfare & draw atention to investors! At some point & I can just about guarantee this, people will see QBID programing on their broadcasts. By the time people realise Chicago is owned by QBID & segmants are veiwed on logo let alone other channels this thing will be out of the gate. Don't let any world records be set,,,

I will continue to accumulate!

Solid faith. Frank loves it.

I think your signature should be "All we had to do was lunch" Franks having a free one on the investors.

Don't get me wrong, the idea of Q is very solid, but he has started a second buy back when he did not announce the first one was finished. A deadline for the audit has been veared around plus many other questions. Bashing is not my forte but getting proper answers is. I am sure everyone agrees Frank needs to begin to look after the shareholders.

[Cool] Well people its "playing with numbers time again"

Well Frank at these prices I sure hope your buying back a hell of alot more than 3%.

I am going to go way high and say O/S are 20 billion.
It would cost Frankie boy $1,080,000 to buy back 3% of O/S

Now lets use the $3 Million Dollar rumour from production equipment (money being used for buyback according to PR).

It would cost Frankie boy $3,060,000 to buy back 8.5% O/S.

-------------------------------------------------

Now more realistic O/S numbers. Based on Rumour once again, O/S are 6 Billion.

It would cost Frankie boy only $324,000 to buy back 3% O/S.

Now lets use the $3 Million Dollar rumour from production equipment (money being used for buyback according to PR).

It would cost Frankie boy $3,024,000 to buy back 28% O/S.

I sure like that last one [Razz] [Razz]
I sure hope Frank reads this and listens to me...LOL

RiskMetrics at 496 !!!

C'mon everyone, 1, 2, 3, WWHHEEEEEE!!!!

I'll tell ya, what a bunch of pussies we have here.

First you're all "Rah, Rah, Rah, here we go, Frank's doing this, Franks doing that, I'm in it to the end, I hope it goes lower so I could buy some more".
You put down anyone that doesn't have the same "feelings" about the stock that you do.
You go so far as to call people "morons, village idiots" even go so far as to make comments about their Mothers.

And now the stock price is doing what stock prices do, they go up, they go down, they stay the same.
And now it's "let's all email Richard". Yeah, it wouldn't hurt but do you want them making decisions based on the amount of emails they receive?
Stockholders selling shares will get action not group emails. But that would be too much like putting your money where your mouth is.

Everyone should ask themselves this:
Am I in this or am I not?
Am I investing in the stock price or the company?
Am I really the tough guy that I acted like when ridiculing "bashers" at .003?
Am I making my own decisions on this stock or am I following the crowd here?

I swear, this thread is turning into a group whine.

Would you all like some cheese with that whine?

Myself, I'm in all the way.

Actually I believe there is a post of an email here from Penny Trader that indeed Frank did not use the equipment money for buyback. I think and don't quote me,but only a couple hundred thousand was going to be bought back that round.Problem is, Q never put a PR out to confirm the completion of that BB. That bothers me. One of the major items that all of the investors have a legit complaint about is "failure to follow through on completion and notification to the shareholders"

As I said before, my drive is for answers. I sent this email to Firestone today. I will post the response when it comes back.

Dear sir /madam,

First I would like to say thank you for taking the time to read my email. I am inquiring about Q Television network and whether or not you are still in partnership for an uplink? I am also enquiring if the uplink was being supplied for the Gay Pride Festivals going on this month? Reason for my asking is there has been no news on your site for Q dealing since Oct 26, 2004, so I am sure you understand my curiosity.

Thanks,

Ric, finding another example of blind nonesenseical faith is easy....

You wont have to go far...

Qbiddians have found they're U/C.

I am concerned some of the investors in the Q may be heading for a serious emotional breakdown....

They may be heading for a kind of Jonestown..

I would joke about the situation over there, but something tells me the situation is becoming to serious to joke about...
