Resend it and ask him to answer the other points. it is obvious that he did not read the entire e-mail, as he should be able to answer you about his role as IR

Dear Richard Brown:
I am a new investor in Triangle Multi-Media and was hoping you could answer a few questions for me. I realize they are not a fully reporting company at the moment and as such you may not be able to answer my questions.
Do you know if they are currently issuing/selling QBID stock? I'm not looking for a share count since that is not known but I would like to know if new shares are being issued into the market.
Also, it has been stated that an audit is taking place of Triangle Multi-Media's financial statements and no information has been made available regarding its progress or results. Do you know what accounting periods are being audited?
My final question is regarding press releases. What is the process that takes place for each release? Do you review the statement prior to releasing the information? Or, do you provide the outlet for the company and only re-transmit the statement generated by the company?
I appreciate the time you have taken to read this email. Hopefully, my questions are clear and that you may be able to answer them.
Sincerely,
E

The SEC is not going to do anything. they have had many reports over the past about QBID and have done nothing.
i know of at least twice that they have been contacted, once with some very detailed information. nothing was done then, they get complaints everyday from people that have lost money on one stock or another. Unless you can prove with out a doubt that they are doing something wrong, nothing is going to happen.
It is not a crime to state that you are trying to do something by a certain time and miss the deadline. it is not a crime to state that you hope to or plan to or are looking too do such and such, and miss that goal.
now if you are starting publicly that you are buying back shares while you are actually selling shares, that may be a different story, but hell that is a hard one to prove, and half of pumpers, and all the bashers are doing that.
Pink sheets are a very cruel world with little rules the companies have to follow. Frankly, i believe that 99% are pump and dump scams.
I hope and feel that Q is of the 1%, but no one can tell for sure.
SEC? i wouldn't bother, you are not the first one that has thought of that route, and definitely not the last one.
I'm not trying to be a downer here, but that is the reality of investing in the pinks. I know that coming in and only invest what i can afford to loose.
on the brighter side of the coin, I do feel that Q is making an honest effort to make this the biggest network and is not set out to fail.
I feel that Frank has surrounded himself with the best of the best people to give us a decent shot at this goal.
I'm still holding and will continue to hold till i either have 2.4 million shares of nothing or 2.4 million share at over a buck.

Viacom/MTV launch LOGO with diverse entertainment, news offerings
By WINNIE McCROY
Say goodbye to gay for pay television. On June 30, Viacom’s MTV Networks Division will launch LOGO, a new cable station geared specifically to the gay and lesbian community. Unlike subscriber-based channels such as the Q Television Network or pay-on-demand channels such as here!, LOGO will be available on basic digital cable in about 10 million homes across the nation.

World News 3,000 gay athletes compete in ninth EuroGames Friday, June 24, 2005
UTRECHT, Netherlands — Some 3,000 lesbian and gay athletes from 44 countries competed June 16-19 in the ninth EuroGames, held this year in central Holland. Representatives from next year’s two competing gay sports events — the Gay Games in Chicago and the OutGames in Montreal — were on-hand to recruit participation from athletes in nine different sports, ranging from track and field, swimming and soccer to same-sex ballroom dancing, which taxed half of the event’s total budget. The all-volunteer organization received significant financial support from the city of Utrecht, whose mayor Annie Brouwer-Korf, was present at many of the competitions. Q Television taped a number of the events for later rebroadcast in the United States. Temperatures at the EuroGames soared far above continental norms, reaching the 90s for two days of competition. The sporting highlight for the weekend was the gold medal in men’s field hockey lost by crowd favorites the Netherlands to visiting Australia, which had received special dispensation to play in the EuroGames to seek revenge for a gold medal won by Holland in the 2002 Gay Games in Sydney.

lets hope he is planning somethign go for us for a change.
this has been a lond slope down. nice for averaging down but getting real old.
i have fired off a message to Richardl last night
here is what i sent him.
Richard
Please understand I am not lashing out here.
I have been invested in QBID for a long time, Frank is the CEO of this company and should be regarded as a man of his word. Lately his word is starting to look a little shady.
Can you confirm for me that they are or are not diluting this stock at this time?
They announced 2 buybacks that they have not updated us on. This is very unprofessional.
I don't want a I don't know answer. This is a direct questions that I would like a response from. Are they or are they not diluting this stock?
Can you tell me how many shares Frank owns. I realize you keep stating that he owns 53% of the O/S. to come up with this figure, you need to know how many shares are outstanding and how many shares Frank owns.
This is the very least that he could do for us if he truly cares about the investors. I'm starting to feel like we are looked at as a money well, and he really does not have any interest in his investors, other then how much money he can squeeze from the investors.
I have been sitting back very patiently for over a year now, listening to all the promises that Frank has fed us, I am now at the point where I feel that we deserve some answers.

im sure he will put me on ignore but i have many e-mail addresses that i can use. i am allowed up to 5 on my account and i can change them as often as i want.
im not going give up on this, i hope you all stick to the resolve to get him to answer as well.
last night there where several messages encouraging everyone to e-mail Richard. please everyone make the effort to e-mail him several times a week. with enough pressure we can get this info out of them.
there is strength in numbers. we know we have about 2000 people that read this thread, based on the number of hits on the web site hosting the picture that Finnegan posted for Jenn. if each of you where to send him a message 2-3 times a week asking for the O/S count. that would be 4-6000 messages a week looking for the same info. he will be forced to encourage Frank to pr those numbers.
lets get this done. They are working with our money and we should have a say in what is done with that money. If we can get the folks at IHUB to also help this would inundate Richard to the point that he will have to do something.
Common folks lets pull together and do this.
how many of you are with me on this?
I'm in.
Rich i know you are in

I just sent this letter...I'll post a response if I get one.
Dear Richard Brown:
I hold a significan position in QBID. I finally figured out who the contact person is for equity relations. I'm sure you are busy, so I'll be brief...
1. How many outstanding shares does QBID have? 2. Has the 3% buyback completed? 3. Is Frank still confident that Q TV will be showing in millions of homes by the end of the month?
Thank you.

Nice note Penny, should have also mentioned that if they are doing a 3% buyback they know what the o/s is as well. They can't be diluting and buying back at the same time, they would never be able to lock down on a 3% target as it would constantly change on you.

jackxxx Based on the questions you just asked, you obviously don't do any DD of your own, you obviously don't read everything posted here, you obviously don't read anything elsewhere. We've tried to be polite to you and help you deal with your "concerns" about QBID, but you obviously don't (or can't) understand.
I hoped you were intentionally trying to drive the PPS down to get cheap shares. I can deal with dishonesty.
But I now believe you are the worst form of investor . . . stupid and scared. And I cannot deal with that combination.
So I will offer one last bit of investment advice: Sell your QBID shares now to protect what money you have left. Put this money in a coffee can and hide it under your bed. In a week . . . or a month . . . or a year, count the money in your can. It should be the same amount. This is the safest way to invest. No risk, no loss.
Good luck.

Tater No one likes the current PPS (unless they are still buying shares), and we all are tired of waiting for significant news. But worrying won't pump the PPS and shouting fraud won't accomplish anything good. If you truly think QBID is a scam, do what you think you have to do, but please do it quietly. Yelling "fire" in a crowded movie theatre usually kills more people than quietly suggesting everyone leave in an orderly fashion.
By the way, I don't smell any smoke yet, so I am staying for the rest of the movie.

IMO this is going to be a good day to buy. With all this panic surrounding QBID curently, anyone who is waiting to fill an order at .0017 or even a .0016 might just get it filled today. Anyone agree?
Also, I like the emailing idea, and I will partake in it with everyone, BUT...
Due to the fact that one of the last 2 PRs came from a different PR firm (yes that PR WAS real, seach businesswire.com for "q television," not qbid), should we be sending a copy of our email in that direction also? Just a thought.
Regardless of all the panic, I'm holding my 3+ mil and will try and pick up more @ .0016 today (I'm so cheap).

I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure even a pink sheet company is required to use a transfer agent. In that case, they do know the OS down to the share. Personally, I don't want to know the share count, the PPS will surely drop if it was known.

Is there a reason QBID was left out, or was it just a change in format? It appears that the PR isn't reaching as far as you might like without referencing the symbol QBID.

No leaks is also bad for avg daily volume. We might see a huge drop-off in holders of QBID as this tightens. It might even get down to as low as 50 million per day, which would be sweet, because it would basically stagnate, we'd see some real calm, and we'd be able to tell when Frank was buying back shares or diluting, and more importantly, we'd know which was which.
