Yep we're headed to 28 cents prior to Vicom bid to buy QBID.

Don't worry roadrunner. Just keep buying & averaging down. Your not the only one that bought in over a penny.

Personally I'm buying at these levels & averaging UP!

Just picked up some more shares at .002. Didn't want to miss out on all of the fun/run. Tried .0019 and changed to .002. My luck, if I had waited a PR would have came out..

You are correct in the fact that the SEC rules do not have to be followed. However, I disagree in the fact that it is only to prevent market manipulation of an increasing pps but that's a whole other argument.

If the afterhour activity was for a buyback, they would be violating two of the four criteria (volume and timing of trades) to gain safe harbor from market manipulation. That's kind of hard to believe and nothing clearly points to the fact that they are the buyback.

Here was the reply from the old thread:

What's imporant to remember is that these "rules" define a "safe harbor" procedure that allows companies to do buybacks without the risk of getting sued; therefore, these rules are not like a "law". So if the buyback exceeds the numbers of the safe harbor rules, it doesn't automatically mean the buyback was illegal.

It actually seems the SEC is mostly concerned about companies driving up the price during buybacks; that's why there's a limit on the volume and on the price of the buyback. So in reality, if the PPS stays flat or slightly drops during the buyback, which is the case with QBID, it would be hard to sue the company for "manipulating" (up) the PPS, even if the buyback volume is over 25% of the average volume.

Good morning fellow "Qbiddians", I can't help but believe that something big is up. We have not had a PR since last week, the PPS is holding and we are due for news, audit results, buyback progress, exchange move, carrier news just to mention a few.

A new PR has to be in the works [Smile]

Long, strong, holding and accumulating

GO QBID!!!!! Bring On The Green [Big Grin]

No PR might also mean that there is no PR, as opposed to there being PR in the works.

I agree if we are to get a PR let's not get a fluffy cheesecake kinda of PR. We need a meaty one like "Here's The Beef".

It's still very early in CA and it could come today, my guess is that we get one no later than Friday, at least about progress on the pride events.

Bought more today at these bargin prices [Big Grin]

Now put some green in my savings account QBID!!!!

Yeah, you're right. Only 3 trades for the whole day, for a total volume of 40,100.

Oh, wait... I got that mixed up with CHDT. My bad. [Big Grin]

Very interesting.
We have a new heading and the "novice" bashers are posting like crazy. I call them novices, because the really good ones try to act like they have some sense so you will believe them. Today we have the day-care rejects. Oh well, everyone has to start somewhere.

All in all, I'd say their presence is a good sign (if you believe in signs). In my younger days, when I used to go frog-gigging, we knew to find alot of frogs, we had to tolerate alot of snakes.

I think Q is a big enough frog to provide a meal for alot of people!

(for all you folks that aren't from the south, this post was positive about Q!)

LOL
