Crazy stuff. I still suspect the large volume and low pps is due to the dumping by whomever MA "gifted" his shares too...AJW is a good guess IMO.

Bud Burrel sure seems to have a secret that sounds quite intriguing. Anyone here have a guess at what the company is? Eagletech sounds like a good contender. It would probably be a great play if we could all buy into it now before the big news. Too bad it isn't CSHD...since we're all already tied up in it! I sure hope this complaint helps us out. I have a feeling its what Rufus is actually waiting on.

Honestly, I gave up on this stock in December when I finally dumped and salvaged some of my once thousands when I sold at .17

HOWEVER, I would be so completely overjoyed to see my pals holding make their dough back....that and to know I hadn't bought into the scam of the year....

As promised...

OK, not been able to talk to anyone about Darby...

I do remember a Darby but not his last name or his company. I also recall it being said he could bring a JV in that would bring us both income and assets. I do recall he was a connection to an MM.

I really do not personally recall much about him.

Bud,

Can't wait for the Tsunami! If we will not be surprised you are probably speaking of Overstock.com...........but just for the heck of it.....

....Have you ever heard of Rufus Paul Harris?....perhaps someday soon EVERYONE will....

Good Luck & thanks for what you are doing!

Reply: This isn't OSTK, but it could be a future analog.

They, like thousands, have all the same causes.

Friday and Monday appear to be holidays, but this gets filed the last day before the statute expires.

The complaint is going to be released to very select parties in the media as filed.

There should be major media coverage besides. A file sharing service will have the entire complaint accessible, and it will be up on Pacer after filng. I will be putting out the link to all.

Bud, where will this complaint be filed, or listed? I'm sure it will be listed here, but will documents be spammed all over the net? Will major coverage by any other sources take place?

Thanks, BRIGUY331

Reply: You will be able to find this everywhere, as it will be picked up by everyone with an IQ over 40, obviously limiting legal and bureaucratic absorbtion, but we will have to live with that. Life is a *****, and then you die.

I am reminded of a video of some great work being done by Canadian Snipers with a 50 Caliber. It was titled "You Can Run, But You Just Die Tired!" I speak of this figuratively, but there are certainly those that aren't doing so.

An old Wall Street Rag was two factors drove all markets: Greed and Fear. The Bad Guys here understand Greed first hand: They are about to learn about Fear on the same level.

The scum public officials who have been bought and paid for here deserve the same fate, loss of everything, and then total ugliness till they die, hopefully in slavery decades from now. Remember, the Romans thought life in prison was a cruel and unusual punishment.

I remain, as always, waiting for the Mother Ship in 2012, hoping they don't have the Hitchcockian Book in their Craft "How to Serve Man." In the Hitchcock show, that was a cookbook.

I know some of our leaders who deserve such a fate, along with their supporters. It is my view of treasonous liberals, particularly war profiteers and their lawyers: They should be involuntarily drafted into the "Glow in the Dark" clean up team for the much anticipated nuclear terrorist event should it come to us through our extremist Middle Eastern Friends.

I am facing a very trying year of three corrective surgeries to allow me to live out the balance of my life not in the continuous pain of the last 45 years. I'm sorry I can't take Mark Valentine and Anthony Elgindy on these adventures, but I'm not a surgeon, and I would probably lose them. What a shame that would be.

I haven't been around much and probably will not be around a great deal in the future as things in life have changed substantially for me. Here's a post, I posted elsewhere regarding another stock I've been following and have a position in but it pretty well sums up my feelings in general. The negativity I have experienced with CSHD was never about my picking this stock nor whether it turns out to be a scam or not. It has always been about the repsonsible parties creating their own deadlines and then not meeting them. Enough said about that. Whatever will be, will be.

"I have been dealing with some family tragedy in the last couple of weeks. The death of an Aunt and my Father having a stroke being hosipitalized and now in a skilled Nursing facility hoping to regain the ability to walk and see clearly.

I comeback here and read the complete negativity of some posters who it is seems will be happy with nothing less than a PPS that moves up all the time and a business that not only continues to make money but provides transparency above and beyond stocks trading on the higher exchanges. Forget about the fact that they can buy this stock for subpenny.

All I can say is it's all relative and in the scheme of life a very small drop in the bucket.

From this day forward, I refuse to allow negativity to gain a foothold in my thinking. This dosen't mean I won't make mistakes in my trading of stocks nor in general but I will look for the positive lessons that can be learned from any adversity I suffer. If I lost every cent I now have in the market, I would survive and go on living. There are so many things in life that are more important. It would seem that some believe that every UP and Down Tick of a stock is life and death. IT IS NOT.

You can call me a fool for believing that this stock or any other stock is real and viable but you do not have the power to make my mind up for me nor do you have the crystal ball that allows you to see the future.

If you need to build your ego by putting others down, I feel sympathy for you and hope that someday you will gain enough self esteem that you no longer need the ego boost.

For those here that believe they have found something worth
while, it's time to feel good enough about your decision that you need not answer every little dig that us thrown at you or the stock you chose.

This is all about money and dreams. Both are fleeting grab them while you can. Money can make you comfortable but dreams are what inspire us to go beyond ourselves and to achieve that which we never thought we could achieve.

Me? I'll keep dreaming because my dreams aren't for sale. Money, Heh, I'll make it, I'll lose it, I'll spend it because I certainly can't take it with me.

Good Luck all. I'll check in from time to time but my time is now much more valuable being spent in other endeavors."

There are some very sharp people posting on this forum, one of the best I have seen. Humility, on the other hand, is sometimes missing.

True there are some on Ruffie's board who seem to be lagging behind in understanding the corrosive environment surrounding this company and the markets in general. Ironically, there may very likely be people who have a much clearer picture than you or I who are looking at us wondering why we are just figuring all of this out. Here's hoping we can learn more in future; constant improvement is the only way to maintain self-respect.

On a personal note, I feel that we have seen the true good, bad and ugly side of humanity surrounding this stock. Honesty, fear, teamwork and trust; anger, bitterness, deceit and greed; self-doubt, depression... hope and redemption. Will anyone take away the real lessons of this saga, the ones that go beyond money and are meant to make us, and the sphere around us, a better place? Some will get it, others will not, and some will not even try. Try, at the least.

Senator Bill Bradley, years ago, penned the following very thoughtful and pertinent message:

"Respect your fellow human being, treat them fairly, disagree with them honestly, enjoy their friendship, explore your thoughts about one another candidly, work together for a common goal and help one another achieve it. No destructive lies. No ridiculous fears. No debilitating anger."

That's the idea, Mr. Bradley.

Adieu.

...In My humble Opinion

As always......Thanks Humble

I would think this would help us out, but I think the big point here is that, IMO, Rufus is counting on this. I hope that Rufus is in the know boat with this company. It seems like that might be the deal...he continually used the same dates that Bud posted in his ****. Either Rufus is piggy backing on Bud or this company, again IMO.

Looks like Jenna (and others) finally got an answer from Bud about Rufus:

Rufus Paul Harris is charged with numerous violations in connection with CSHD. You allege he has more power than anyone, but I can't find any substantial third party reference to it except on the CSHD boards, which I had a friend look at for me. I don't read or participate in any Boards, with the exception of when I trapped a key find on the Anthony*Pacific board at the behest of a key witness in that case, and forwarded the finding to the Feds through him.

The SEC's charging practices are so colored by their prior unreliability and prejudice that I can make no judgment either way as to the merit of their claims, or the validity of the CSHD representations. If the SEC calls him black, it means nothing to me either way except the SEC has chosen to be the pot to his kettle.

I know the CEO of the Tsunami company, and I can assure you he is not only the most knowledgeable CEO of all in this space technically, his company's principal asset was of such value as to cause his company to be targeted for a raid to drive it to BK so that the asset could be acquired for pennies on the dollar. He has put out material so challenging to regulators they have had to completely stonewall him, for the simple merit of his arguments and accusations.

The Regulators can never let his complaint go to trial. At a minimum, if there is any justice left in this country, this complaint should be the end of the SEC, resulting in it being broken up and its functions sent to two other entities, on the basis of the evidence of the complaint alone. The good SEC career officials will agree with this break-up. Joe Kennedy Sr set the tone of the SEC from its inception, which it has tried with no success to forget. It was a criminal enterprise when it was being built, and it has come full circle back to what it was originally, in classic conformity with the theory of organization culture. That concept asserts that the original culture of an organization is never completely snuffed out, and in this case, it has popped back up to take over the SEC, like some evil Ginn/Jack in the Box.

A terrible price willl be paid here. I have been a lifelong supporter of the culture of development stage companies, particularly those with life altering meaning, and I could never have made that kind of commitment if I were a pessimist. Yet here I am pushed into the position of being a harbinger of doom. I hate it, and I will have my revenge, in this life, or the next, on these vermin, or their descedents.

Anyone privlileged enough to have been given birth here owes God more than they will ever repay. No ending will be completely adequate or appropriate for those who would destroy this magnificent experiment.

I assumed he was referring to 12/12/12 (Day of reckoning?) in a religious sense. Just a guess though.

IMO if Rufus was already aware of the investigation Bud is speaking about back in June/July of last year then I can agree that he has a plan in place. But, I suspect that the company Bud is referring to has been going through this for a quite a while so I wont be holding my breath about any resolution (for us) in the near future.

If indeed charges are filed against members of the SEC I do feel it will set a ball rolling with several "death spiral" companies but lets remember that Rufus has not disputed any of the accusations against him as far as I know. Are the accusations true? Did he make outlandish claims to get the attention he wanted? Are they false and he didnt dispute them because he wanted some people to hang themselves trying to hang him? Proving that any bonds are in our asset management portfolio would not be difficult IMO, and I think several people agree on that. At this point I believe that they are either not in our portfolio or Rufus REALLY wants people to think they are not.

In any case, i suspect we will still be discussing CSHD throughout the year and we may STILL waiting for an explanation this Christmas.

I agree that it would seem to be easy to prove the bonds, but at the same time, wouldn't it seem to be easy for the SEC to prove they aren't ours? I guess this is probably a mute point with the way Rufus handled (or didn't handle) the situation.

I sure hope we're talking about CSHD come Christmas, but its in answer to everyone when they are getting expensive gifts from us [Big Grin] .

not the way it works, Milliam.

Yup, prolly will remain a moot point...as long as the defaults remain unanswered. As far as I know, the BOD hasn't even bothered to replace the latest CEO...

Rufus shouldn't be so shocked that people have threatened his health. He has enjoyed his pyschological game on people minds and well being for the last 8 or so months and he can still get on SPR and laugh about the whole thing like it's some kind of game.
