Are you asking might he have disbursed his proceeds to others? Gee, I suppose so...have no idea what their indivdual agreements may have been... All we know from what's been filed--that I'm aware of now--is that he certainly got that much. Logically, it would at least seem to go along with the loan never being recalled while AJW nexus profited from the conversion rate... But I assume such details will emerge from the various investigations.

Yea, thats what i was asking you. I guess there is a little bit of me left that wants to think MA got used and abused through this instead of actually voluntarily getting mixed up in all of this. Thats assuming that "all of this" is even more clear now than it was 6 months ago. But damn, the evidence really doesnt look that great in his favor. Maybe thats what still bugs me....it was all really too obvious. And then to attempt the log deal again right out of the gate? Something is up there.

I posted a comment over there...said No stock is worth is..hope all is safe...
read some of the other stuff..he posted his remark in several languages...many references to LLH... my guess is livelihood...and nothing more...maybe all of his accounts got frozen...and he has no money to pay his bills? Heck I have no clue...
If he is really "trying" to do the "right thing" and change stuff...well thanks RPH...I'm sure it has been a challenge...but some how I am not sure that he understands the challenges that his actions and games have placed on others...just "normal folks" that followed a "normal guy"...Just seems that if it was really his intentions all along...there might have been a "better route" Time will tell...

I posted over there too. The people he was "calling out" so to speak are dealing in HUGE money and ive wondered....up until now, how he has managed to continue going on like that.
I also mentioned over there that they better expect some silence for some time...and im not sure that crowd is ready for silence right now.

I'm not sure if I can believe anything he posts anymore. Remember the Dogs getting shot post? Came out to be a completely different story than what he first posted.
Anyway, how can he be paasing the torch, which IMO, means the company to someone else without their being some formal notification to shareholders? Even though a gray sheet stock I would think that at the minimum there should be a PR annoucing this passing of the torch.
Well what's 2-3 more weeks anyway. Most have been stuck here for much longer so I'll take the same attitude as I have for sometime now. Wait and See.

Yea, i wondered the same thing. Are we even in a situation anymore where anything needs to be filed because Rufus, whom was or was not CEO, has passed on a torch? Dunno. Is he passing on CEO or just the helm for whatever fight he was fighting?

lol, no, no pun... all I'm saying is--and not to say I never "speculate" or "brainstorm," but my tendency is analyze what's known or reasonably deduced or inferred...Clearly, someone had a plan; seems reasonable to assume at least some of the principals knew the plan... but as far as "bringing down the system" and all that stuff, it may be interesting in (for example, Overstock's CEO, who goes to some lengths to separate wear "one hat" as CEO and another as "NSS Fighter) in another context. But here, the focus should be on answering the SEC's complaint and preparing for whatever it is the Grand Jury is up to... In other words, the SEC complaint does not mention any failure to "fight naked shorts." Based on my experience, I believe bringing that stuff up will result in either plaintiff's attorney or the judge directing the defendant back to answering the complaint.
As far as any others who may be involved, I assume the authorities are looking into that...from SEC's statements, we know they are interested in disgorgement.

For those of you who ordered your certs, Rufus wants you to check them to be sure they are not only stamped by the T/A but also stamped by the clearing house....
speculation from CSHD'ers is that...if stamped only by the t/a your cert maybe from the t/a's printing press....

Some people's stamps are "raised" others aren't... So my guess is the whole deal with getting HCC was so that RPH could point out some illegal stuff from the brokers and/or TA?

The thing that bothers me here (well, one of them)...is that if the T/A is the main culprit, he's not going to have enough cash or assets to get us diddly squat. If he's been issuing illegal shares (as in bumping up the authorized share count or something to that matter), then the brokers can't really be blamed, can they?
I do think there are others here that have been involved illegally (MM's mostly), so hopefully there's someone out there with assets that we can take!
