RPH has said alot of things , most of which are total bull$hit .

(1)Security fraud "filing known fraudulent financial docs with the SEC" .......
(2)Pump and dump through alternative means of selling shares . (I.E. through his trust , friends and family members)
(3)Filing bogus contracts and other filings through the GA. courts reguarding the Ven. bonds (but that will be a totally different case if proceeded with by the FBI).
I dont believe for one second that Rufus orchestrated a Pump and Dump.....not through his trust, friends or family members. That could have been too easy to track....unless the people doing so are totally inept.

Thats not true . A trust would be the perfect way to sell shares . Alot of trust are setup for the specific purpose to commit fraud or launder money . Thats why Nevada trust are so popular .

Griff again: He has an attorney sponsered by the gov. so he doesn't spend hundreds of thousands of shareholders money. He is always looking out for us.
How do I know? I was told

I sorta feel sorry for Griff because i think he is just the most recent CSHD "mouthpiece". Im sure he believes in everything he writes about but so did several others along the way. It doesnt bother me that he posts what he considers fact but he is starting to carry a bit of an arrogant attitude IMO which could potentially blow up in his face later. We dont need anymore clowns....he should chill out a bit. But hey, its his own decision to make I guess.

Can anyone ask when they are being delivered? And did rufus comment on whether or not the filing was for himself or for both him and the company?

That doesn't matter in a civil case . You only get free counsel in a criminal case and even then , if you lose , you have to pay it back as part of your sentence .

I thought they moved to corporate office to the Sea of Tranquility on the Moon! Send the subpoenas there, maybe that's why it's taking 6 months to answer the default...

If he does , he's sadly mistaken . In a case like this (civil case where CSHD is the defendant and not the plantiff) , the court will instruct the jury not play good guy / bad guy but to simply grant the SEC their request or deny it and drop the case . In no way can the jury award Rufus or CSHD anything . That would require a seperate counter law suit against the SEC for damages and would be a totally seperate case .
Anyone that thinks this law suit benefits CSHD in any way is flat wrong . Its a matter of making the default judgement permanent or dropped . If and its a huge "IF" the SEC lost or dropped the case , CSHD will still have to have MM's sign on to get it trading normal again .
But back to reality , Rufus still needs a lawyer to represent the company before any of this can even happen . Thats the law and even Dufus can't get around that .

Don't know about sympathy but the SEC being the prosecution will now have to PROVE what they have been alleging and convince a jury as well. If they could have done that to begin with don't you think they would have?

They didn't need to . CSHD failed to respond to the claims thus the term "DEFAULT" judgement . If CSHD showed up with an attorney and won or lost , it would have been called a "SUMMARY" judgement.

I guess but I think they have a better chance building that moon base . Who knows , maybe Dufus can polish up his conning skills and sucker someone into it .
$1000.00 says if they do a merger its either
(1) An overseas company with no back ground like ECFL tried to pull
or
(2) Some stupid business he made up

Hello one and all ... just keeping an eye out periodically ... enough to keep up with the general outlook. I, to my fault thus far, have not sold my shares and don't plan to now unless there is reason to do so.
I have learned alot in the last year since I started trading ... many say that is what it takes to get the "feel" for it - find your niche - see the light, etc. I have to say that, if all progressed with CSHD as we thought it would, I probably wouldn't have learned as much as I have due to the fact that I've had to scramble to move on in "this" crazy world of trading!
Beyond my personal adventures, I look at this whole scenario today, without all the hype, emotions, and kool-aide. I have to wonder at what is going on behind the scenes here. Why is anything happening, if in fact we are dead in the water. I'm sure Rufus could cover his butt if he allowed this whole fiasco to be broomed aside and all would quietly just go away - that is what I thought would happen if we ever got to this point. But no! ... things still happening and that being the case, I will stay the course here and move on with my other trading scenarios ... always keeping an eye on this thread. Peace to all and the "best of the best" to you all! Still hope we all end up in Vegas!
