I think BBAN was a test run and CSHD was designed to be a good pay day . If he's not convicted or does not do jail time , he'll be back in a few years with a new bag of tricks and a new group of suckers buying his story . It might not be in this country though , who knows .

Oh what the hell. I've kept quiet for, what, 6 months now?
The person was SweetSplat, and he claimed his father was a CVSU pipe and received a payout from RUFUS from a Songwii trust account. So, SweetSplat, not dogman, and CVSU, not FHAL, and Rufus, not MA/JA/whomever.
As for who the poster is, I have my thoughts; there were 2 people in that conversation; I only shared the scrolls with proper authorities, and I didn't post the ALTERED version. So who is the poster?
oh, and btw, I refused to be a part of fraud, hence contacting the proper authorities, even at a risk of seeming like a total idiot (which I probably did; I'm sure Ms. Black and her office had a great ol' laugh about it afterwards). I did everything by the book, and other than more unnecessary stress (on top of the stress of it when it first happened), I am not worried about it at all, in case some were wondering.

Sweet, The reason you nor anyone will get the information is because I am a witness now for the SEC against Rufus in the CIVIL SUIT. Alana sent me the docs today. The information they get will be under oath from me and posted on Pacer at my request. I have the goods and so will everyone soon. They are even paying my expenses and have bought my ticket to Atlanta later this month. BTW Alana Black ISSSSSSS the lead attorney against Rufus. The other guy was someone who answered investor calls. I have had several calls to her over the past few days. The only people that the SEC is after is RUFUS and BEN.
Rufus, The answers to your question is CSHD and all of the board of directors and INSIDERS that sold shares. Nothing happened on January 9th as I didnt get the subpoena until after that. Mrs Black is forwarding everything I have given to her to the FBI for the Grand Jury Case.
My day of vindication has a date and is very clear. It isnt 2 weeks that has been 2 weeks for months like others. By June 30th all information will be out for everyone to see on PACER. It wont be in Tut's Egyption or Rufus cryptic responses but in COURT docs.

I kept the original flash drive. I dumped that onto my computer. They can tell if I altered any of the information. This is going to be the best day that I can remember for CSHD in a long time. I did believe in the stock last year. I was trying to do what was required of my position. Then after I saw what Rufus was trying to pull and when I received the computer files and email I knew he was a crook. I did sell shares. I sold 10k in october for about $2.00 the rest I sold less that .10 cent. Most were at .05.
The Wattle certs were not fake. They will be put on Pacer.
You have no idea of my personal life as I do not air that in public. I understand that this is what you people try to do to move the focus off of issues you have no answers for.

IMO, James has been posting insider information. Maybe they have hem thinking that he is going to Atlanta as a witness but when he gets there he will find out different.
There is a raging battle going on as to the veracity of the subpoena and all the information that James has put out there. So who really knows.
The other boards have been very entertaining though.
