Time will tell. I don't like losing money but I would chalk some of up to a learning lesson and it would take care of my tax losses for 07 if it's the case. It aint over till it's over and the fat lady isn't singing yet...but she may be warming up.

There is no review. It is what it is, and the clerk (deputy clerk) could care less what is stated in the document. As long as it is properly titled and formatted with the case name and number, it could be the lyrics to Humpty Dumpty and it would get posted on Pacer.

Then, IF something was posted it should be on Pacer. UNLESS it was SO ABSURD the judge/court steps in an repeals it until facts can be proven. Hmmm, clear as mud?

What if the Judge pulls it cause old Rufus actually has the bonds and until they are verified the docs are sealed? What was in that sealed envelope Rufus gave the court months ago? We still don't know.

This is 100% correct . It is not the clerk who reviews anything . They only submit it into the file and thats it . It should show up on Pacer reguardless of how stupid it is .

As for the default judgement , once again I'll remind you that Rufus being the CEO of a publicly traded company cannot represent anyone legally but himself . The company must hire an attorney and that requires CASH .

If the only options are we get nothing or close to nothing, can a class-action lawsuit take away what he has bought with his ill-gotten gains? Heck right now I'd settle for one of his thoroughbred horses.

Thats going to depend on him getting convicted of an actual security fraud . If so , then maybe if they can show proof of the cash flow . If in fact he did not personally gain from the fraud and has no personal assets in his name , probably not. I've heard him make mention of no one being able to take his stuff away "again" and that its in a trust name instead of his . More than likely , if his property gets seized , by the time the legal / court fees are taken out of the cash value it gets at auction , you won't get crap anyways . I personally think Rufus is a con man by trade . More than likely , he conned someone into giving him the place he currently lives in or has made some kind of deal to live there in return for some bogus promise he's offered them . Thats just my opinion .

Back in November I did some DD on Rufus' property
The address on the subpeona that his daughter signed, when done in a reverse search, comes up as Atlewa Trust.....so IMO he has his ass-ets covered.

ok guys, I got a little curious and here is what I did.
On the document that was served to Rufus' home and was signed by his daughter, there was an address on the top under Rufus' name. So I did a reverse search on the address on it came back as Atlewa Trust with the same address. So I got more curious and did a Google Earth search on the address this is what came up ....

http://i7.tinypic.com/2rf6jhd.jpg

This is a residence...but is this where Rufus lives? Where is the ranch?
Anyone know?

Unless his trust benefitted from the security fraud . I'm wondering if thats how he cashed in on the scam . Can anyone pull a list of people listed in the trust ? And if there were any of those people on the NOBO list ?

I'm pretty sure he's smart enough not to list them on the NOBO list or they were probably already out of it by then anyways but its worth the shot .

I'd say there is a really good chance that he's using the trust as means to filter money out of CSHD . I'd bet Ben Stanley uses the one he's got setup from the same damn purpose .

Can anyone find out if there were unrestricted / restricted shares given to his trust for some made up service ? I know there was on Mike A. side . I did some DD on him and found several companies located at the Lake Dallas address listed as companies receiving shares for bogus services .

Yes, we do know. Remember when I called Alana Black & posted the answers to my questions?...Well, she said that in the sealed documents were some codes....she also said she was able to disclose that because it was already public knowledge...I believe she said it was in Pacer's....

Want to see something funny?

Go to this webpage for Atlewa Trust and zoom-in on the map for the "35 Golden Eagle Dr, Adairsville, GA, United States" address:

Just to add to the confusion...didn't we decide quite some time ago, that RPH didn't live at the ranch? he lived in the other location that New2 pointed out? Seems I remember about the time that RPH got served and when his daughter was served that the new address was different and when asked on SPR Rufie said he didn't live at the ranch...seems his house had a pool in the backyard...I thought I remeber that we found a "picutre"...it should be back in these thread around the time that CSHD and RPH got served...and to be honest...i don't care enough to search the threads here at allstocks...

Mo...it's interesting to see that street name after a "Harris"

Strange Indeed. Google now shows the site (#1 below) that I showed in the post above as the location of 383 Clear Creek Rd NW, but the map on the website:
http://www.ecspace.us/Business/%40Hawaii/Atlewa.Trust/NTIyODk3Ng
shows the location at a different spot on the map (#2 below). What a coincidence that they both have a pool behind the house, somewhat uncommon for houses in this area.

Atlewa Trust then packaged an Asset Backed Bond and loaded it on Euroclear with Sequoia Asset Management Group AG and a couple of USA companies to the sum of 750 Million USA Dollars CUSIP can be provided. 300 million of the Bond was recently sold and all is well in that house.

The trust also has several hundred millions in mortgage assets. More to come on this issue soon.

Paul, can we have the cusip # please?

How about this; I’ll give someone a copy of the bonds and screens if they will post them to a site.

No updates , no excuses, no words.
I have no opinion this morning.
Rufus sir you set the date, we have no defense here
until you or the court speak.
We have had faith, we have done all in our power to support you.
You must step to the front line or you will see a retreat.
Not because we are unwilling to fight, we just do not have any ammunition left.
Here is the way the story goes.
March seven times around the walls.
The blow the trumpet, and the walls fall down,
that was to happened Monday.
We need to see some walls falling down. Just a brick would be encouraging.
I am sure Mr. Harris, you understand this post, we have withstood the bashers,
not because we are weak, but because we are strong.
We will not stand for misinformation.
Step forward sir, if you are wounded will will fight,
if your are tired we will hold you up, but we need you.
There is no other way at this point. Raise the flag, blow the trumpet.
Rufus It is in your hands.
I have a big day again today, I have not lost faith.
Some of us just feel wounded, we will fight with wounds, if we have a cause.
At tis point we have nothing to fight with. The weapons are all in the truck.
Rufus bring the truck to the front lines. Please. TIA
God bless all the shareholders
I have prayed for all of your today.
Mr Harris we need something.

You know my family was watching spider man Sunday night, the people turned on him and all he did was help people and good, during the movie a family member looked at me and said are most of the shareholders from NY?

I answered; it is just the nature of man, and that is the main lesson of the bible!

H2 are you Jewish?

I have talked on SPR, and many message boards; you are posting on a board that I started just to keep you informed.

You are given updates as they are available!

And Yes the answer has been received by the clerk!!
