no, Jenna, don't think so...apparently he sent a *response,* but I just don't think he had that long to "answer the default." For instance, in the lawsuit I'm in--naming me and 1,200+ others as defendants in a civil suit--we have only 20 days to answer... I'm pretty sure some new motion would have to be correctly filed to "re-open" the default. Looks as though he got his template for a response from the 'Net, once again not bothering to consult an attorney...
