In your last appearance on SPR, you said that you did not need legal counsel because you were not going to respond to the default; yet you did respond this week. You submitted your response prior to addressing the default, which clearly is outside the FRCP.
You are arguably brilliant with bonds and International finance. I have listened to you on SPR in awe of the depth and breath of your knowledge in that area. However, when it comes to these particular legal matters you have proven that you need help. Please continue to do right by your shareholders and retain legal counsel.

This response from Rufus show how uneducated he really is to the legal system . He truely believe that he's some how got the SEC by the nuts and will win . He thinks that since the SEC filed a suit and got a default judgement against the company without CSHD having legal representation that they violated Federal law . What a f'in moron . It happens every single day of the week . How do you think the DEA or FBI seizes property and money from people ? How do you think the local cities and counties take properties with back taxes due ? How do you think that companies filed liens against people all the time . If it were just as easy as not showing up to the suit and getting off the hook , no one would show up or claim they could afford an attorney. Not long ago I was watching a TV show, on Discovery channel or something. A group of divers, looked like normal guys who loved underwater "life". They were trying to create coral reefs by sinking various objects into the water. The episode I was watching they were sinking a quite large passenger airplane. A ton of work went into preparing the plane to be sunk, in order to remove any dangers so that the shell could become home for a lot of various sea creatures.
Once the plane was finished it had to be hauled to some docks by truck, ththe truck was then loaded onto a ferry and floated out to some other piece of land very near where it would be lowered and then the truck drove the plane off the ferry. A HUGE crane was then brought onboard (cant recall the rental cost per day but it was huge) to lift the plane from the truck and then lower it on platforms which it would be attached to so the airplane shell wouldnt sit on the bottom.
Annnnnnyway, knowing the logistics and equipment involved im thinking that this little "divers project" cost someone a pretty penny. Looking at the divers id say they didnt front the cash. But, they had a good idea to build homes for sea creatures while they were also building a site where they could enjoy themselves diving. They put their hearts and souls into it and someone gave them a buttload of cash to pull it off.
Can I compare a logistical project like I mentioned above to the billions Paulfus supposedly has available? Maybe not....but do i believe "someone" might give a buttload of money to someone who has their heart and soul into a project that would be somehow beneficial for all involved?....yup, I sure do.

With all due respect to Rufus, that is my thought as well. Quite simply, it wouldn't. Also, while lack of service can be a defense, it has to be raised in a properly filed answer. As I and a few others noted yesterday, it was not properly filed for a couple of reasons. The first necessary step would have been to file a motion to set aside the default (F.R.C.P. 60(B)). The second necessary step would have been to seek leave of court to file the answer. The third necessary step (if steps 1 & 2 granted) would have been to have an attorney file the answer on the company's behalf. JMOs - not to be taken as legal or investment advice.
As I have stated in the Past I will not allow the corporation to be dragged into a false battle, the filing by the SEC was about one of the largest “PUMP and DUMPs” ever. Not a Fact; So why not let them correct their answer By FEDERAL LAW if you can not prove your claim then; what is required? I agree with some of their filing; there has been 100’s of millions of dollars of stock sold to innocent shareholders and I for One want to know WHO DID IT? Why spend 100’s of thousands of dollars of the corporations to fight something I agree with? Either they show us WHO DID IT or we will HELP them get the answer, in Federal Court or somewhere else! Maybe, just Maybe; Somewhere else is what we want or it would be the best place to expose all involved!! GODSPEED

I'm showing a trade at .01 for 1400 shares . Someone needs to just shoot this thing and take it out of its misery . Atleast you guys can move on to other trades and not have to deal with the crap .

Really? So CSHD is the only stock with "crap"? That statement itself is crap. I have no interest in anymore crap to be honest, its quite obvious that regardless of Rufus or CSHD there is a ton of illegal activity going on in this business. I bought FHAL as a gamble, I stayed with CSHD as a bigger gamble. I wont be gambling with pennies on a regular basis until I feel comfortable that things are put into place to protect the little guys for once. Im simply living my normal life but at the same time im just waiting to see if anything ever comes out of this. The only "crap" im forced to deal with is nonsense comments from you suggesting someone physically harm Rufus because you invested poorly. Lick your wounds, tuck tail and scamper off or something.

Of all the people that post here, you seem to be the one who can't move on. Though I criticize Rufus for his handling of the situation, I don't find it neccessary to attack the mental capacity of others who have taken a position in CSHD and are holding like the rest of us because at this point not enough money can be salvaged.
It's very arrogant of you to state that people who post here are not trading others stocks and need closure before they can move on. I doubt very much that Anyone here has CSHD as their only position in the market.
Deabating the actions and potential outcomes here does not mean that anyone is foolish, mentality deficient or stuck in the fantasy that this stock will make them a millionaire. It's very simple we bought a ticket for the ride and want to stay on until the finish. It may turn into a lifetime ride but nonetheless we did pay for it.
You have the right to vent but not the right to determine what is best for any f those who have put their own money into this stock. Please show some consideration for others.

The difference between me and you two (Wallymac and MrC.) is I sold my crap for .12 a share . You'll be lucky to get .01 next week and probably .001 by the time this is over and done with .
You guys obviously would rather burry heads in the dirt than do some DD of your own of the Civil code of procedure and corp. law . Keep listening to Rufus and see where it gets you . I personally could not care if you invest money else where or if you stick up your azz . I have no agenda other than to try and make some money .
