The reason why he was asking if he was Jewish is that the story that H2 took is from the old testiment. Which would also be the Jewish scriptures.

He's doesn't have 1 million in assets much less hundreds of millions .
There's always hundreds of millions of bucks sitting around, but never any cash for needs of the company or it's shareholders. The ******* could buy back our shares now if that's the case.

Get off the crap! It almost sounds like Tut!
The only thing we want to see is the decision from the SEC/Court/Default! If it's been answered we should be able to tell by now, right?

There seems to be different opinions on this matter....some say, it should have been filed electronically and would show up immediatly on Pacer, as others say that it could have been sent in by mail and would take a few days to show up on Pacer....I don't know the law, so I don't know which is true...I guess we wait and see!

Any higher dollar attorney thats use to dealing with the SEC would have sent it electronically or hand delivered it if they were in the same city . Some one needs to ask that bozo who his attorney is . Without one , his response isn't worth the paper its written on .

I always remember memorable accomplishments.. and really funny events. Stopping CSHD was one and Rufus was the other.. but somehow.. I don't think Rufus meant it the way it turned out... but I bet he remembers me in the way he hoped I would remember him..

Ya know, there are people that go on and on about how self righteous Rufus has been through all of this but people like Our-street and a couple of choice individuals on this board are no less self righteous themselves.
CSHD is a REAL easy target for bashing yet a few get a thrill from bashing it and Rufus. Id really like to know what type of people these are off the message boards....gloating losers or people that actually have a reason for making the comments they have been making.
Money is an interesting driver in ones personality it appears.

You are so right...money makes some people do things they probably wouldn't normally do otherwise! GREED!

Its not that people enjoy bashing this stock . I personally bash it as a way to relieve tension for the money I've lost in this POS scam . Rufus is the person everyone needs to direct their anger to instead of praising him and kissing his azz. He's done nothing for anyone of us except deceive and con us out of our money . Its way past time for him to put up or shut the "F" up . If he's sitting on hundreds on millions of dollars , do a damn buy out for $2.00 a share . Fu<k the 6 for 1 deal , fu<k the billions of dollars in bonds or the other bull$hit JV's he claimed . Get the share holders off his back and take the company private .

Lots of talk about this only being for Rufus and not CSHD because there still isn't a layer involved.

I wondered the same thing since that has been "the word" all along but on the first page it lists BOTH Conversion Solutions and Rufus Paul Harris. Lets see if this document flys or is shot down.........

That was the first thing I looked for. The attorney representing CSHD. No attorney just Rufus's name.
IMO, the judge may accept this as an answer for Rufus(personally) but he still needs an attorney to answer for CSHD. So I can't see the judge accepting this as an answer for CSHD. Keep in mind that I am not an attorney so I could be completely wrong here.
Looks like more waiting. Hope it all works out.

"Reads" to me that RPH is attempting to prolong the crap... sure "he" answered...not the Company AND? the judge could quite possibly remove or dismiss everything on what RPH has requested... But I doubt it...it may depend on if the Judge feels that the SEC has done anything to "prove" their allegations...if they haven't? the Judge may rule in favor of what RPH has requested...
And? this is something that RPH could have done...way back in November...however...maybe RPH was "giving" the SEC time to find crap...and better "allow" the Judge to side with RPH...
Guess we'll see...but my hopes are about as high now as they were last week...which is very low!
