I am thinking about it...the only thing that is preventing me from selling right now is the fact that CEO John Arlitt has a lot of stock in CSHD and he will work hard to get his money back, IMO.
I might be right, but I might be a fool as well.

Well I will be paying taxes on my FHAL gain. I would hate to hold CSHD for no reason and end up paying way too much for taxes, but then again who knows if this could run again. I am between the proverbial rock and hard place.

I think the only sticking point from selling and milking the loss would be the 30day wait involved with getting back into the exact stock you sold at a loss EOY. If pigs fly and this thing rebounds you will be stuck watching from the sidelines.

Kevin, I hope Santa Claus Pees in your Chimney. If you hate this board so much then please go away. What the hell does it matter where the board is. If they put it on a Compaq 100 running Dos in Siberia I'm sure you would still find a way to get logged on and insult anyone who is still posting. Get a life.

No, not really. I've stated numerous times that my only real problem with this stock now is that it clutters up the HOT Stocks forum, when it's clearly not a HOT (read: stock that is either running or at least has a decent possibility of rnning). If they moved this discussion to a different forum, you'd never see me again in this thread...

Kevin may hate where the thread is but he is like the rest of us...
Can't stay away.
Remember when everyone was waiting for PR's and announcements that would come out at any time and post them to the board within minutes of their release to the public. Remember when vague info came out and many of us went nuts trying to sniff out the facts and DD them to death.
You never know, news can come out at ANY time and send all of scurrying in different directions frantically.

You're calling someone "foolish"? That has to be one of the more ironic posts in the history of AS ...
I think it's been well-established that I'm not a basher. I think many here might think I'm a jerk or worse, but to be a "basher" you probably should have some financial interest in the stock. I do not.

Ok here is the website associated with the false C&D letter.
HSWORLDFOUNDATION.COM
The phone number below was verified as a phony- it was some cell phone that some GF of the owner answered or something....either way-verified POS.
This domain for the alleged phony C&D letter- was created on 26-Aug-2006. It has an email contact for adminstration at "bayoutech.com"
If you dig into bayoutech.com you then notice that the admin contacts email address is info*allianceassetmanagement.org.
If you get the domain information for allianceassetmanagement.org you end up with Canady Holdings, Inc. You also notice there is no allianceassetmanagement.org website.
Now next you ask yourself- What do all of these websites have in common?
They all share the same destination IP address. Often web hosting providers use the same IP address for multiple websites hosted on the same server. This is how you have 100's of websites being hosted on one server (Single IP address).
They utilize HTTP headers to direct the incoming HTTP requests to the appropriate customers HTTP service.
Why do all of these websites resolve to the SAME IP address?
Did a bunch of bashers happen to pick the exact same web hosting provider as the company? Or if this thing more complex than we think?????
All of the below mentioned sites are hosted at:
