Yes, that is some, not all, of the information we know as fact to this point. By all means, feel free to summarize a list of "knowns". It's good to remember what we have seen so that when new information does come we can be ready to fit it into the bigger picture.
I actually enjoy the banter from both sides and I think there is value in being able to draw one's own conclusions based the input. I would never discourage open discourse when done responsibly. Propping up a feeling with speculation about people's motivations without any basis in fact seems to me to be several degrees from responsible DD.
It would be great if we had more news to dig into but the waiting continues.

PORTMAN CAN YOU PASS THIS ON TO THE NEW BIGSHOT. I know our CEO is busy covering his own a$$,but maybe i'll get lucky. This no less than pure BULL$HIT that all management present and past have just disappeared, after all the hype they gave to buying this stock and the bond ownership etc,.

Something weird on the website. If I click on the executives, it doesn't open, but if I open it in a new window, I get all kinds of jibberish at the top. I'm guessing its code for the webpage, but I don't have a clue. Taxback...can you take a look at this and tell me what it is?

[Sorry, I couldn't resist. I'm finished with this thread now, I promise...]
Bump.

My problem is with the fact that a clearly NOT "hot stock" continues to be at the top of the forum for "hot stocks." Anyways, this is the last I'm going to post about this worthless stock, until the mods get the guts to move this to the .11+ (or the sub-.10, which it will be very soon) where it belongs. Do your job, mods--I know you're out there!

Geee, thanks Mr. Message Board Policeman....I've been losing sleep over the fact that this thread is still at the top of the Hot Stocks Free for All too! I'm so glad someone had the courage to speak up and let these mods know that it is not a "Hot stock" and that the thread needs to be moved.

Kevin...File a court case with the SEC. Maybe they will cause the stock to go lower and then do nothing while hundreds of people wait for the SEC response... Just Kidding, sort of.
I know you are anoyed and I do see your point but PLEASE don't jinx it under .10.
Wait, there it goes, from .12 to .15. Can I say "to the moon" now???

I think your problem is that your more addicted to this stock than the rest of us!
Hey genius...the reason this thread is at the top is because YOU are the #1 contributor! The last 10 pages involve us defending ourselves to you.
Didn't you say that you wouldn't post here anymore? You're like a junkie: "I swear this is my last fix!"

It very funny that the people protesting the most about this stock being at the top of the board are the ones posting the most.
They should all get together and start their ownn board where they would be allowed to make sure that the only stocks that can be discussed are they ones they have money in.
If you all would move on there wouldn't be very much to discuss here. If you are trying to save newbies, you are wasting your time. I have seen anyone on this board pumping. In fact it's the opposite just people looking for resolution.
Happy Holidays all Wally

Had to pass this post from HSM along, this is a very important WARNING:

Here's how the scam works:
Two seriously good-looking 18 or 19-year-old girls come over to your car as you are packing your shopping into the trunk. They both start wiping your windshield with a rag and Windex, with their breasts almost falling out of their skimpy T-shirts. It is impossible not to look.
When you thank them and offer them a tip, they say "No" and instead ask you for a ride to another store. You agree and they get in the back seat. On the way, they start having sex with each other.
Then one of them climbs over into the front seat and starts putting her hands all over you, while the other one steals your wallet.
I had my wallet stolen August 4th, 9th, 10th, twice on the15th, 17th, 20th, three times just yesterday, and very likely again this upcoming weekend as soon as I can buy some more wallets.
THANK YOU !!! for your kind efforts to warn all who are kind-hearted and optimistic of this TERRIBLE scamming attempt so that we may not fall prey to the harm and affliction that is being prepetrated by such scoundrel scam ARTISTS.
Further, dare I speculate that the good skeptics that have been sounding their alarm bells and warnings (about the scheming penny stock barons that want us as bag holders) would never fall for such lines, hooks and sinkers.
Best laugh I have had all day... Thanks a bunch.

What is your current thoughts on IEAM? im still looking to get in at the limit order i set, just not willing to chase but i like the little pull back today. This post concerns me however? Any feedback?

Got out of IEAM today * $4.65
I just don't trust the guidance, and here's why. When I listened to the CC, not one person asked about the fully diluted share count. It seemed very peculiar as the questioners seemed knowledgeable enough. Anyway, the CEO says they will make $.22 from operations- however we don't know what share count he's using. When I called and questioned him, he said they use the treasury stock method of accounting for fully diluted, and implied that's why they showed no dilution in the SEC docs for the in the money options/warrants. That would mean they would be buying back shares with the proceeds from the options/warrants exercise. However from my understanding of the treasury method now( researcher helped me understand, but I didn't know this until after I talked with the CEO), the company should have taken the difference between the exercise price and the stock price when the financials were done, and used the difference to calculate shares which could not be bought back, and then add that to the fully diluted. Now that's complicated, and is what makes it very hard to believe guidance without the CEO explaining what share count he's using.
Another thing that concerns me is interest expense. I mean they had $1.8M in the Sept qtr. On the conference call, they did say they were paying down debt, but I couldn't make out what they expected the total interest expense to be for the Dec qtr. I mean, if we use the $1.8M as in the Sept qtr, that would wipe out almost all profits from operations ( even if they did make $.22). So that's another big question. In addition to all this, one of their major holders( of over 3M shares) closed out their account a very short time ago. I just feel there are too many questions/concerns, not to mention that the best on our board feel it's a bit scammy looking, so hard for me to fight that as well. The thing that got me was the 175K of insider buys lately, and the share buyback announcement. However, as many pointed out to me, that alone doesn't make things clean. Wade
