10- Tut said that Rufus had powerful connections- he must - because somehow he got the bonds but I don't think these powerful connections are going save him from court - I think he has to do that himself- His egos getting in the way....
I do believe that Rufus' inital intentions were good but somehow he became lost when his ego got in the way - perhaps because he has connections he felt invincible but that is not always the case....I hope he defends himself properly because if he doesn't he may be in trouble even if he doesn't deserve it.....

IMO, It willl take some time to bring shareholders the success that was promised by the former CEO and then taken away by his irresponsible acts. I don't have a specific timetable in mind but think it is more likely to be months, not years, days, or weeks. All of us who invested in this company were led down the path of quick rewards by a hustler who had little if any regard for the shareholders. I was just as stupid for buying into those claims as everyone else who now owns shares, probably more so because I've been in the business world longer than most of you and should know better. The unfortunate thing is that there was so much misleading information available to all of us that is was easy, unless your level of natural skepticism was high enough, to fall into this trap. But, like each of us, I have to take full responsibility for my actions.
I realized on October 24th that the former CEO was not to be trusted; every subsequent event continues to validate that belief. I've seen this before in both the business world and in personal life-you place trust in someone, that trust is violated, and, when you eventually figure it out, the end result is that you see much more evidence that you had chosen to overlook while you were trusting. So I don't need to be an insider to know that by the time this is over each of you will have joined me there and the list seems to grow each and every day.
I pride myself on being a straight shooter and continue to be a shareholder and have not sold a single share since the 10K was filed on October 16th. I trust John and his management team (which I am sure will be enhanced as time goes on) to resolve the issues blocking the success of the company, mostly self induced by the former CEO, and return the shareholder value abruptly taken away by the actions and inactions of the former CEO.
My last piece of advice to everyone that reads this board is to not continue to waste your time either speculating about what may happen or trying to spin past events into a framework of a convoluted plan that is supposed to bring down the bad guys and make all of us winners; what has happened is over, it was not good for us, and our only chance (although a good one) is that the new management team does the right things for the company and shareholders from this point forward. I wish all of us the best, and appreciate the way I have been accepted on HSM even if my stay has been rather brief.

As Jenna suggested...Tut was the one that created the rumor of Rufus's connections...
Here lies my "problem/concern"... If Tut/John fealt that these connections were there... If Tut/John thought the bonds and assets were there... How is it that tut/John was able to "rally the troops" for CSHD...AND then somehow Tut/John was able to convince all of these major shareholders/message board players that Rufus wasn't doing this right...AND that he was a "con"? MAYBE it wasn't TUT...but the SHC? The point I am trying to make? things don't add up...I can't decide if it is John or if it is THE PLAYERS on the SHC... BUT...Rufus can't be a "con" AND have the bonds...IMO... I do not know what Rufus was planning...or why he did things the way that he did...Bennett has been his lawyer since back in July or August..can't remember...but he has been in the picture... This deal with John and the SHC...and now everyone calling Rufus a con? makes no sense in my head... How can Rufus be a con AND hold the bonds? why did John take over if this wasn't real... 10of13 ~ Tut brought up the "big behind the sceens powers" but the DD and words of the CEO confirmed it. I have heard comments about Ambassadors, and have found Ambassadors with connections. I have heard of the Caracas Group mentioned and reseached PDVSA and other groups out Caracas like CAF. We do not see any direct ties to the bilderbergers or Trilateral. I am not speaking of them, but speculation has brought them into the picture by Tut our current CEO if doubt about the speculation is raised.
Is there big money behind this. IMO yep. Is it going to save us? IMO it cares about it self not us. If what ever it decides to do just happens to save us in the process so be it. I like Tony's post. He seems pretty confident in the new Administration for CSHD. It is a thumbs up if you ask me.

I think it that the most likely possibilty is that Rufus is a con and the bonds just might not be what we think they are. That makes the most sense if we are looking for what makes the most sense.

A retired engineer received a call from his old boss one day and they said they were having problems with one of the components in sector number four. Can you give me an itemized list of your expenses?” The retired engineer said, “Fair enough, hold on a second.” He then proceeded to pull out a little notebook, and pencil, scribbled in it for a second, ripped a sheet from the pad and handed it and the previously used piece of chalk to the old boss.
The shocked boss then read the piece of paper. It said, “ One piece of chalk = $1.00. Knowing where to put the “X” = $99,999.”

Does anyone here have Alana Black's phone number? I am going to try to call in one of my favors to get the answers as to what is really needed with our case. I am not even sure that legally they can tell us.I can see that lots of people here are just as frustrated as I am and we definitely need some answers. Once we get them and they aren't given to the SEC, we need to go in a very different direction. I will never be convinced that the SEC is at war with CSHD. This may make several of you upset but I just don't believe that the SEC is trying to screw us. I think John is trying to pull us out of this problem but I hope that it is not an impossible task. We may have to consider a class action law suite in the near future. Very near future.

I don't think people on the SHC have made any comment about Rufus being a CON. Some how in Rufus's crazy ass head I think he honestly thought that receivership was the best thing, and that through a long drawn out court case, WE (the shareholders) would receive our payment. I think that the SHC, John, and other MAJOR shareholders said BULLSHIZNIT! John has done some positive things thus far, and we all just need to sit back and let the company take care of business. I have spoken to several of the SHC board and to make allegations that they have done anything wrong is BS. I trust several of them, more than most on these boards. Portman and James are good people and I will continue to trust them, until they give me a reason not to. This is JMO. GLTA

A class action lawsuit just isn't worthwhile until we know FOR CERTAIN...that this is a total scam...until then...it just doesn't make sense...that would be like watching a M. Night Shyamalan movie and turning it off with twenty minutes to go...
