If something doesn't happen soon, I am going to begin a Class Action Suite pertaining the CSHD fiasco. I have 3 possible legal representations. The firms of Berger & Monttague, P.C. .... William S. Lerach ...... and Max W. Berger. I think that all of us have been extremely patient with the events that have occurred and that have not occurred. The "false promises" of wait just a little bit longer .... next Monday ..... next week .... beginning of next month ... etc. are becoming very stale. If something promising doesn't happen rather quickly, I believe we must take action. We don't even hear from the SHC. Even Portman is scarce (has anyone heard from him?). We can't even get a report on where we stand or what the progress is with our company. Time, for me; is coming to a short climax. I am running out of patience with all of the non-events that never seem to happen. Any remarks from the "regulars" here that are still LONG would be appreciated. I don't really want to hear from the "I told you so's" that have no stake in CSHD.

I got news...we all put on our blinders and got scammmmed. Worst trade in my history of trading, I will learn from it. Even with CSHD being 3/5 of my portfolio...I'm still up nicely for the year.

What's up DOC? My feelings are the same, but I have been assured by those in the "know boat" that things are progressing, but it will take awhile. Unfrotunetly, I was a dumb--- and broke about every rule of trading possible on this. I have been forced to sell about 1/2 of my position, so that I don't have to pay taxes on money I don't have. I'm trying to stay patient and will wait things out for awhile longer. Still long and strong my friend. I hope for the best for all of us. GLTY

Harris said things on SPR that were recorded and need to go on record, like negotiating with MMs to trade, having a fund to buy back all the shares, etc,. I haven't seen it in writing but it was recorded. Not to mention that he swore on his families grave that the bonds are real, but he didn't bother to mention that he can't prove it. Which to me was the last thrust of the dagger. If he could prove the bonds wouldn't this bull be over. Than theres the 6:1 six horse heads in the bed to every one running free in the stable. These guys all have developed a mentality that says we aren't important as far as i'm concerned. the scoundrels over at HSM should shut up. Old lady Harris is as bad as her son.

thdoctor ~ FWIW I am still not too worried about this play. Everyday the SEC strings this out without throwing additional company closing punches. I have to believe we are still in the game.
If the SEC allegations end up false or unproven, then we just had the mother of all "dips" on "NO news". Which means the rebound is gonna be incredible.
Tex, mentioned due process was in order to shut the lights off, that the SEC doesn't just blurt out recievership. I somewhat disagree... personally I think the SEC can fast track their due Process to the point it looks like they just blurt out recievership. But... in either case everyday we don't see signs of this "due process" is another day John and Rufus have to set the record straight.
Now as I have said I am not in over my head in this, I am comfortable win or lose on this, but I still don't see the lose at this point. (FWIW I don't see the win either.)
I am more confident now on Dec 22nd than I was on Oct 25th with this stock. The SEC is usually the "Kiss O' Death" (KOD) and for some reason our heros are still alive. IMO I blame this partly on the SEC and their appearantly unprepared case. They IMO and from my perspective seem to have jumped the gun, and are unwilling to admit it. Hopefully both sides can negotiate a truce and we can get on with our business plan.
I want CSHD to make me some serious money in 2007, and I wish all even the SEC a happy Holidays. Heck without them I would have never of had the opportunity to buy CSHD at these levels.
I agree about the time frame. Everyday we survive with no news is a good thing as no news is good news. We all want to hear something official but we want the truth most of all and if it takes 1 more day, week, month, so be it!

I've been thinking about this a little lately...that maybe this was the plan all along, to go into receivership(with nothing real to take away), but the SEC in all their incompetent/crooked/shortsited glory screwed up the plan...
Now, this of course is just one more CRAZY THEORY that really has no base in reality...just something I thought could have been/is a possibility.

WOW great plan!!!

has anyone ever found out how many people are on the share holders comittee? i wonder how many shares they hold in total?. since they all appearently signed nondisclosure agreements and would therefor be considered insiders those shares would be locked up!, as insiders they are barred from selling are they not? if they sell on info that is not public then they are violating insider trading rules?. this is one of the reasons i never considered joining.

Doc, I am out of patience also. #1, Is there still a company? #2 Is there a SHC? #3 Who is making money off of this everyday?
Please don't respond to this if it's someone telling me 'your not used to regular companies and their ceo's' This is not a regular company IMO and may not ever will be. Sorry I just can't drink anymore koolade.

I've been long since it was .19 and FHAL. I think we need to treat this company just like any other "normal" company as far as operations and PR.
Let's face it, we were spoiled by the 11PM PRs and Rufus being interviewed on SPR every other night. It was like a soap opera and we were going to get rich from it! Then, the SEC stepped in and shut off the tap. Now, we go a week without a PR and start freaking out!
We won't hear anything until the issue is resolved with the SEC, and it's on their schedule, not ours. Once that is resolved, look for things to happen quickly. Until then, I don't care if we drop all the way to the bottom of the thread or even get it moved to another area; I'm just looking for news of a settlement.

Thanks everyone for your responses. You all have some very interesting opinions. I am long and will continue to be long for the time being. I am considering using one of the three firms that I mentioned earlier if nothing changes. I refuse to allow the people responsible for this "possible fraud" get away with it if it is indeed a fraud. I will wait a little bit longer to see if anything comes out of this ridiculous movie. I would like at this time to wish all of you a "Happy Holiday" and a very "Merry Christmas" (even Kevin). Lets cross our fingers and hope that somehow our company survives and prospers.

Doc, I am still lurking, but I sold the majority of mine about a week ago. I believed in this company too much, and it cost me some money - not as much in $ as some, but it was worth more to me. I've been watching, as I said, and hoping for a comeback - there was too much good DD done, and if this is, in fact, a scam, I am interested in more information about a suit....
IMHO, it could stay on the greys until they get their act together, and that could take months, and I would still be supportive - but I was promised 6:1 shares because I owned on the 16th of October, and they were supposed to be delivered on or about October 30th. Until that guarantee (which was in writing) is fulfilled, I am just lurking...
Hope you and yours have a terrific holiday! Your baby and I have grown to be good friends, so thanks for bringing her into the world....

Sounds great! Where do I sign.
I'm a realist and at this point I know this stock is going nowhere. Even if the SEC screwed up (which I doubt) they will never admit their wrong. The company has nothing. They've had 3 months and all they've produced is hot air.
We'll never get our money back and I've accepted that already, but it would make me happy to see the Govt. seize all Rufas' assets and throw him in the slammer for the next 20 years as a conselation prize.
