I just wanted to hop on to wish all of you the best during the holiday season. I have really enjoyed the relationship over the last several months.
It has not been easy, but we have made it up to this point. How we got to this point, I don't exactly know. But, I do feel as if the next couple of weeks / months will bring us everything that we have been waiting for. I feel pretty darn good about this. Keep you chin up, work together, and think positive...you will be glad you did when it's all said and done.
I am on vacation, so I'm trying to take a break from the threads. I need to re-discover my family for a couple of weeks.

Just so you know, on one of the SubPennyRadio interviews or talks, Rufus made mention of the fact that Stephen Canaday, who was associated with The Humanitarian Foundation was attempting to derail CSHD through insider info. He also mention that in doing their due diligence that they found the original owner of the bonds. THe original owner had given the bonds to a Nonprofit organization in Asia and had no idea what was happening with them. I got the impression that Rufus(CSHD) had spoken with the original owner who was trying to cut out the middle man(Canaday). He was none to happy and did in fact attempt to invoke the C&D. Problem was that he couldn't.
There is a lot going on behind the scenes that we are not aware of. In fact, IMO, we will never know. Just some food for thought.

I thought he had said on an SPR interview that once he saw the letter (It was faxed) that he immediately called Candady and asked about it. Because he found it completely odd that he saw it come in electronic....
I can go back to the SPR notes from back then and see what interview it was that he mentioned the efax thing. Let you know what I find.

Merry Christmas everyone. Just hangin out with family and friends. Really hoping for some love from the CSHD stock:) I'm thankfull for the important things in life, like the ubiquitousness of the toys and sippy cups proliferated all over the floors of our house from my neices and nephew and obviously being able to celebrate Chistmas in the fullest sense. From HSM late last night....Tut, aka JA(?) made a holiday appearance ....and as for my take, I am still waiting for a PR(es), affirmation of the 10-K and a 10-Q. . .. Heh- this was funny. I logged a ticket with Etrade telling them to change the name of the process of transfering money into a brokerage account from "Quick Transfer" to "Not so quick transfer".
They now invoke a new 5 day waiting period when transfering from a 3rd party institution. Of course the new policy is linked to "penny stock manipulation" lol.
All they had to say was they changed it because people were bouncing payments (which is crazy because I know my bank wouldnt allow an electronic funds transfer without funds to support the transfer).

As you are aware, beginning on October 2nd, 2006 we have made a revision in our policies regarding deposits to accounts. All Instant Funding and Quick Transfers from an outside institution to a brokerage account will now have a (5) five business day hold on funds for trading from date of initiation. This measure is being implemented to increase account security.
By allowing instant access for trading with the funds, some users were able to submit large payments that would eventually bounce to manipulate the price of penny stocks for their gain. This possible price manipulation along with the opportunity for other fraudulent use of the system resorted in the policy change. Again, I am sorry for the negative affect that this has caused.

CSHD is a lot like looking for lost mountain climbers...as each day passes, the chances of a positive conclusion become more and more unlikely. There's not a whole lot to say without Rufus striking up the band ever so often to keep us entertained. Only time will tell whether John Arlitt is taking all the neccesary time to deciphers Rufus' dealings and whether they were real or not.

good luck y'all.. finally dumped everything at .1 today.. had to take a big big loss.. but it's a good tax writeoff .. if this thing ever comes alive again, i hope i am qualified for that 6:1 as promised

IMO...this was "wrong"..."Tut" was very postitive on this thing a couple of months ago...most people "hung" on his posts..and it "rallied the troops", so to speak..he then becomes CEO and for him to post this and for him to not PR the happenings on the company is just as wrongful as the things that Rufas was doing...
This will drop...as it is now and quite possibly not rebound...many taking the loss for taxes...many just holding it as a loss...
For those thinking of "suing"...maybe Tut is the one to take legal action against and not Rufus or CSHD...Seems Tut has more than Rufus or the company...
I hope all had a wonderful Holiday...Staying away from this stuff was great!

Jenna, I'm with you on this. As much as I'd love the tax deduction it really doesn't matter if I take it now or next year so I'll hang around and hold for now. I like to gamble too and if it goes to 0 from where it is now it's really not that much more than I have already lost (paperwise).
