With all of the mystery surrounding outstanding shares I finally caved in and have requested a portion of my position in physical certificates.
Scenario 1: I receive certs in a timely fashion (I was told 2-4 weeks). In that case, I will feel better that I am at least on the company's record in the event that things turn for the better and shareholders of (company) record are involved in a distribution or action of some sort.
Scenario 2: I receive excuses and delays, but no certs. If this happens, I will have a legal recourse and additional evidence that things are really out of whack with the outstanding shares.
As I said in my last post, time for action. If no one can shoot straight about the sharecount, I will run my own experiment. Seems like a win-win minus the $75 cert fee.
I'll let you know how things turn out. I would also be interested in hearing the experiences of anyone else who requested certs in the last 6 months. I know there are a few that follow this board.

Well, I hope Rufus is planning on mailing out the proxies because according to this the first internet proxy will not be able to take place until Aug 10th 2007!!!!

Well I've been tossing around the idea of getting my certs for months. Humble - I'm with you. I just did it. I ordered 300 of mine via etrade online for $40. Not gonna sell at these worthless prices anyway being that I averaged up well over $1. I'll keep you posted on the status.

I have mine, and glad I do. Interesting enough all mine have Rufus's signature. I hear the latest have John's John Hancock.

Jenna, Dave Perley stated to me in a phone conversation that Rufus is a multiple personality, which might explain the conflicting opinions on people or running a successful legitimate company etc,.

Yeah right! Not only does that sound rediculous. I don't even think you could find that good of writing on a daytime soap opera. Next we'll hear he underwent brain surgery by his long lost son who knew that Rufus's lover who was secretly his sister.
Multiple personality... I would maybe believe it if you said the other personallity was named John Arlitt. At least it would explain the two CEO's for CSHD and why the SEC seems to careless.
Personally, I would becareful spreading libel statements by 10% owners. It seems many are busy taking notes on this stock.

I've had it for sale for a couple of weeks *.20 but it never sold . I finally said fuk it and placed an order to sell at market . It was at .09 when i placed it and they ended up selling for .12 . I had to show where I took a loss so I can move foward on my plan .

This is totally uncalled for regarding Portman!!!!! This is from RPH's site.....that site is nuts.....very strange.....this person asked me how I posted the minutes from the SHC & was suspicious of me because I was from Allstocks....he said, You are from allstocks as is the PR person & also Mark Porterfield." By the way I got the minutes post right from the RPH site I just bumped it - DUH-

Thats how all the whack jobs in this try to spin things . Remember when St. Matt tried to say I was a paid basher ??? I still cannot believe how many brain washed fools there are that still believe all this crap is coming to light . Anyone that questions it or post a valid arguement is either a paid basher or part of some NSS ring . Give me a f'n break ........

This is under the proxy section of the bylaws....It says that we need a 10 day notice for a proxy.....I brought this up over at the other site but they don't address dd, they only talk about nothing......If they need to give a 10 day notice then RPH will miss a deadline again.....He already missed Feb 9th that he gave....now next stop is the 23rd...which was a date given by someone else.....that means we would have to get the notice today for him to make Simon's deadline......I'm sick of this....I can't stomach this crap anymore.....as a caller said on SPR, "I drank the Kool-aid once, I will not drink it again, there are enough drunks in this company."

I guess that I owe you an apology. Please forgive me.
My thought process was based entirely on the fact that you (and a few others) showed up at a very curious time (first week of October) and started bashing the stock without any known facts....just opinions. My problem was not that you had an opinion...we all do...but more so that you were giving your opinion as if it was fact. You were arguing with people who were very emotional because of everything that they had been through and you did not have any skins on the wall at the time.
Of course, your liberal use of colorful language in describing people who had done extensive DD did not do much for your credibility right out of the shoot either. As far as people being “whack jobs” and / or “brain washed fools”…I doubt that there are very many people who are working harder behind the scenes than Jenna and myself. We are constantly communicating with multiple contacts in an attempt to get at the truth.
In hindsight, it looks as if a lot of what you were saying has come to light, but anyone that claims to have known all along what was going on with this company is lying through their teeth. I’m not sure there are more than a handful of people who know the entire story here….and I doubt seriously that you are one of them.

Well I accept your apology . I didn't come on here to start trouble . I want people to snap out of this Jonestown like cult they are in . Rufus is full of $hit , no matter how you look at it . JA , who knows what the the deal is with him but here's my take on it . He comes on HSM pumping the hell out of it like he's the ultimate insider giving everyone false hope and keeping them on the line . Now , he's realized the whole thing was a scam and he's going to save us all . Yeah right , he can't even enter into the U.S. (that should be a huge sign that something is up with this guy !!!).
We've lost our investment on a scam . This is a scam and always has been a scam . A select few made good money on this scam (mainly day traders and insiders) but the majority of us (me included) lost our asses on it .
Good luck to the ones holding this stock and hopefully things turn around . I'll admit , even if I think the company is a scam , if there's a chance to buy it again and flip it for a profit , I'm taking it . Anyone that thinks this POS is a long term investment ........... is just plain wishfull thinking !!!
Hopefully 2007 will be the year for revenge . I hope CSHD and Rufus pay the price in all this and ultimately lands Rufus in prison where he belongs .

Remember, these people are almost entirely from a board that has suspicious activity associated with it currently AND nearly every one of them intentionally broke the rules of the board so they could be banned "in style" before going to the other board. A large bunch of them are just punks looking to get attention and im sure RPH and Brazilionrosewood have their hands full over there with that mess.
In the end Rufus will have what he wanted....all of their IP addresses. What he plans to do with them is a mystery but if i were posting over there i think id be kinda careful.

We all know it...we drank the kool-aide. We drank it long and we drank it hard. Some very smart people have been duped by this thing…doctors, lawyers, engineers, scientists...you name it. The plan was perfect...the storm was even better.
What people are pinning their hopes on right now is that we can somehow salvage 50 cents on the dollar of their original investment. People want to sell and walk away from this so they can get on with their lives, but not at these prices. The risk / reward factor still favors holding at this point. It’s painful, but it’s true.
People are flip flopping from the Rufus camp to the John camp to the MA and DP camp…back to the Rufus camp on a daily / weekly basis. Have I flipped a time or two…not going to lie to you. There was a time when my trust and faith was in John, but my hope was still in Rufus and the bonds. Who do I trust now…nobody. I’m officially in camp PPS….have been for about 6 weeks. I want my money back and I want those responsible for this mess to pay for what they have done.
Will we get a proxy that will give us a “tingly feeling in our stomach”…I don’t know. I’m told by some people who seem to know that “yes, it’s coming and it will be good”. But I’m not going to hold my breath. I will not believe anything about this stock / company until I see it with my own eyes.
