I do see what you are saying, but the PR looks more like a kick in the balls to RPH. This just doesn’t look like John and RPH had a “hug-it-out love fest”, see you D.C. type of agreement that you are implying. Or, perhaps I’ve missed your point altogether.

I think this seems kind of odd. RPH called for the creation of the Shareholder Committee. He had urgent matters....
Some reason I doubt the emergency creation session for the committee was to form the "compensation committee". I think there are things going on behind the scenes that made RPH taking the reigns back from RPH not such a good idea.
Its interesting that an "emergency" committee that he called for to be created would pull a ceasar on him and oust him out of his position and point to tut and say "You're it"
There is definately some other plan/agenda being fullfilled in the background (Yes RPH involved- not kicked to the curb).
Which to me is fine- long as someone moves this slow train along.

This John has a FINANCE company, and a stock that trades on the Canadian exchange (and other company ties), -and we have a meeting in DC coming up to announce...... (???)

Rufus said WAY back that he wouldn't be CEO for long, -remember? -what an odd thing to predict, or was it?...
John/Tut, said one day we will know his name, -why did he say that? -why would we care? Why also did Tut say that things can't be said till it's time... Tut/John also said over and over "you don't know what you have here" also said there are some power players involved here.
Billion dollar bonds given to Rufus? -Or did/does a finance company make more sense?.......... Rufus was a knowing puppet IMO ~

Does anyone know about the 6 for 1 shares and when we will be seeing those or was that all a lie along with the $15 dollar pps deal? If so then I personally am going to look into a class action suit because part of my buy in was based on Rufus' hype and the stock movement and so called things that were going on. Any information on the above mentioned would be appreciated.

As a stockholder, is it possible to know exactly who, how many shares, etc. the 51 percent shareholders are? If it is possible, does someone know that can list them or tell me how to find out that information? I'm just a little concerned it might be conprised of Rufus, Sabra, Mike, et. al.
Second, now that he supposedly is the CEO, I hope he stops speaking in tongue like he is an extra in one of The Mummy sequels.

I'm glad Rufus is gone. It is clear that he is totally incompetent ! Sounds like these people have a ton of shares and want to see a better valuation than .15, good luck to them. I still think this goose is cooked even if they made Warren Buffet the CEO.

Tut mentioned something about protesting in Washington right after we started trading on the greys. He was very upset about that happening. I'm sure that post is somewhere on HSM.
