I'm not holding my breath...this would require: 1) a Lawyer, to make sure that it is correct and legit 2) Money to run off the copies and send it through mail...(lots of postage on this) and $ to pay the lawyer...

Are we to "think" that Rufas has the funds to do this? It would be coming out of his own pocket...correct? Since JA is the CEO? Or at least the one holding the "keys"
I am not running to my mailbox to check, that is for sure...It's usually all junk mail...and if this actually comes?...it will end up in that junk mail pile...IMO

Unfortunately Brazil is the ring leader. I stopped posting after a few posts because Brazil seems to be in charge and is lashing out at anyone and everyone. It's really very sad. Jenna I noticed him lashing out at you and Portman and St Matt and I also know that the first I saw of the minutes from the stockholders committee was right there on that site.
When people lose it there sense of reason is lost also.

Maybe this will help put him in his place...he is good at his DD, I'll give him that...But nowhere is it better than the DD that is done here.

Portman is very credible and I have never, ever known him to embellish his DD. Maybe he made a mistake. Besides, what does that have to do with his personal life? That’s just sophomoric.
Did you make a mistake in putting only one “T” in the name St. Matthew? You are quoting scripture in your signature yet you are not spelling the apostles name correctly. I have brought this to your attention before…so am I supposed to attack you personally because of your lack of attention to detail? Am I supposed to assume that there are similar oversights in your DD efforts?

Im assuming that "Brazil" is not the same as "Brazillionrosewood"? I really only skim over there from time to time so i dont know who is who but it seemed BRW was fairly level headed in the past so i assumed it wasnt the same guy.
If things continue to go as they are over on that board i will lose the little bit of faith i have left in RPH. Its becoming comical

I will say that this stocks never ceases to amaze in the amount of controversy it provides. I hope all is well with everyone. Hopefully I can start posting some more.

Unfortunately he is one and the same. I know in the past I always thought he was level headed too but he seems to have gone off the deep end after his banning from HSM and thrist for power on the RPH board. Sad, really sad. I can't completely blame RPH for the zoo that the board over there has turned into. It seemed that he posted info that was pertinent but not many were willingly to look at it. As far as I know, Brazil is not a Moderater of the board but in fine CSHD fashion has assumed the crown. Man, never a dull moment with this stock. I just wish the action was centered around the company taking some action that would benefit us shareholders.
I'll get excited if and when someone ANYONE actually goes to court to answer the default. Until then we are just flapping in the wind.

WASHINGTON –- The Securities and Exchange Commission has taken initial steps to protect corporations, executives and accounting firms from investor lawsuits that accuse them of fraud.
For starters, the SEC filed a brief in Supreme Court last week urging the adoption of a legal standard that would make it more difficult for shareholders to prevail in fraud lawsuits against publicly traded companies and their executives, The New York Times reported.
At the same time, the agency's chief accountant said it was considering ways to protect accounting firms from large damage awards in cases brought by investors and companies.
According to the newspaper, critics of the SEC's actions said the moves signaled a major retrenchment from the post-Enron changes and showed that a lobbying push by big companies, Wall Street firms and the accounting industry was gaining traction.
But SEC Chairman Christopher Cox defended the agency's actions, saying both efforts were in the best interests of investors because they were aimed at preventing the accounting industry from further consolidation and at limiting what he called "fraudulent lawsuits," including some he said were filed by "professional plaintiffs."
Cox said the consolidation in the accounting industry had prompted Congress and the SEC to consider ways to "prevent the demise of another firm," the Times said.
In addition the SEC's chief accountant recently explained that since there are only four large accounting firms remaining in the U.S., the SEC had begun to consider how to limit the legal liability of those firms in suits filed by investors and companies.
Still, the newspaper said institutional investors and some analysts were alarmed at the developments and noted that the number of shareholder lawsuits has been declining noticeable

I thought that you had some brains, but; I can see that you aren't as smart as you try to make yourself look. Your constant insults and suggestions that Jenna and St. Matt are "shorters" shows that you know absolutely nothing. You are very disappointing. Most people here are desperately trying to get their money back or maybe even make some. Why don't you try to stop insulting people who want this company to excel just as much as you. I would also like to add that your comment saying "Portman's wife is a mail-order bride" is classless.
