can anyone enlighten me what happened to cshd in last two weeks, please? thanks i was on holidays, the logged to my account to see that the last trade on friday was for about 22 cents. I still hold 5K of shares, made a lot of money in the past from CSHD and held the rest to see how this will play out.

That is amazing. They all know how many of us are waiting with baited breath to hear any news. How can this so called committee (the trusted 10) not report back. Could Rufus have promised them something he is unwilling to share with the rest?

It seems to me if the committee doesn't share important news about OUR company before opening bell tomorrow morning they have an undue advantage over us which makes this a legal matter.

They reported that the conf call portion was with RPH lasted an hour. The other hours spent before and after RPH exited were to handle the taskings that came out of the call.
The notes are on the shareholder website. Dogmando did also post that "4 mms were lined up" and that "we have a lawyer" but as usual- its all hearsay without coming out officially.
I just hope that when RPH said " I will be releasing important information about the corporation's current status and recent events over the weekend." he didn't mean hes going to jump on subPenny Radio

Pretty sure we will see something tonight because without it there would be some question about an unfair trading advantage as 3403 points out. So they are getting things lined up to do it right. Exactly like we have asked them to do.

Trade- I love it when RPH is spilling beans on SPR for hours on end.
Unfortunatley we have so many loose cats and dogs out there we need some solid filings and PR's (address default judgement etc.).
Without them our investment will remain the same if not get worse.

Thanks Dollar - I did read all that on Friday and I just read it again (thanks for the link). It just doesn't mean anything in plain English to me. I mean does it hault trading again at some point, does the company just pay a fine, etc??

Now since it seems that Rufus wants shareholders to run the company I will give my todo list and the order they should follow. This is My personal Opinion only.
1) Hire an attorney that specializes in SEC arena to answer the motions that are presently being fought in court.
2) Cooperate fully with the SEC to put an end to the investigation, so that the company can move forward.
3) Hire and put people in place that will move the company forward. Whether these people are Ben, Sabra and company or new people who have the expertise and EXPERIENCE dealing with a public company and in the arena of working with Bonds and funding new operations. Just get it done. I prefer having people that have the experience.
4) Do what is neccessary to get MM's signed not just lined up, so that the stock can begin trading again. Whether it's Pinksheets, OTCBB doesn't matter. What matters is that the stock is being quoted. Moving to another trading platform can always be accomplished at some future date.
5) Hypothocate the bonds and begin funding the JV's and Subs. This is what will mae or break this company. Once the Subs and JV's are funded and begin functioning, it will be hard for anyone to call it a scam.
To sum up, It's time for ACTION not lip service. Rufus needs to take the reins or hand them over to someone who is able to take charge and deal with the real issues of the company. Once again in my opinion, A shareholder committee will not move the company forward. Strong action by the CEO and BOD is what will.

No I think that is the shareholders committee. Wally mentioned strong action by the BOD and I realized I do not know who is on the board with all the recent changes.

Thats my point. Like it or not the resources are pretty thin so things are going to take a little longer. Just the reality. Hopefully if we can get through this current crisis Rufus will be able to bring on more help. In the interim, I think some of the requests are not very realistic.

Wally the funny thing about the hiring situation is the fact that they were willing to pay some fairly healthy figures to Sabra and Mitch and the others along with some perks too.
If that is still in the budget it would seemingly be easy to find some decent help.
350k is a quality salary.

I agree but it takes some time to bring someone in and right now all time must be focused on getting through this SEC issue. Not sure what happened with Sabra or any of the others but they are not there now so we have what we have.

There are variations to the Short and Distort scam. A promoter of a worthless stock could artificially inflate a stock price of a thinly traded stock and then promote the stock and sell short. Then without news the stock would drop back down to original levels at which point, the promoter covers his position at a profit.
The promoter could Pump and Dump and then Short and Distort and every year continue the cycle.
The underlying theme is stock manipulation by a person who is ultimately trying to make money off the backs of unsuspecting investors.

This was on the website after the pr on emergency shareholder meeting was released. Don't you love being on committees and not being allowed to participate.
We're in the process of making changes to the CSHD Shareholder Committee webpage. To assist CSHC with the upcoming shareholder vote, we will be requiring individuals to submit pertinent information (name, contact information, number of shares, etc.) on this website. ALL information entered will be kept strictly confidential.
ONLY CSHD shareholders of record will be allowed to register. If you're a member of a group that has purchased CSHD stock, the respective group will be responsible for electing 1 member to enter the information and act as a proxy for the group.
If you have not already registered to be part of the CSHD Shareholder Committee, you will be automatically placed on the committee once you complete the form.
The registration webpage will be completed by Monday, November 20, 2006 at 8AM EST. Please check back then for further instructions.
