Oh believe me , if this thread was the other way around and pumpers were in full force , you guys would think it was awesome . I think this board is a cross between Ihub and HSM . Both sides are allowed their opinions and at this point its all opinions . All the DD thats been done has been leads or links that are relates to Dufus and Co. . I've yet to see an independent source step up and offer proof one way or the other on a non biased level .

You know making gravy is very tricky. Just the right amount of heat, flour, stirring or it gets lumpy and is useless. Just ask Martha Stewart who also has some experience in the stock market.

The honest truth is that it looks like a basher convention because there just isn’t anything positive to say. The shareholder committee meeting was PR debacle. Its been one crazy disappointment after another – even with “our ducks lined up”. So, I guess no one is allowed to speak now until there is something good to say.

I hope like everyone else this stock turns around, I am rideing this to the top or the bottom, we need a 10-q.

As a mod wanta be, I think the negativity, cuss words and sarcasim must stop. As I told you I am privy to some information that has given me renewed hope. 1. We have gotten a recent PR 2. Shareholders Committee has held their meeting 3. Talk of a Bank merger 4. Web-site being updated 5. Shareholder web-site constructed 6. Something about a lunar module? 7. St Matthew has not said he wouldn't answer my prayers 8. My old friend Michael Milken likens his experience to Rufus' and came out on top 9. The right amount of heat, flour and stirring makes for a good gravy
and it's not even 3pm, what more do you want?

i haven't been here much. hasn't been much concrete info to discuss, and it appears to me that is the way that rufus likes it.
lotsa propoganda, no company revenue.
lotsa legal wrangling and ego stroking, no forward movement.
but nothing bothers me more than "the committee".
i'll tell you one thing, the "committee owners" had better have some good liability insurance, collecting all that personal info on their website. and i expect to see some kind of disclaimer on there once the signup form is implemented. that's a lot of info to be responsible for; it's one thing to access a NOBO list and another to have all of the personal data to go with it. there's a reason that info is kept private. then again, rufus isn't 'officially involved' so the company would be clear. still, it's worrysome.
and to infer that not joining leaves you out in the cold? puhleeze. that'd be insider trading. public info is public info.
where are the reprocussions for all those people who didn't pull certs eh? and why exactly did i DTC my shares from TDAm to merrill? so i could look stupid when they hit a dime??!
most worrysome is this statement: Mr. Harris stated that the Shareholders Committee is very powerful and will be the backbone of the company. We will be able to basically appoint the people we want to lead the ship. I am very confident in our shareholder base, as I have met so many intelligent people since we started this journey. I ask that everyone pray for me and the board, as we do our best to do what is in the best interest of the shareholders of CSHD and for Mr. Harris as he leads us into battle.
the shareholders committee is the backbone of the company? shouldn't REVENUES be the backbone of the company??! SUBS? ASSETS??
appoint people to lead the ship? shouldnt that be the job of the CEO?!
pray for you? dude, i dont *pray* for my investments. chit man, i rarely pray period. i rely on good sound logic to make investment decisions... brain power over the-spirit-of-wall-street guidance. i'll leave prayer for religious ceremonies.
he's leading us into battle? tell ya what, why dont you lead us to the bank first, we'll purchase a nice arsenal with our earnings, and we'll be better equipped for the battle.
...after you figure out who's gonna be the friggin CEO, that is.
i don't see anyone accepting responsibility here. and that is... worrysome.

in total agreement betting babe, but I wish there was a way to help this company go forward rather than be slaughtered on wall street, the "shareholders committee" is not going to get a thing done for us, they have no "power", we need a merge and we need it quickly, the name cshd has a strong negative impact, that is why we are at .20 a share again. I do hope us all well.

I saw that- the only part that concerns me on that is the 1st priority is to get off the OTC.
I would like to see the SEC investigation wrapped up before we move to any new markets. I would hate for a move to the OTC and the PPS is soaring just to have some other SEC debaccle take our PPS down.
If we are still on the greys the volume is dry enough with everyone holding for the new market that we can withstand quite the beating.
Just my 2 cents~

I don’t think the question should be “how do we get off the grey sheets”. The real interesting question is why are we still on the grey sheets?
Tut on HSM tells us everyone to set GTC orders and the market makers will be legally obligated to make the market. Rufus states on subpennyradio that market makers are lined up and ready to go – no worries!
Yet here we are entering our second week on the grey sheets. For me , the BIG question is WHY. I think the answer that question will shed some light on other lingering issues.

a company's impact is as big as it's bottom line is strong.
we could be run by a bunch of morons... if there's revenue, there's investors.
what happened to all those big deals that were on the verge of announcement? suddenly they were of no value?
i feel we are being distracted from the true issue - the deals never came to fruition. if they had it wouldnt matter who was running the company - we'd still be soaring based on a green bottom line.

let's hope in the next pr we hear the bonds have been hypothicated, and the jv's have been funded, that would add value. that could be our saving grace in all of this.

Babe good thought. I keep thinking of a small group of major stockholders when the committee is mentioned that are most likely the driving force of CSHD's direction wherever a vote is required. They won't ask us first.

Speaking of major shareholders one would think that they would be all over Rufus azz to make this work considering the size of their stake in it. Makes me wonder whats up.

The committee to me means nothing, just another complication in this saga, if, rufus does his job, we should be fine, otherwise the committee is a committee of a stock trading for maybe a penny, first order of business, fund the jv's.....please.

This quote comes from Jim Cramer, regarding naked shorting (Rufus' first point of contention); but his reasoning can also be applied to the company's recent drop in PPS and the proclivity for poorly run companies to blame the process and not look introspectively.
The bottom line- over time, the value of profitable companies goes up (BB is right, sometimes even morons get rich/lucky), and the crappy ones go down.
BB and PK world is wrought with manipulation, which smart traders exploit for short term, often explosive gains. But over time, a profitable business prevails over any manipulation/shorting practices, IMO. It remains to be seen what CSHD proves itself to be.
The emphasis of forming committees and combatting litigation, as opposed to pursuing deals and improving/strengthening share value is less than encouraging. Rufus' time would be better spent continuing day to day operations and pursuing deals and negotiating for revenue generating assets - and let lawyers or assistants deal with legal mumbo-jumbo and shareholder committees and other somewhat important, but less critical endeavors for a CEO. If he doesn't, then I fail to understand what his whole deal is.
Yes, it's nice to have a hands-on CEO, but his objectives are not very focused these days and it jeopardizes the strength of the company.
"I continue to think that short-sellers should be considered blameless in almost every case that I have ever seen involving a decline. I have heard the alibi endlessly. I always say that if a company under the stock is any good at all, the shorts will be forced to cover, and the stock will go up even more than it should.
Don't be deluded by the Regulation SHO advocates. They are often well-meaning, but they don't know how the process works. They are vocal; this article will antagonize them, and I will be savaged for the common-sense thread exposed here.
So what.
Worth doing, just to remind you that the companies that are often mentioned as victims deserve their victimhood."
