Alright... I stayed up last night like many here and I finally went to sleep before anything big came out. I'm sure everyone has already read Dogs comments about the 4 MM's etc. I guess I was hoping for some more info then we have at present. I also feel "out of the loop" here and want answers. Answers that I would like are those that would have been answered in reasponse to the Shareholders letter which was quite satisfactory and posted on Spin offz. com I have recieved very little info (pretty much none LOL) from any shareholder that I believe might have been at the meeting. I did however talk with Tanks via PM and he said "we will be ok they are trying to put things together plz let allstocks know" "Dog will update and he is working hard for us all" That is all Tanks would really tell me... I joked about using the word "soon" and his reply was "LOL" LOL:) my feeling are that of frustration and anticipation. COuld things have been done better in the whole senerio of CSHD... yuppers. But we are dealing with what is before us. There are factors that most of us know nothing about, me included. THerefore I am trusting the powers that be to act for our benifit. I hope for something SOON... LOL but seriously... this is Thanksgiving week... let's think rationaly here... we have a computer, we are richer than most the people in this world... Happy Early Thanksgiving! And thanyou for all the FACTUAL DD here on this board (that does not include everyone btw). Ima watching and waiting

I just hope this can be a regular stock again, lots of pretend cheifs in this one, and their attitudes are proving it, if they keep this up, in the end they will be the only shareholders, after all they are telling everyone to sell, jeeesh, no wonder our pps has gone down, it's like it is no longer about what we have here but who gets information and who dont, guess we should kiss the appointed shareholder committee's butt, be their buddies to get the info, hope rufus knows what he did here...

the committee is bs only half the people got replies from dogman...I havent heard/seen any transcript from the "insider" meeting...

I called the SEC last week for information and I have no problems calling them again on Monday for information. I will be asking them about Friday’s erroneous press release. I will also be asking them about the legitimacy of the formation of the shareholder committee. Above by Texas Money....
Sounds to me like you have an agenda.
Are these calls out of curiosity or are you Timothy Miles little Elf.
My point being there is no need to bring extra attention to the situation unless thats your goal.

Let me say this I know we all want info in real time but the shareholder committee was formed in order to help shareholders and the same shareholders they look to protect are the main shareholders that work against it. Sometimes the shareholders really amaze me. People you can rest assured that James Gee is working very hard for us all so in my opinion we can atleast give him time to see exactly what he is planning for us all without jumping to any conclusions. Hi everyone. I am sure this has been asked a million times but it would be great if someone could help me out while we wait for news. I went to register and I do not hold my paper shares and therefore do not have certs. Bought on Oct 11 (yes...$2.51)with Vanguard. What was the latest version of the NOBO list?
