Texas, I don't think I am missing the point on this. Believe me this is not my first choice of outcomes. But about the only way I can see the current shareholders winning is to help Rufus turn it. Otherwise the only thing we will get is our name on a lawsuit that will return less then pennies on the dollar years from now. I guess I just cannot see any other way then doing what the group of investors that are working with him are trying to do. Very open to other suggestions but wishing it was different does not seem to be realistic one.

I have a suggestion , in fact I have a few suggestions .
(1) Rehire Sabra Dobbs , if she in fact what they claim she was . (2) Hire a good attorney or firm to rep CSHD in this and any other legal proceeding that might come in the future . (3) Hire a PR firm to send out PR's that comply with the SEC and are in the investors best interest . (4) Hire a good clean CFO with a good track record that can be verified . (5) Stop the bull$hit and get to business !!!

there is a way out of this mess, it's called "merger", protect the company, grow our value then spinoff another company to go after the sec. I believe the assets we have seen are real, I am very comfortable with my own due diligence, but rufus needs to get back to business and build us, go after shorty later, before he dismantles this company... a merge would take care of it, cshd has become extremly negative, think people would invest in this to be "led into battle".. sinking ship unless we get back to the fundamentals..

I agree too driver. I bought into the busines model of this company; not one man's crusade to correct the financial market.
They really should consider a buy out, shed the dead weight, the SEC cloud, and get down to business.

Good point- get the business going and THEN battle the crooked financial market.
Least then I can roll up to the protests with spinners on my pinto.

If the assets are what is claimed it won't be a problem. They need to find a distressed company to merge or “up list” into that complements their current business model (not a trucking company).

Got to go too. Sorry to sound preachy but I just get frustrated by negativity. Much prefer to see discussions like the one just started about merger. We are all (or most of us) in the same boat.
Have a good Sunday and this has got to be a better week!

rufus stated there were 2 banks lined up to merge with, he has a plan and is not letting us know what his plan is, I say give him 1 more week, if he can not perform duties as a CEO, we can organize a petition and go to mike with it.. rufus is brilliant, there is no doubt, but shorty has to be last on his list..

No, the meeting went well. Dogman is chairman, and he will select others according to their background to help direct the company. They got alot accomplished.

I will be totally surprised if anyone with half a brain will merge with CSHD . I don't think the company will survive long enough for that to happen unless MA comes back in the picture long enough to get it done .
I'm really wondering how in the hell Dufus and co. managed to convince the BanC of Ven to turn over the bonds to them in the 1st place . He can't even file things in a timely fashion and I've not been able to tie him to any successful bonds or portfolios period . Can the Banc of Ven be that stupid ? If they do infact know something , don't you think they would come to the defense of CSHD and Dufus ? What about the World Health Org ? Where are they in times of need to prove their bonds are owned and managed by CSHD ? Wouldn't it be in all parties best interest to clear this up as soon as possible so CSHD could get back to making them money on the bonds ?

Calm down boys. I am privy to some information that makes me more positive about the future outcome of this stock. Hang tight, and buy more shares....

posters from a penny stock board are going to help "direct the company"?? posters from these boards have no LEAGLE rights to direct anything!. this is SUPPOSED to be a multi billion dollar company! we are common share holders with a minority interest and so have NO SAY in what the company says or does! Rufus is leading us down the garden path!! the SEC is going to love this one!! he keeps digging the hole deeper and deeper, maybe THAT`S the plan!! blame it on us!!

To put it in perspective Portman thesource has posted almost 50 times in the last two days. All with the same theme....
Honestly , what other theme is there with this crappy stock ? Dufus has not done anything in the best interest of CSHD investors . If he wants to burn shorty or battle the SEC , step down and do it on his own dime . He is dragging this company through the mud and has showed ZERO results so far . In a war , you must win one battle at a time . He hasn't won a single battle but expects to win the war in the end . Give me a damn break already with the positive outlook crap . There's nothing to be positive about with this so far .

cshd is not a dead duck, it very much can be an operating entity we all hoped for, but what happens from this point forward will determine our outcome, if this is cshd vs. sec, we will lose, we need to get back to the basics and concentrate on business, not killing shorty.

And another effort to have people get their certificates (so they can't sell). I'm frustrated. WE need Rufus to run this company! Not a shareholder committee.
How can he have a conference call and NOT comment on the 10q or SEC letter. This are very huge concerns for us as shareholders but more importantly the very existance of the company.
BINGO! Thats what I've been saying, this will be his excuse for not releasing the 10Q. The shareholder commitee is more important than SEC compliance.
What pisses me off the most is when the 10k was released Rufus said wait till the 10Q comes out because that will have all the new bonds on it. Now that the SEC has him muzzled him, hes not pumping that anymore so I wouldnt be surprised if the 10Q is without any new bonds or substance.Rufus is like 0-6 for keeping his word so I dont expect any different when Monday comes, but like I always say, I hope I'm wrong.
