Not only that 10of13 ~ I know durring my DD that we established the Registered Agent was Maurice Bennet at one point, and we saw that William Tay had the honor at one point and turned it over. I think the SEC submitted the the Service to the wrong outlet.

i see nothing in there that is changed since Rufus already "signed off" on the SEC's case...
except that he now COULD be enjoined form ever being on a BOD or hold any officers postion in a publicly traded US compmany...
nothing has changed... except the Judge can make a decision on what the apropriate punishment should be, and that is gonna happen fast ( i hope, or should anyway) ...
didn't Roofie say he was retiring anyway?
IF? they have one of these bonds? i think it could get liquidated and distributed?

i don't know that they have jumped the gun 10...
if anything? the Judge should have stopped trading since the intitial halt....
i do beleive it is within a Federal Judges right to order a halt in trades...
the BROKERS are the ones that decide whether to trade in the greys..
i know that for a fackkkk, it is at their discretion.

Anyone have the link to the court stuff? I can't find it... When was the company actually served? That poster on HSM claims Mike filed for an extension last Friday...but I never saw it... AND? the Judge may not have accepted it if it wasn't filed by a lawyer...since the judge said to get one...just a thought..
