Good Mornin' All! Guess what? My space bar (which wasn't working yesterday) is now working. No, it didn't need new drivers, etc., it just needed a good blow job ... a small piece of leaf or something was under it.

Eight hours to establish committees? Didn't even address any of the outstanding issues? Not one item off the letter Doc posted?
To me the issue wasn't that I couldn't be on the call. The issue was that there would be nothing, absolutely nothing, of substance coming from the mouth of Rufus. I wasn't disappointed. In the corporate world, the best way to get nothing done is to establish committees to look into matters.
More piss in your cherios.

IMO, the posters on this board that were part of the conference call owe the rest of us solid explanations of why the letter they drafted was essentially ignored.

I think it is about time for me to move on. Nothing but lip service with CSHD, the committee, and this board nothing gets accomplished. I don't think I have ever seen such a cluster f**k in my life. Hours waiting and nothing ever happens, just more and more convoluted.

How much time should a person waste on this or anything not moving in a direction of completion? I actually had some fun while I was banned, that should tell me something.

I would rather attorneys were hired to do the fighting and we invest our money for shares like we already did. It seems like there's an identifcation crisis in the making, somewhat. I could be missing something. Maybe some one will elaborate later. But legal councel seems to be the remedy at this time and billions of dollars in bonds should afford that kind of scenario. IMO

cont'd ya I already got my butt kicked a few weeks back when the stock was suspended and the PPS has crashed and we don't have a market maker etc,. Deinitely calls for more than a bunch of angry stockholders. Could be a paper tiger we will see.

The update from Dogman suggests that in order to register we must have our stock certification numbers. I bought shares through Vanguard but do not see certification numbers anywhere? Does anyone know what I need to do to get my certification numbers? Thanks for the help

Join Date: Jul 2006 Posts: 205 The phone call with Rufus was an hour. We talked for about 30 minutes before Mr Harris came on and then stayed on for about 2 hours afterward. There is some more information that I will update you on everything else today.
Here is a some of the information that we discussed:
He has 4 market makers that he is currently working with and each and everyone of the MM are very excited and want to be the first MM. He said they are hounding him to be the MM.
He said that he had a lawyer retained.
The first order of business with the committee is to recomend to Rufus is we need to get back to the OTCBB ASAP

This board is getting out of hand. The PR stated this was a shareholder committee meeting not a shareholder meeting. The specific purpose of the meeting was to establish the guidelines for establishing the rest of the committee. For those that are upset we didn't get any information about the company and where we are headed, quit taking things out of context and reading more into the PR than what it is. With the hot water the company is in right now with the SEC, it is wise for Mr. Harris to keep his mouth shut for the time being until such time that the matter is resolved. The SEC is just looking for anything to shut this company down, and ANYTHING he says could just add more fuel to the fire. (IMO)

remember, 50 percent of the mm's graduated in the bottom half of their investing class. Names, we want names. An attorney, MMs. The first order of business should not be to recommend we need to get back to the BB,(that should go w/o saying) but to prove we are worthy, honest, forthright to be there in the first place.
In other words -- show me the bonds, show me the german bank contract, show me the attorney, show me the mm, show me the 8k, show me the 10k -- show me the proof.

Jagman -- then why did doc post the first draft of the letter from the committee to RPH requesting the answers to the questions we deserve answers to. Are you telling us that the committee didn't know the purpose of the conference call? Give me a break.

The first PR I see that lists Committee members by handles like Dogman and JesusPOWER I am going to drink drano.
To me that will keep this stock in penny land forever. The longer its engorged in the message boards- relying on them for business communications then the longer we will not move into the nasdaq type stock world.
I can't say that I fully understand the strategy of making the "compensation committee" a top priority- I would think they have bigger fish to fry. So I guess its time to research and try figuring out this strategy.
Monday should be 10q day- provided its 5 calendar days not business days, not to mention a 10ka would be nice.
So back to the usual- I wait

No, you are wrong. There are approximately 800 members on the shareholder committee. The company charter, according to Rufus, states that three members of the shareholder committee can be elected to address to board of directors.
The press release did in fact say there would be a meeting on Saturday at 5:00 P.M. of the shareholder committee. Even Dogman apologized that there were only 10 seats available to listen in. That tells me that he understood it to be all inclusive as well. Instead it was executed so poorly that only a select few were able to attend.
Feel free to spin this to your hearts content, but the fact is it’s just another erroneous press release issued by the company, which is in direct violation of the injunction they signed.
I really don’t care about being excluded from the conference call. No sour grapes here at all. My concern is that the company continues to fail on its execution and its impact to my personal equity. You can try to spin it anyway you want, but its simply gross negligence or willful contempt of a Federal Judge. Hey, don’t take my opinion just ask the SEC. The fact that we allowed the SEC the opportunity to file a default judgment says it all.

Because the meeting was called by Mr. Harris, not the committe. And the letter, from what I have seen was not created by doc, but forward by doc. The letter was drafted by another shareholder or even by the shareholder committee. It is the same thing as say you are called to a meeting but you bring your own agenda. The meeting was not about your agenda, but about who called the meeting in the first place. IMO

This is so damn stupid and unnecessary . Dufus needs to stop f'ing around with this crap and put out a PR stating his intentions , addressing the 6 for 1 deal and give us the name of the firm that reps the company . He needs to get his stupid a$$ on the ball and rebut the default judgement in place that the SEC has filed .
If anyone on this board has knowlegde of this info and does not share it with the others , then I say you should leave the board until you decide to . I'm sick and damn tired of hearing that we didn't do enough DD or we need to have patience . Granted , I've only been in this since Sept 06 but I have real money invested and deserve answers .
This company is operating like a pink sheet penny stock and nothing higher so why do we even deserve to be listed on a higher exchange . I'll bet the 10Q doesn't make the deadline and the 10K is atleast another 2-3 weeks away from being filed . Come the 4th of Dec , it won't even matter because Dufus is getting the boot and this company will be nothing anyways .
