St Matt...I did not even fully listen to the latest SPR interviews. It's just the financial/business side of me talking...this is what makes business sense and they have placed it in the contracts. This is the type of stuff that began to suck me into liking what they were doing.
The person who can understand who to put all these pieces together as they are laid out for us all to see has a unique business sense that is rare.

What... you didn't teach your kids..."I know you are but what am I?"
You need to learn Portman's rule of Men....We mentally do not go beyond the age of nine.
The exception to the rule is Men are 14 where women are concerned.
Have kids...get to pick the toys for them that you want.
For humor only... My theory on women is that my wife should at all times be wearing something from Vicky's (Victoria's Secret). It is her opinion that I am an idiot as well...

When ever my kids would ask Why? I would answer them with "Z!"...which meant the same as "Because I said so..." They all knew it...and the "Z" answer worked...for many years...until the 6th child...when he was just over 3, he asked "Why?" I said "Z" and he said "Z is for Zebra's"...and continued to ask why...it took 6 kids before any would challenge my Z...I guess this means they finally broke me?!

portman says: "Have kids...get to pick the toys for them that you want."
It is so hilarious to see these parents at Toys R Us or somewhere with a 1 year old and the dad will be holding a remote control car or something saying "Look buddy...isn't this cool? you want Santa to get you this?"...and the dad throws it in the cart...LOL
Portman also states.. "For humor only... My theory on women is that my wife should at all times be wearing something from Vicky's (Victoria's Secret). It is her opinion that I am an idiot as well"
I would agree...under a flannel shirt...with sweatpants...! I am getting close to agreeing with her opinion

Smart cookie ? Weren't you the one at the Mexican restraunt listening to all of Rufus's bs just days before he stepped down ? You falling for his bull$hit doesn't make you stupid but it does make you far from a smart cookie .
And as for being a badger in a corner , why not channel some of that energy to actually questioning things instead of blindly following some moron wearing a cowboy hat and a duster like he's Wyatt Earp or something .

I notice Alana Black in that conversation earlier made mention of, “lawsuit pending and I am working on it right now.”
The fact that SEC is working on a lawsuit would imply no criminal action I believe. Notice def.:
A lawsuit is a civil action brought before a court in which the party commencing the action, the plaintiff, seeks a legal remedy. Often, one or more defendants are required to answer the plaintiff's complaint. If the plaintiff is successful, judgment will be given in the plaintiff's favour, and a range of court orders may be issued to enforce a right, impose a penalty, award damages, impose an injunction to prevent an act or compel an act, or to obtain a declaratory judgment to prevent future legal disputes. It usually involves dispute resolution of private law issues between individuals, business entities or non-profit organizations. However, it may involve public law issues in those jurisdictions that enable the government to be treated as if it were a private party in a lawsuit (as plaintiff or defendant regarding an injury), or that provide the government with a civil cause of action to enforce certain laws rather than criminal prosecution. The conduct of a lawsuit is called litigation.
Notice the last part:
the government with a civil cause of action to enforce certain laws rather than criminal prosecution.
This would indicate they may be following up on RPH misstating or apparently misleading but NOT something criminal ( out and out fraud). Thus nothing criminal has been filed to date. I thing our hunches are getting more and more clear by the day!

Someone on HSM posted this- anyone got access to PACER?
Deadline/Hearing Event Filed 11/16/06 Due/Set 12/04/06 IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF GEORGIA ATLANTA DIVISION SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION,
Plaintiff,
Civil Action No. v. 1:06-CV-2568-CC
CONVERSION SOLUTIONS HOLDING CORPORATION and RUFUS PAUL HARRIS a/k/a PAUL RUFUS HARRIS,
Defendants.
APPLICATION FOR ENTRY OF DEFAULT
The Securities and Exchange Commission (“Commission”), plaintiff in the above-referenced matter, hereby applies to the Clerk of the Court pursuant to Rule 55(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for an entry of default against defendant Conversion Solutions Holdings Corp (“Conversion”). Entry of default is sought against Conversion for failure to plead or otherwise defend as provided by Rule 55(a).
In support of this application for entry of default against Conversion, the plaintiff has filed Conversion’s return of service. The return of service of process establishes that Conversion, through its registered agent for service of process, Harvard Business Services of Lewes, Delaware, was served with the summons, complaint, request for temporary restraining order, memorandum in support, proposed order, and other associated documents on October 26, 2006. The return of service of process was filed with this Court on November 16, 2006 and is now part of the record in this case. Conversion was obligated to file an answer to the complaint not later than November 15, 2006, but has not filed an answer as required by the federal rules. Since Conversion has not timely filed a response to the complaint, and has not sought an extension, the entry of default is now appropriate. Under Rule 55(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the Clerk of Court is instructed to enter a default against a defendant who “has failed to plead or otherwise defend as provided by the rules,” when a failure to defend is made to appear by affidavit or otherwise. Indeed, the purpose of Rule 55(a) is to relieve the district judge of the obligation of reviewing applications for the entry of default. 6 James W. Moore et al. Moore’s Federal Practice ¶ 55.03[1] n.16 (2d ed. 1992). Thus, the power to enter default is given to the Clerk. Based therefore on the previously filed return of service of summons establishing that Conversion was served through its agent for service of process on October 26, 2006, and the authority specifically granted to the Clerk by Rule 55(a), the Commission respectfully requests the Clerk enter a default against defendant Conversion Solutions forthwith.

They will follow. Rufus is going to get the know the SEC, the Courts, and probably the US prison system very well over the next few years.

from HSM. I found this on ********** I hope it clarify's a few things---
On Nov. 16, the SEC filed an application for entry of default against the company.
"Conversion was obligated to file an answer to the complaint not later than November 15, 2006, but has not filed an answer as required by the federal rules," the SEC notes in its Nov. 16 application.
"Since Conversion has not timely filed a response to the complaint, and has not sought an extension, the entry of default is now appropriate," the U.S. regulator claims.
Mr. Harris was not served until Nov. 4 when the process server handed the documents to the defendant's daughter, Kayla Harris, so he has until Nov. 25 to file an answer to the complaint.

I really wish you all had listened and cut your losses at .40-45. It's already down to .30, and there's simply no floor--no support at all--to keep this one from going to the dreaded $0.0001 ... sorry everybody, but it sounds like it's just about time to turn out the lights on this stock--and all of these threads, as well.

this is interesting...in the things that i have read as far as the dates go? I was not able to find anywhere where stated that there was a time frame to answer this. I would have thought that things would have been taken care of with the consent that was signed..BUT? I guess that's why you get a lawyer...
To be honest? this almost seems kinda "back door"
so again the games continue...
