I think we ought to invest in apple computer. Some new dd just came out:
Apple Computer reported today that it has developed computer chips that can Store and play music, and be implanted inside women's breasts.
This is considered to be a major breakthrough and solves a BIG problem Because women have always complained about men staring at their breasts and Not listening to them.

I posted this exact thing this morning. The company called for the conf call and it already had an agenda to discuss. Could they achieve it with 109008 people hollering WHERES THE BONDS WHOS YOUR LAWYER WHATS YOUR FAVORITE COLOR.
It has never been stated that it would be a Q&A session to reveal the mysteries surrounding CSHD. Lets see what comes out after the call. Perhaps the answers you are all looking for will come out.

I just asked Dog if the Shareholders letter will be addressed and he said "Yes" Pretty sure that answer was directed towards me... it was on the paltalk scroll... gotta go help take care of a little 3 1/2 year old Ima Hang tight

Come on...the PR said this initial call was for the committee. It is not at all easy to set up a call for an unknown number of shareholders to call in and listen. My sense is that the company will put the type of resources necessary to do this for the shareholders meeting but they did not intend to for this session. So sorry Source but your argument does not make sense.

I think the problem was a mis-understanding in the PR. I think everyone has figured out by now that the call isn't for all of the shareholders. The call is just for the committee, which at this time is James.
Soooo...how can you say that the company can't orgainize a phone call?

Dog made it very clear that we will all be updated with everything that goes on in the call. It doesn't sound like it will happen real soon. I'll keep you updated the best I can.

I share in others disgust with this company. Here we are under SEC investigation for erroneous press releases and what do we do? Issue another erroneous press release! And, before you folks hammer me about this press release NOT be erroneous lets review the definition:
not correct; not in conformity with fact or truth; "an incorrect calculation"; "the report in the paper is wrong"; "your information is wrong"; "the clock showed the wrong time"; "found themselves on the wrong road"; "based on the wrong assumptions.
This isn’t even funny anymore. You cannot issue a press release that says: “CSHD would also like to call an emergency meeting of the shareholders committee via teleconference November 18, 2006 at 5:00 PM” and then not do that. I signed up for the shareholder committee just like hundreds of other people.
Understand that I’m NOT, NOT so pissed about being excluded from this purported “meeting”. What pisses me off is that these IDIOTS keep pushing out errenous press release in direct violation of the SEC injunction putting MY investment at risk. CARELESS, RECKLESS, INEXCUSABLE!

Those that are on the call have been asked to be based on a few factors: trust, attitude toward the company, their understanding, willingness, among other things!
So get off the pity party and be thankful that you are a part of the company's shareholder base!

I know I have made fun of this CSHD situation. In fact I got kicked off for making fun of it. Listen give this guy a brake. He's trying to get it together, be patient, understanding, okay? Look, just because a company has billion dollars doesn't mean you should waste it on an attorney, conference call experts, or even stationary for that matter. These savings will all be dividends....
